    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aquesta Presidència, avui, ha decretat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“L'article 8 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, disposa que els membres del Consell Insular tenen dret a percebre, amb càrrec al pressupost insular, les retribucions i les indemnitzacions que determini el ple i que els acords plenaris referents a retribucions dels càrrecs en dedicació exclusiva i parcial, al règim de dedicació d'aquests darrers, i a les indemnitzacions i assistències s'han de publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en el portal web del Consell Insular. Igualment s'hi han de publicar les resolucions del president del Consell Insular que estableixen la dedicació exclusiva o parcial dels membres de la corporació i les que els atorguen la compatibilitat per a l'exercici d'una altra activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Així mateix l'article 27 de la Llei de consells insulars declara que els membres dels consells executius exerceixen el càrrec amb dedicació exclusiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per altra banda, el Ple de la corporació en sessió de dia 19 de juliol de 2023 va establir el règim de dedicació, les retribucions i les indemnitzacions dels membres de la corporació i&amp;nbsp; va delegar en la Presidència del Consell Insular l'execució de l'acord per determinar els membres de la corporació que exerceixen les funcions en règim de dedicació exclusiva o parcial. En el mateix acord es varen aprovar les dedicacions exclusives i parcials que se assignen al membres dels polítics de la corporació i fixà les retribucions anuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per tot això, dict el següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;DECRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Designar el president del Consell Insular de Mallorca, el qual exerceix les funcions que li corresponen en règim de dedicació exclusiva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sr. Llorenç Sebastià Galmés Verger, conseller electe i president del Consell Insular de Mallorca amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Designar els vicepresidents i les vicepresidentes, els quals exerceixen les funcions que els corresponen en règim de dedicació exclusiva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sra. Antònia Roca Bellinfante, consellera electa amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023 i vicepresidenta primera i consellera executiva de Cultura i Patrimoni amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sr. Pedro Bestard Martínez, conseller electe amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023 i vicepresident segon i conseller executiu de Medi Ambient, Medi Rural i Esports amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sra. Maria Magdalena Garcia Gual, consellera electa amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023 i vicepresidenta de l'IMAS amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Designar els consellers executius i les conselleres executives següents, els quals exerceixen les funcions que els corresponen en règim de dedicació exclusiva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sr. Antonio Francisco Fuster Zanoguera, conseller electe amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023 i conseller executiu de Presidència amb efectes de dia 11 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sra. María del Pilar Bonet Escalera, consellera electa amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023 i consellera executiva d'Hisenda i Funció Pública amb efectes de dia 11 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sr. Guillermo Sánchez Cifre, conseller electe amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023 i conseller executiu de Benestar Social amb efectes de dia 11 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sr. Fernando Rubio Aguiló, conseller executiu de Territori, Mobilitat i Infraestructures amb efectes de dia 11 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sr. José Marcial Rodríguez Díaz, conseller executiu de Turisme amb efectes de dia 11 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sra. María del Pilar Amate Rotger, consellera executiva de Promoció Econòmica i Desenvolupament Local amb efectes de dia 11 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Designar els consellers electes i les conselleres electes següents, portaveus dels grups polítics, els quals exerceixen les funcions que els corresponen en règim indicat a continuació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sra. Maria Nuria Riera Martos, consellera electa i portaveu del grup Partit Popular, en règim de dedicació parcial al 75% amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sra. Catalina Cladera Crespí, consellera electa i portaveu del grup Socialista al Consell de Mallorca, en règim de dedicació exclusiva amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sr. Antonio Gaspar Gili Millán, conseller electe i portaveu del grup Vox-Mallorca, en règim de dedicació parcial amb efectes de dia 8 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sr. Jaume Alzamora Riera, conseller electe i portaveu del grup Més per Mallorca, en règim de dedicació exclusiva amb efectes de dia 12 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sr. Antoni Salas Roca, conseller electe i portaveu del grup El Pi-Proposta per les Illes, en règim de dedicació exclusiva amb efectes de dia 14 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Publicar aquest Decret en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;9. Publicar aquest Decret en la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
