&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“D'acord amb l'article 75.2 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local, tots els membres de les corporacions locals tenen dret a percebre indemnitzacions, que tindran la quantia i les condicions que acordi el Ple.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D'acord amb el que s'ha exposat, es proposa a l'Ajuntament Plenari el següent acord:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es meritarà el dret a percebre indemnització per l'assistència a les sessions del Ple de la Corporació, de la Junta de Govern, de les Comissions Informatives i de les Meses de Contractació. Els membres de la Corporació que exerceixin el seu càrrec en règim de dedicació exclusiva o parcial no meritaran indemnitzacions per assistències.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L'assistència a les reunions que donen dret a percebre indemnització s'acreditarà pel Secretari dels òrgans col·legiats.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les indemnitzacions es meritaran en funció del nombre de sessions a les que s'acudeixi amb independència del dia de la seva celebració.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les indemnitzacions per assistència es satisfaran mensualment, mitjançant l'ingrés en compte o llibreta que determinin els regidors.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El present acord serà d'aplicació amb efectes de 27 de juny de 2023.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es fixen les següents quanties de les indemnitzacions:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
