    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió ordinària celebrada el 7 de juliol de 2023, i en exercici de les seues competències, [articles 130.2, 132 (en relació a l'article 28) i 134 de la Llei 4/2022, 28 de juny, de consells insulars], sobre la base d'allò proposat (que conforme als articles 35 i 88.3 i 6 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions publiques), adoptà, per unanimitat, el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. ESTIMAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el recurs de reposició presentada per la Sra. A. M. G. i pagar l'import en concepte d'ajuts, atenent que ha complet tots els requisits establerts a les bases reguladores de la convocatòria d'ajuts per a compensar la doble/triple insularitat per al curs 2021-2022, i amb allò que estableix el capítol I del títol II del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears i la restant normativa aplicable, quedant així de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

PUBLICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'acord present, al BOIB, al tauler d'anuncis i pàgina web d'aquest consell, conforme a&amp;nbsp;l'article 18.4 de la Constitució i la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de protecció de dades personals i garanties dels&amp;nbsp;drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. TRASLLADAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;aquest acord al departament d'intervenció i tresoreria als efectes adients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. NOTIFICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a les persones interessades el present acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. DONAR COMPTE &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d'aquest acord a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
