&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.- Aprovar la convocatòria i bases que han de regir la provisió d'una plaça de cuiner/a com a personal laboral temporal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.- Donar publicitat a la convocatòria mitjançant anunci al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, en el taulell d'edictes de l'Ajuntament i a la pàgina web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;« BASES ESPECÍFIQUES PER LES QUALS S'HA DE REGIR EL CONCURS DE MÈRITS PER A LA CREACIÓ D'UNA BORSA DE TREBALL DE CUINER/A AL CENTRE DE DIA DES MIGJORN GRAN I MENJAR A DOMICILI (MAD)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte de la present convocatòria és la creació d'un borsí de la categoria CUINER/A mitjançant contracte laboral temporal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificació: Atès que es considera necessari per a l'adequat funcionament dels serveis del Centre de Dia i d'Ajuda a domicili el nomenament de personal laboral categoria cuiner/a en cas que sigui necessari, s'ha de procedir a la creació d'aquest borsí, amb la finalitat de poder cobrir de forma immediata totes aquelles situacions administratives que es puguin produir en les quals sigui necessària la seva cobertura de manera temporal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La naturalesa dels llocs a cobrir és la següent: Personal laboral &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grup: C Subgrup: C2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma de proveïment: concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Funcions: Seran les pròpies del lloc de feina de cuiner/a objecte del proveïment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La jornada laboral, horari i altres condicions de feina es concretaran en el moment d'oferir el corresponent contracte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Normativa aplicable &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les presents bases defineixen els requisits, mèrits i altres aspectes procedimentals de la selecció, a més de la regulació continguda en el Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i de més normativa laboral aplicable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Condicions i requisits que han de complir els/les aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admesos i participar en el procés selectiu, les persones interessades, en la data de finalització del termini d'admissió de instàncies, hauran de reunir els requisits següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la d'un estat membre de la Unió Europea, o ser nacional d'altres estats amb les condicions establertes en algun dels apartats de l'art. 57 del RDL 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, text refós de la llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Tenir 16 anys complerts i no excedir, si escau, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Estar en possessió del títol d'educació secundaria obligatòria, títol de primer grau de formació professional o equivalent. En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger, cal aportar l'homologació del corresponent Ministeri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Posseir la capacitat funcional per el desenvolupament de les funcions pròpies del lloc de feina. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- No haver estat separat ni acomiadat del servei de qualsevol administració pública mitjançant expedient disciplinari, ni estar inhabilitat per l'exercici de funcions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Acreditar el requisit de coneixements de la llengua catalana corresponents al nivell B1 o estar en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data de finalització d'admissió de sol·licituds. Aquests coneixements s'han d'acreditar mitjançant l'aportació d'un certificat oficial expedient per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o expedit o homologat per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística, o els que es determinen en les Ordres de la Conselleria d'Educació. En el cas d'equivalències o convalidacions s'hauran d'acreditar per l'aspirant les mateixes .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- No estar sotmès a cap causa d'incompatibilitat, o d'incapacitat específica, d'acord amb la normativa vigent, per al desenvolupament del càrrec o funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Estar en possessió del carnet de manipulador d'aliments o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Presentació de les sol·licituds de participació en el procediment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Forma i termini de presentació de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies per participar al concurs s'hauran de presentar, segons el model normalitzat que figura a l'Annex I d'aquestes bases, adreçades a l'alcaldia de l'Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran, dins el termini de deu (10) dies hàbils, a comptar des del dia següent a la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria al BOIB, amb independència del registre o oficina en que es presentin. A efectes informatius, també es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis, i al tauler d'edictes de la seu electrònica municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies es podran presentar davant el Registre General de la Corporació, en horari d'atenció al públic, de dilluns a divendres en dies laborables, mitjançant carpeta ciutadana o per qualsevol dels mitjans admesos a l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions públiques. Si l'últim dia de l'esmentat termini es dissabte, diumenge o festiu, el mateix s'entendrà prorrogat fins al primer dia hàbil següent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud per a participar en el procés selectiu suposa el coneixement i l'acceptació inequívocs de l'aspirant del tractament de les dades de caràcter personal a càrrec de l'òrgan competent i únicament per a les finalitats establertes. El tractament de la informació facilitada en les sol·licituds tindrà en compte les previsions del Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades, i de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de Protecció de Dades Personals i Garantia dels Drets Digitals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admesos i prendre part al procediment les persones aspirants hauran de presentar&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(i) Instància d'acord amb el model de l'annex I, manifestant que reuneixen tots i cada un dels requisits exigits a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(ii) Acreditació de la nacionalitat: còpia del DNI o NIE i/o altra documentació oficial que justifiqui l'acompliment del requisit establert a la base 3.a) d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(iii) Còpia de la titulació exigida per ser admès a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(iv) Còpia del certificat oficial de llengua catalana de nivell B1 o superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(v) Còpia del carnet de manipulador d'aliments. