    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En sessió ordinària celebrada dia 3 d'agost de 2023, el ple de l'ajuntament d'Alcúdia va aprovar per unanimitat la proposta de la regidora de participació ciutadana i joventut, relativa a l'aprovació de les bases reguladores de subvencions de concurrència competitiva relacionades amb els ajuts econòmics estudis superiors 2023, adreçades a estudiants d'Erasmus d'Alcúdia curs 2021-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 9.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, per mitjà del present edicte se publiquen les bases referides al Bolletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (BDNS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De la mateixa manera, s'inicia el període de presentació de sol·licituds a partir del dia següent de la publicació de la convocatòria al BOIB i durant els deu (10) dies hàbils posteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONVOCATÒRIA D'AJUTS ECONÒMICS A L'ESTUDI (ERASMUS+ PERÍODE 2021/2023)&amp;nbsp;ADREÇADA A ESTUDIANTS I PERSONES D'ALCÚDIA, BENEFICIARIES DEL PROGRAMA DE MOBILITAT INTERNACIONAL ERASMUS PLUS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, convoca una línia d'AJUTS ECONÒMICS PER A ESTUDIANTS I PERSONES D'ALCÚDIA, BENEFICIARIS D'UNA BECA DE MOBILITAT INTERNACIONAL ERASMUS PLUS realitzada entre el 30 de setembre de 2021 a 30 de setembre de 2023. (doble convocatòria), en règim de concurrència competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest tipus d'ajuts econòmics es plantegen per donar suport econòmic únicament i exclusivament als estudiants que obligatòriament no poden realitzar els seus estudis dins el municipi d'Alcúdia, car aquests no s'imparteixen dins el terme, com són: Tots els graus universitaris, batxillerats artístics (arts artístiques i musicals), branques específiques de formació professional reglada (mitjana i superior) i beneficiaris del Programa de mobilitat internacional Erasmus Plus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA I QUANTIA DELS AJUTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableixen ajuts econòmics en les despeses inherents als empadronats al municipi d'Alcúdia i que han gaudit d'una beca de mobilitat internacional Erasmus+ dins el període comprès entre el 30 de setembre de 2021 a 30 de setembre de 2023. Aquesta convocatòria té caràcter extraordinària i corresponent a dos períodes lectius 21/22 i 22/23 a fi d'adaptar la present convocatòria als períodes de prestació Eramus actuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es determinen com a possibles beneficiaris de la present convocatòria tots els participants al programa Erasmus Plus, que dins el període establer hagin participat i conclòs amb èxit dins l'Acció clau 1: -Mobilitat educativa de les persones- relacionades amb projectes de mobilitat per a estudiants i persones d'educació superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prevalences&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tindran a tots els efectes prevalença dins la present convocatòria enfront altres beneficiaris del programa Erasmus Plus, en primer lloc tots els participants beneficiaris que han assolit amb èxit el programa Erasmus Plus dins el període establers de primer cicle universitari (estudiants universitaris de Grau o equivalent).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada valorades les sol·licituds anteriors i en cas d'existir crèdit disponible, tindran prevalença en segon lloc tots els participants beneficiaris que han assolit amb èxit el programa Erasmus Plus dins el període establers de segon cicle (estudiants de màsters o equivalents)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seguidament, una vegada valorades les sol·licituds anteriors i en cas d'existir crèdit disponible, tindran prevalença en tercer lloc tots els participants beneficiaris que han assolit amb èxit el programa Erasmus Plus dins el període establers de tercer cicle (investigadors de doctorat o equivalent).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per acabar, i una vegada valorades les sol·licituds anteriors i en cas d'existir crèdit disponible, tindran prevalença en darrer lloc tota la resta de participants dels distints programes de l'Acció clau 1 del programa Erasmus plus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot allò no previst en aquestes bases, li serà d'aplicació la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions; Reial Decret 887 /2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre; Reial Decret 130/2019, de 8 de març, pel qual es regula la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres ajudes públiques; la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques; la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic; la Llei Orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de Protecció de Dades Personals i garantia dels drets digitals; el RDL 2/2004, de 5 de març, que aprova el Text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals i la resta de la normativa aplicable per a la concessió de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;La consignació pressupostaria màxima per aquesta convocatòria d'ajuts als estudis Erasmus Plus serà de 1.000 € a distribuir entre les sol·licituds que es registrin dins termini i reuneixin els