Batlessa d'aquesta Corporació Municipal, entre d'altres ha adoptat el Decret núm. 111/2023, de 17 de juny, que literalment diu així: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESOLUCIÓ D'ALCALDIA DE DELEGACIÓ DE COMPETÈNCIES&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Celebrades les eleccions locals el passat dia 28 de maig de 2023, vista la sessió constitutiva de l'Ajuntament de data 17 de juny de 2023, en ús de les facultats que li confereixen els articles 21.3 i 23.4 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local, i de conformitat amb els articles 43, 44, 45 i 51 del Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals aprovat per Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre,&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:150%"&gt; Estructurar l'organització política i administrativa de la corporació en les àrees següents, conferint al regidors i regidores que després es diran una delegació general d'atribucions de direcció i gestió dels serveis compresos en l'àrea assignada, excloent-ne les facultats resolutòries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Àrea de Festes, Joventut i Informació al ciutadà .Titular: Sr. Borja Peralta Dasseville, regidor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Matèries i atribucions a títol indicatiu, les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.1&amp;nbsp; Festes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Relacions amb les entitats juvenils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Subvencions entitats juvenils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.3 Informació al Ciutadà&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;SEGON. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Les atribucions delegades s'hauran d'exercir d'acord amb el que preveu el Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, mitjançant el qual s'aprova el Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals i en els termes i dins dels límits d'aquesta delegació, no essent susceptibles de ser delegades pels seus titulars en un altre òrgan o regidor.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;TERCER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:150%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Les delegacions territorials del Port d'es Canonge tenen caràcter preferent sobre les delegacions de matèries genèriques i comportaran la coordinació amb els altres delegats.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;QUART. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;En cas d'absència, vacant, malaltia o qualsevol altre impediment dels Regidors i Regidores delegats, assumirà directament i automàticament les seves competències aquesta batlia, com a titular de la competència originària, entenent-se a aquests efectes exercitada la potestat d'advocació.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;CINQUÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt; Donar publicitat a aquestes delegacions a través del Tauler d'anuncis municipal i del Butlletí Oficial de la Província.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;SISÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Notificar aquesta resolució als Regidors i Regidores afectats, entenent-se afectada la competència de forma tàcita, si no es manifesta res en contra o es fa ús de la delegació.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;SETÈ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;.