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(vi) Els documents acreditatius dels mèrits que s'al·leguin. S'adverteix que els mèrits no al·legats i justificats documentalment o bé els presentats fora de termini no seran valorats. Els mèrits relatius a l'experiència professional han d'anar acompanyats del certificat de la vida laboral emès per la Seguretat social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants es responsabilitzaran de la veracitat dels documents que presentin, significant que en cas d'haver-hi dubtes derivats de la qualitat de les còpies presentades, aquest Ajuntament podrà sol·licitar a la persona aspirant que presenti el document original a l'efecte d'acarar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La no presentació de sol·licituds dins del termini i en la forma escaient determina la no admissió de la persona aspirant en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La falsedat en les dades que es facin constar en la sol·licitud o en la documentació annexa determina l'exclusió immediata de la persona sol·licitant, sense perjudici de les mesures legals que corresponguin. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Acreditació de mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es reconeixeran i seran objecte de valoració els mèrits obtinguts fins a la data de publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria al BOIB, no es valoraran els mèrits obtinguts amb posterioritat. A més, tampoc no es valoraran els mèrits obtinguts abans de la publicació de la convocatòria que siguin al·legats però que no es justifiquin degudament dins el termini de presentació de mèrits abans indicat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas es requerirà documentació o esmena d'errors relativa als mèrits, llevat de defectes merament formals advertits en la documentació presentada per l'aspirant, sempre que aquesta acrediti el mèrit al·legat en l'aspecte substantiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els documents presentats en un altre idioma han d'adjuntar la traducció al castellà o català acreditada mitjançant una traducció jurada. Tots els documents expedits a l'estranger s'han de presentar, si escau, degudament legalitzats o postil·lats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- Admissió dels/de les aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies l'alcaldia aprovarà per resolució la relació provisional d'admesos i exclosos, que es publicarà en el Tauler d'anuncis de la pàgina web de la Corporació (www.ajmigjorngran.org) i una còpia s'exposarà al públic en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament, concedint-se un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils per tal que les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions que considerin oportunes o esmenin la seva sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les possibles reclamacions o al·legacions, si n'hi haguessin, seran acceptades o rebutjades en la resolució que aprovi la relació definitiva d'aspirants admesos i exclosos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que no es presentin al·legacions contra la llista provisional de persones aspirant admeses i excloses, la llista s'entendrà definitiva a partir de l'endemà de la finalització del termini de reclamacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els successius anuncis del procediment selectiu es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis electrònic del lloc web de l'Ajuntament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(www.ajmigjorngran.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Tribunal qualificador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la mateixa resolució que declari aprovada la llista definitiva de persones aspirants admeses i excloses s'efectuarà el nomenament dels membres del tribunal qualificador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formaran part del Tribunal Qualificador: un president/a, dos vocals designats per l'Ajuntament i una persona que farà de secretari/a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal serà competent per a resoldre qualsevol incident que es produeixi en el transcurs del concurs de mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament, ni sense president ni secretari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del tribunal hauran de tenir igual o superior categoria a les convocades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del tribunal s'ajustarà al previst en els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, de 1 d'octubre de règim jurídic del sector públic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran assistir, amb veu però sense vot, les persones representants de les organitzacions sindicals representatives, per efectuar funcions de vigilància del correcte desenvolupament del procediment selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda autoritzat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris pel bon ordre del procés selectiu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- Procediment de selecció&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció constarà d'una fase: concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I - FASE DE CONCURS. (Fins a 17 punts). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Barem de mèrits: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1.- Experiència professional (fins a 10 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1.1&lt;strong&gt;. Serveis a l'Administració Pública&lt;/strong&gt; relacionats amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça o lloc convocat, en un lloc igual o similar; &lt;strong&gt;durant els cinc últims anys: 0,14 punts per mes treballat, fins a un màxim de 8 punts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'acreditarà mitjançant certificació de l'Administració, on consti la data d'inici i la data de finalització de la relació contractual, categoria i/o lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1.2.