requisits&lt;/strong&gt;, i es liquidaran mitjançant un sol pagament, que es farà efectiu una vegada s'hagi conclòs la tramitació administrativa de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es determina una quantia unitària màxima de 500€ per estudiant a càrrec a la partida pressupostària JO 327 481003 (BEQUES TRANSPORT I LLIBRES UNIVERSITARIS) dels pressuposts generals de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia pel present exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- REQUISITS DELS SOL.LICITANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden sol·licitar els ajuts econòmics de la present convocatòria les persones que reuneixin els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o d'algun estat membre de la Unió Europea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Les persones estrangeres no comunitàries hauran de ser residents al municipi d'Alcúdia amb l'antiguitat determinada a les presents bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;El sol·licitant ha d'estar empadronat al municipi d'Alcúdia, amb una antiguitat mínima de dos anys&lt;/strong&gt; de manera ininterrompuda, a comptar des de la data de publicació de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;strong&gt;El sol·licitant acreditarà el haver estat seleccionat per les institucions d'Educació Superior d'origen en el marc del Programa Erasmus + i haver realitzat aquest programa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;entre el 30 de setembre de 2021 a 30 de setembre de 2023 i alhora disposar de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;corresponent certificació d'aprofitament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la beca Erasmus+, emesa per la universitat o organisme competent per un període mínim de tres (3) mesos. I sempre en relació al nivell estipulats de prevalences (veure apartat “prevalences”) que es determinen a les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;strong&gt;El sol·licitant haurà d'acreditar estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries&lt;/strong&gt; estatals, autonòmiques i locals segons les disposicions legals vigents. En cas de menors d'edat aportar documentació també dels pares i/o tutors legals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;strong&gt;S'haurà de presentar la sol·licitud completament emplenada, així com incorporar a aquesta els documents pertinents&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;dins els períodes establerts a les presents bases, utilitzant els models establerts (Annex1) i/o mitjançant Instància genèrica utilitzant els canals de registre establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;strong&gt;Per tal de justificar la realització de l'activitat i el compliment de la finalitat de la subvenció&lt;/strong&gt;, haurà de presentar-se abans del dia de la finalització del període establerts d'entrega de sol·licituds, documentació i justificació del pagament de la matrícula en els estudis objecte de la presentació de sol·licituds (sempre hi quan no s'hagi registrat anteriorment).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;EXCLUSIONS I ALTRES CONSIDERACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queden exclosos de la present convocatòria, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Queden exclosos d'aquesta convocatòria totes les persones que no compleixin el requisit d'haver gaudit d'una beca Erasmus+, segons els requeriments que s'estipulen a les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Queden exclosos d'aquesta convocatòria els estudiants que a la data de finalització de presentació de sol·licituds, treballi com a personal funcionari o laboral a l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia i/o a qualsevol altre organisme o empresa pública que en depengui totalment o parcialment, a més, dels seus descendents directes o sol·licitants que depenguin econòmicament d'aquest. Alhora, també queden exclosos d'aquesta convocatòria els càrrec públics i/o personal de confiança municipal que ostentin anàlogues circumstàncies equiparables i/o relacions laborals amb l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, a més, d'altra d'aplicació del règim d'incompatibilitats que pertoquin segons la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Compatibilitat de la ajut econòmic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia declara expressament la compatibilitat d'aquesta convocatòria de subvencions d'ajuts econòmics envers qualsevol altres tipus d'ajudes, beques o subvencions, qualsevol que sigui la seva naturalesa, caràcter o denominació, i qualsevulla qui sigui la persona, organisme o entitat convocant. &lt;strong&gt;No obstant això, aquesta compatibilitat s'ha d'entendre sense perjudici del règim d'incompatibilitat que puguin establir les bases d'altres ajudes, beques o subvencions que l'interessat pretengui sol·licitar&lt;/strong&gt;, sempre i quan la quantia total de tots els ajuts no superi les despeses vinculades amb la activitat acadèmica subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Causes de denegació de l'ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ajuda econòmica es denegarà (o es revocarà en el cas que ja hagués estat concedida) per les causes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Per falsejar o incomplir algun dels punts