    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Es fa públic per a general coneixement que el Ple de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, en sessió Extraordinària de data 06/07/2023, va adoptar, entre d'altres, l'acord següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;"PRIMER. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Determinar que l'Alcaldia exercirà el seu càrrec amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;dedicació exclusiva a jornada sencera &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;i, que percebrà, en concepte de retribució la quantia bruta mensual de 3.000,00 € en catorze pagues, dotze corresponents a les diferents mensualitats de l'any i les dues restants corresponents a les mensualitats de juny i desembre, resultant una quantia bruta anual de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;42.000,00€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; més la corresponent despesa de cotització de Seguretat Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;L'Alcalde percebrà la retribució des de la presa de possessió del seu càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;SEGON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Establir a favor del membre de la Corporació que exerceixi el seu càrrec en règim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;dedicació parcial al 75% de la jornada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de treball, la retribució de 2.250,00€ bruts mensuals en catorze pagues, dotze corresponents a les diferents mensualitats de l'any i les dues restants corresponents a les mensualitats de juny i desembre, resultant una quantia bruta anual de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;31.100,00 € bruts anuals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Així mateix, donar-lo d'alta en el règim general de la Seguretat Social a partir del mes d'agost de 2023, havent d'assumir aquesta Corporació el pagament de les quotes empresarials que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;TERCER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;. Aprovar les assignacions i compensacions que percebran els regidors i les regidores que no tenguin dedicació exclusiva, total o parcial i que a continuació s'especifiquen: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Assignació mensual regidors per assistència al Ple i a la Comissió Informativa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;200 €/mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Complements regidors amb delegacions i/o gestió d'àrees:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; 300 €/mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Complement per formar part de la Junta de Govern: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;75 €/mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Complement per presidència de la Comissió informativa (quan no recaigui amb l'Alcaldia): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;150 €/mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Complement per tinença de batlia (quan no recaigui amb un regidor amb dedicació): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Primera tinença de batlia: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;125 €/mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Segona tinença de batlia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; 75 €/mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Tercera tinença de batlia: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;75 €/mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;QUART.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Penalitzar l'absència no justificada de qualsevol regidor/a a les sessions dels òrgans dels quals formin part, amb 6 € per falta d'assistència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;CINQUÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Aprovar les assignacions als diferents grups polítics municipals que seguidament es relacionen, atenent que les quantitats responen a un fix de 420 euros per grup i un variable de 125 euros per regidor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per grup:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;EEF (3 regidors): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;375 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;PSOE (2 regidor): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;250 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;SISÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Publicar de manera íntegra en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) l'Acord del Ple, a l'efecte del seu general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Així mateix, estarà a la disposició dels interessats en la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
