    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La batlessa ha dictat resolució 2023003232, de l'ampliació de la zona ACIRE en la Plaça Major de s'Arenal de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DECRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El R.D. Legislatiu 6/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei sobre trànsit, circulació de vehicles a motor i seguretat vial, atribueix als municipis la competència de regulació, ordenació, gestió, vigilància i disciplina del trànsit a les vies urbanes de titularitat municipal, per mitjà dels agents de la Policia Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Atesa la potestat reguladora de l'administració municipal, d'acord a la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Vist que en l'expedient 2023/6186G l'ampliació del carrer Cabrera es preveia entre la Plaça Major i Formentera, quan hauria de ser entre a Plaça Major i Dragonera. Es deixa sense efecte l'expedient 2023/6186G, per substitució per el present expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Vista la demanda d'estacionament de la zona de s'Arenal de Llucmajor, s'observa que a la zona habilitada com a ACIRE, carrers Joan i Lluís Mulet i carrer Cabrera, entre Plaça Major i Formentera, es troba habilitada per a la circulació i estacionament per als veïns de la Plaça Major i carrer Joan i Lluís Mulet. S'observa que, a la zona anteriorment esmentada i que es troba afectada per ACIRE, hi ha un nombre de places lliures elevat respecte a la resta del nucli.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Per tal de racionalitzar l'estacionament i habilitar aquestes places lliures d'estacionament a altres resident de s'Arenal, es troba adient ampliar la circulació i estacionament del carrer Cabrera entre Formentera i Plaça Major, així com mantenir una pací&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;fica a la convivència a la Plaça Major de vianants i circulació rodada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El subinspector amb el vist-i-plau de l'inspector en cap, ha emès informe de modificació de circulació i de les actuacions a realitzar, en matèria de senyalització viària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Declarar el carrer Cabrera, entre Formentera i Plaça Major i el carrer Formentera entre Maria Antònia Salvà i Berga com a zona de influència de la zona ACIRE actualment implantada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Habilitar per a la concessió de la targeta ACIRE als resid&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;per a la circulació des del carrer Berga, per Plaça Major fins al carrer Cabrera i circulació i estacionament al carrer Cabrera des de la Plaça Major fins al carrer Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. D'acord l'OM de Circulació, per la implantació d'una Àrea de Circulació Restringida, el present Decret s'haurà de publicar al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. L' àrea de Policia Local serà l' encarregada d'impulsar mitjançant el servei de Staff la tramitació de les targetes ACIRE dels nous residents amb potestat per a sol·licitar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