establerts en les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Per les formulacions d'exclusió, desistiment o altres supòsits emmarcades dins l'apartat “Procediment de concessió” que es determinen dins les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La renúncia o anul·lació de la matrícula universitària durant el període lectiu podrà donar lloc a la pèrdua de tots els seus drets inherents vinculats a la present convocatòria d'ajuts econòmics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Revocació dels ajuts econòmics &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ocultació o falsejament de les dades que van servir de base per a la concessió de l'ajut per part del sol·licitant donaran lloc al reintegrament o revocació de la beca. L'incompliment de qualsevol de les obligacions que s'estableixen en les presents bases i convocatòria donarà lloc a la revocació de la beca concedida, amb l'obligació de la devolució de les quantitats percebudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PROCEDIMENT DE CONCESSIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Departament de Joventut és l'òrgan competent per instruir aquest procediment de tramitació de les sol·licituds d'ajuts econòmics objecte d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, aquest departament, una vegada aprovades les corresponents bases iniciarà un &lt;strong&gt;període de presentació de sol·licituds que comprendrà els deu (10) dies hàbils a comptar a l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria al Bolletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB)&lt;/strong&gt;, segons model Annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de sol·licituds implica l'acceptació de cada un dels termes que es reflecteixen a les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els alumnes interessats que vulguin sol·licitar l'ajuda econòmica que s'estipula a les presents bases, hauran de presentar la sol·licitud conjuntament amb la documentació requerida mitjançant els canals de registre que a continuació es detalla, o bé en qualsevol de les formes previstes en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, atenent que, en tots els casos s'haurà de lliurar dins els terminis establerts: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TRAMITACIÓ TELEMÀTICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(Mitjançant certificat digital, sistema identificació “Clave firma”, DNI electrònic, o bé els sistemes d'identificació acceptats a la Seu electrònica municipal de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Accedint a la web municipal www.alcudia.net -&amp;gt; Seu electrònica -&amp;gt; Tràmits (Instància genèrica) aportant tota la documentació requerida a les present bases dins els terminis fitxats a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada acabi el termini per presentar les sol·licituds de subvenció, es comprovarà si aquestes reuneixen els requisits exigibles; en cas contrari i d'acord amb el que disposen l'article 68.1 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i l'article 23.5 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, es requerirà a l'interessat perquè, en un termini de 10 dies hàbils resolgui la falta o acompanyi els documents preceptius, amb indicació que, si així no ho fes es tendra per desistida la seva petició, la qual s'arxivarà prèvia resolució que haurà de ser dictada en els termes de l'art. 68 de la Llei 39/2015, Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta relació contendrà les dades identificatives de la persona sol·licitant i el detall de les esmenes a realitzar, i es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la web municipal de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia (https://www.alcudia.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada la Comissió Avaluadora hagi analitzat la documentació per esmenar les deficiències i a la vista de les al·legacions presentades, en el termini de 3 dies hàbils, elaborarà un informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la resolució definitiva de concessió o denegació de les ajudes. Aquest expressarà la llista de persones beneficiàries i la quantitat de l'ajut atorgat, i també les sol·licituds excloses amb indicació de la causa d'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Com a òrgans competents i una vegada que el Plenari municipal haguí aprovat les bases, recaurà al Batle a vista de l'informe de l'òrgan col·legiat, aprovar la Resolució de la convocatòria, que serà exposada en els llocs d'informació assenyalats a aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de concessió de la present línia de subvenció és per concurrència competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts concedits seran objecte de publicació en el tauler d'anuncis, a la pàgina web d'aquest Ajuntament, i a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (BDNS) i no seran objecte de notificació individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es requereix justificació sobre la base de l'art 30.7 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions. Les subvencions que es concedeixin en atenció a la concurrència d'una determinada situació en el perceptor no requeriran una altra justificació que l'acreditació per qualsevol mitjà admissible en dret d'aquesta situació prèviament