    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per la Resolució del gerent de Ports de les Illes Balears de 02 de juny de 2022 es va aprovar tècnicament al Projecte d'execució d'ampliació de marina seca en el Club Nàutic de Sa Ràpita, subscrit el 12 abril de 2021 pel ICCP Sr. Carlos Garau Fullana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb el que disposa l'article 76 de la Llei 10/2005, de 21 de juny, de ports de les Illes Balears; l'article 80.8 del Decret 11/2011, de 18 de febrer, d'aprovació del Reglament de desenvolupament i execució de determinats aspectes de la Llei 10/2005; l'article 36 de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental, i l'article 83.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, se sotmeten al tràmit d'informació pública mitjançant aquest anunci els projectes esmentats, que serveix a més per complir el tràmit del procediment d'avaluació d'impacte ambiental, per un termini de trenta dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, perquè les persones físiques o jurídiques que es considerin afectades puguin consultar-ho i al·legar el que estimin procedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