a la concessió, sense perjudici dels controls que poguessin establir-se per a verificar la seva existència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Termini de resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 25.4 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, el termini màxim per resoldre i notificar el procediment no excedirà els sis mesos, comptats a partir de la publicació de la convocatòria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que la dicti. En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de la seva publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cessió de dades dels beneficiaris a altres administracions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia deixà palès que durant la tramitació administrativa d'aquesta convocatòria i en relació als beneficiaris amb concessió dels ajuts econòmics, lliurarà les dades d'atorgament i beneficiaris que siguin pertinents a les administracions estatals i tributàries que corresponguin atenent la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pagament dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia abonarà l'import de l'ajuda concedida mitjançant pagament únic, que es farà efectiu una vegada conclosa la tramitació administrativa de la present convocatòria per a la seva adjudicació, i atenent el que es determini pel procediments i de la intervenció i tresoreria municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DETERMINACIÓ DE QUANTIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'hora de determinar la quantia total destinada a cada ajut econòmic, es determinarà amb una única fases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1º QUANTIA FINAL (QF)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És calcularà, dividint el total de crèdit pressupostari (1.000€) entre el nombre total de sol·licituds presentades i acceptades a tràmit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;LIMITACIONS DE QUANTIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Limitació primera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Atenent el que es disposa als requisit de la present convocatòria, el sol·licitant acreditarà el haver estat seleccionat per les institucions d'Educació Superior d'origen en el marc del Programa Erasmus + i alhora disposar de la corresponent certificació d'aprofitament de la beca Erasmus+, emesa per la universitat o organisme competent dins els períodes estipulats a presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Limitació segona&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Es determina una quantia màxima destinada a cada sol·licitud acceptada a la present convocatòria de 500€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DOCUMENTACIÓ QUE S'HA DE PRESENTAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Advertiment previ:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En el cas, que per qualsevol motiu, les comprovacions autoritzades presentin errors o no sigui possibles realitzar les comprovacions pertinents l'Ajuntament requerirà als sol·licitants que aquest en faci les aportacions pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant, l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia deixa palès que durant la tramitació administrativa d'aquesta convocatòria realitzarà les comprovacions de dades dins els seus propis sistemes informàtics, o bé d'altres d'interoperabilitat administrativa que consideri oportunes amb relació a les sol·licitud pels canals físics, telemàtics i d'interoperabilitat administrativa que aquest disposi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Sol·licitud completament i correctament emplenada i presentada dins els períodes establerts a les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Còpia DNI/NIF del sol·licitant o document equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Extracte acadèmic acreditatiu de les notes de l'expedient acadèmic del curs realitzat pel sol·licitant i relacionat amb les pràctiques Erasmus +.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;strong&gt;CERTIFICACIÓ ACREDITATIVA d'haver estat seleccionat per les institucions d'Educació Superior d'origen en el marc del Programa Erasmus + i haver realitzat aquest programa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;entre el 30 de setembre de 2021 a 30 de setembre de 2023 i alhora disposar de la corresponent certificació d'aprofitament de la beca Erasmus+, emesa per la universitat o organisme competent per un període mínim de tres (3) mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Justificació oficial del pagament de les taxes i/o despeses vinculades del programa Erasmus Plus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;strong&gt;Certificació&lt;/strong&gt; oficial lliurat per la entitat bancària de la existència de compte corrent en què aparegui el sol·licitant com a titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. (*) Documentació acreditativa del sol·licitant d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries estatals, autonòmiques i locals segons les disposicions legals vigents. (En cas de menors aportar documentació també dels pares i/o tutors legals).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tal d'acomplir la tramitació administrativa de la present convocatòria es crearà una comissió tècnica a raó d'òrgan col·legiat amb la finalitat de donar tràmit, resoldre dubtes, interpretar les presents bases, valoració dels expedients o qualsevol altra circumstància referent a la resolució de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta comissió estarà formada com a mínim per tres tècnics de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia de distintes àrees municipals (Educació, Serveis Socials, Esports, Patrimoni, Promoció econòmica o altres de naturalesa transversal) anomenats de forma expressa, a aquesta comissió s'hi podran incorporar altres tècnics que es determini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta comissió treballarà de forma periòdica i permanent fins a la culminació i resolució definitiva de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les presents bases i convocatòria hauran de ser publicades en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en la pàgina web corporativa. Igualment, es publicaran en la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i en la pàgina web municipal la resolució de concessió de les ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En el cas, que, per qualsevol motiu, les comprovacions autoritzades presentin errors o no sigui possible realitzar les comprovacions pertinents l' Ajuntament requerirà als sol·licitants que aquest faci les aportacions pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant això, l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia deixa palès que durant la tramitació administrativa d'aquesta convocatòria realitzarà les comprovacions de dades dins dels seus propis sistemes informàtics, o bé altres d'interoperabilitat administrativa que consideri oportunes amb relació a les sol·licituds pels canals físics, telemàtics i d'interoperabilitat administrativa que aquest disposi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;strong&gt;CERTIFICACIÓ ACREDITATIVA d'haver estat seleccionat per les institucions d'Educació Superior d'origen en el marc del Programa Erasmus+ i haver realitzat aquest programa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;entre el 30 de setembre de 2021 a 30 de setembre de 2023 i alhora disposar de la corresponent certificació d'aprofitament de la beca Erasmus+, emesa per la universitat o organisme competent per un període mínim de tres (3) mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Justificació oficial del pagament de les taxes i/o despeses vinculades del programa Erasmus Plus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;strong&gt;Certificació &lt;/strong&gt;oficial lliurada per l' entitat bancària de l' existència de compte corrent en què aparegui el sol·licitant com a titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. (*) Documentació acreditativa del sol·licitant d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries estatals, autonòmiques i locals segons les disposicions legals vigents. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden demanar els ajuts econòmics d' aquesta convocatòria les persones que reuneixin els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o d' algun estat membre de la Unió Europea&lt;/strong&gt;. Les persones estrangeres no comunitàries hauran de ser residents al municipi d' Alcúdia amb l' antiguitat determinada en aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;El sol·licitant ha d' estar empadronat al municipi d' Alcúdia, amb una antiguitat mínima de dos anys&lt;/strong&gt; de manera ininterrompuda, a comptar des de la data de publicació de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;strong&gt;El sol·licitant acreditarà haver estat seleccionat per les institucions d'Educació Superior d'origen en el marc del Programa Erasmus+ i haver realitzat aquest programa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;entre el 30 de setembre de 2021 a 30 de setembre de 2023 i alhora disposar de la corresponent certificació d'aprofitament de la beca Erasmus+, emesa per la universitat o organisme competent per un període mínim de tres (3) mesos. I sempre amb relació al nivell estipulats de prevalences (veure apartat "prevalences") que es determinen en les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;strong&gt;El sol·licitant haurà d'acreditar estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries&lt;/strong&gt; estatals, autonòmiques i locals segons les disposicions legals vigents. En cas de menors d'edat aportar documentació també dels pares i/o tutors legals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;strong&gt;S'haurà de presentar la sol·licitud completament emplenada, així com incorporar-hi els documents&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;pertinents dins dels períodes establerts en les presents bases, utilitzant els models establerts (Annex1) i/o mitjançant Instància genèrica utilitzant els canals de registre establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;strong&gt;Per justificar la realització de l'activitat i el compliment de la finalitat de la subvenció&lt;/strong&gt;, s'haurà de presentar abans del dia de la finalització del període establerts de lliurament de sol·licituds, documentació i justificació del pagament de la matrícula en els estudis objecte de la presentació de sol·licituds (sempre quan no s'hagi registrat anteriorment).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