&lt;strong&gt; Serveis prestats a l'Administració Local,&lt;/strong&gt; relacionats amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça o lloc convocat, en un lloc igual o similar;&lt;strong&gt;durant els cinc últims anys: 0,17 punts per mes treballat, fins a un màxim de 10 punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'acreditarà mitjançant certificació de l'Administració, on consti la data d'inici i la data de finalització de la relació contractual, categoria i/o lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1.3. &lt;strong&gt;Per treballs realitzats a l'empresa privada &lt;/strong&gt;amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça o lloc convocat&lt;strong&gt;, durant els cinc últims anys: 0,09 punts per mes treballat, fins a un màxim de 5 punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'acreditarà mitjançant certificació de l'empresa o còpia del contracte on consti la data d'inici i la data de finalització de la relació contractual, categoria i/o lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Els documents acreditatius de l'experiència professional hauran d'anar acompanyats d'informe de la vida laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Un mateix mèrit que pugui rebre puntuació a més d'un apartat del punt 8.1. només es valorarà en aquell apartat que li atorgui major puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- El límit temporal per valorar l'experiència professional serà la data de publicació en el BOIB de l'anunci de la convocatòria d'aquest procediment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. Formació i mèrits acadèmics (fins a 6 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2.1.- Titulacions acadèmiques: Fins a 4 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Per cada titulació acadèmica - en l'àmbit de l'alimentació o equivalents - de formació professional superior o equivalent: 2 punts per titulació i com a màxim 4 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Per cada titulació acadèmica - en l'àmbit de l'alimentació o equivalents - de formació professional mig o equivalent: 1 punt per titulació i com a màxim 2 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que una titulació sigui necessària per aconseguir una altra de nivell superior, només es valorarà aquesta segona. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La titulació acadèmica ha de ser distinta de la que s'acredita com a requisit d'accés, i del mateix nivell o d'un de superior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma d'acreditar la titulació acadèmica: Còpia del títol o bé justificat d'haver satisfet els drets per a la seva expedició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2.2.- Cursos de formació i perfeccionament: Fins a 2 punt:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valorarà la formació específica i la relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça ofertada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública, l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, l'administració de l'estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les universitats, les federacions d'entitats locals o els homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions que estiguin dins el marc dels acords de formació contínua amb l'Administració, o les impartides o promogudes pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB) amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació de les accions formatives es farà mitjançant certificacions o documents oficials estesos per les administracions i/o organismes competents, i han d'incloure les hores de durada o els crèdits dels cursos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos amb aprofitament o impartits ............................. 0,010 punts per hora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos amb assistència ..................................................0,006 punts per hora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran en aquest apartat els certificats que no indiquin les hores de durada o els crèdits de l'acció formativa, els que corresponguin a una carrera universitària, els de doctorat, la superació d'assignatures d'un estudi acadèmic, ni els derivats de processos selectius. Si el certificat acreditatiu del curs indica crèdits, es valorarà a raó de 25 hores per cada crèdit ECTS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no s'indica el tipus de crèdit, s'entendrà que són crèdits de l'anterior ordenació universitària (CFC o LRU) i, per tant, es valoraran a raó de 10 hores per crèdit. Quan hi hagi discrepància entre les hores i els crèdits en els certificats d'una acció formativa, prevaldran les hores &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3.1.- Coneixement de la llengua catalana: Fins a 1 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per certificats que superin el nivell de coneixements de català requerit a la plaça que es convoca, segons certificat de la Junta Avaladora de Català, els reconeguts per aquesta com equivalents, els expedits per l'EBAP o equivalents, amb el següent barem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) certificat C1 o equivalent: 0,50 punts (acumulable al nivell LA) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) certificat LA: 0,25 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma d'acreditar-se s'efectuarà mitjançant còpia del certificat oficial que correspongui. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa als coneixements de llengua catalana, només es valorarà el certificat de nivell més alt que s'acredita, a més del certificat de llenguatge administratiu, la puntuació del qual s'ha d'acumular a la de l'altre certificat que s'acrediti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.- Valoració del concurs &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, el Tribunal farà pública en la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament i en el taulell d'edictes les puntuacions atorgades a cada aspirant. Els interessats podran sol·licitar revisió i/o audiència al tribunal dins els tres (3) dies hàbils següents a aquesta publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, aquest es resoldrà aplicant la següent graduació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Major puntuació en l'apartat d'experiència professional de la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Si persisteix l'empat finalment es resoldrà per sorteig. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.- Relació d'aprovats i constitució de la borsa de treball &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop transcorregut el termini anterior, si no es presenten al·legacions, o bé un cop que hagin estat examinades les presentades, el Tribunal qualificador donarà per finalitzada la selecció, i elevarà a la Batlia la seva proposta definitiva de relació d'aprovats de la borsa de treball, per tal que dicti la corresponent resolució de constitució de la borsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta resolució serà publicada en la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament i en el taulell d'edictes, a l'efecte de considerar-se notificada a totes les persones interessades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta borsa tindrà una vigència de 3 anys des que es publiqui la resolució de constitució, sens perjudici que es pugui entendre prorrogada mentre es realitza el procediment selectiu per a constituir-ne una altra de posterior. No obstant això, la constitució d'una borsa posterior rere el procediment selectiu corresponent, deixarà sense efectes la present. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.-Funcionament de la Borsa de Treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el moment que hi hagi necessitat de cobrir la plaça en règim laboral temporal o bé de cobrir una substitució, baixes mèdiques i maternitat, jubilacions, i els permisos i llicències que puguin sorgir, les persones aspirants seleccionades es cridaran d'acord amb l'ordre de puntuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment serà el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Des de l'Ajuntament, s'intentarà contactar amb la persona candidata telefònicament. Correspon a les persones aspirants l'obligació de facilitar i actualitzar en tot moment el número de contacte telefònic i l'adreça de correu electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) En cas de no poder-hi contactar, o si no acceptés la proposta de feina, passarà automàticament a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de treball i podrà ser contractada la persona que ocupi el lloc immediatament següent de la llista, i així successivament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) No obstant l'exposat, la persona candidata mantindrà la seva posició a la borsa de treball i quedarà en situació de suspensió provisional en els casos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Quan es trobi en situació de permís de maternitat o paternitat, adopció o acolliment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Quan estigui sotmesa a hospitalització o intervenció quirúrgica que li impedeixi acceptar l'ocupació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests casos hauran de justificar-se documentalment en el termini dels 5 dies naturals següents en què es produeixin aquestes situacions. En cas de no justificar-se dins d'aquest termini, es passaria a ocupar el darrer lloc de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4) Quan acabi la prestació del servei o un contracte de treball, la persona aspirant tornarà a ocupar el lloc de prelació que tenia en la borsa de feina abans de l'inici del seu contracte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5) Les persones que no vulguin seguir formant part de la borsa de feina podran sol·licitar que se'ls doni de baixa per qualsevol dels mitjans indicats a la base 4; és a dir, els que són prevists per a la presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que hagin estat proposats per formar part de la borsa de treball, hauran de presentar en el registre general d'entrada de la Corporació, dintre del termini de CINC DIES NATURALS des d'aquell en que es faci pública la relació definitiva d'aprovats, la documentació acreditativa de complir les condicions específiques i requisits de la base tercera de la convocatòria, si escau. Les persones que en aquest termini no presentin aquesta documentació o no acreditin el compliment dels requisits de la base tercera de la convocatòria, llevat de casos de força major, perdran el seu dret de formar part de la borsa de treball, i totes les seves actuacions quedaran anul·lades, sens perjudici de la responsabilitat en què haguessin pogut incórrer per falsedat en la instància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.- Cobertura de vacants, substitucions o altres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop constituïda la borsa de treball en aquest Ajuntament per a cobrir vacants, baixes mèdiques i maternitat, jubilacions, i els permisos i llicències que puguin sorgir, seran cridats per ordre de puntuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona cridada a prestar servei en aquesta corporació renunciés a l'exercici de les funcions assignades, passaria automàticament a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de treball i podria ser cridada la persona que ocupi el lloc immediatament següent de la llista, i així successivament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, les persones integrants de la borsa de feina únicament seran titulars d'una expectativa de dret a ser contractades temporalment, per ordre de puntuació, en el cas que hi hagués vacants i/o necessitats del servei que ho requerissin i mentre no es realitzi un altre procediment selectiu per a cobrir llocs de feina. S'estarà també a les limitacions establertes respecte a això en la legislació de pressuposts de l'Estat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. - Període de prova per a la cobertura de vacants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant, segons ordre de major puntuació, que formi part de la borsa de treball, serà cridat per cobrir possibles vacants de la plaça de cuiner/a i es trobarà en període de prova d'un mes, a comptar des del dia següent al de la formalització del contracte laboral, el qual es regularà d'acord amb la normativa vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.-Publicitat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatòria d'aquest procediment selectiu i les seves bases es publicaran, íntegrament, al tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran i al BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Després la publicació de la convocatòria i d'aquestes bases al BOIB, els successius anuncis relatius al procediment selectiu es faran al tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot el que no es preveu en aquestes bases serà d'aplicació la normativa reguladora de la funció pública d'acord amb l'establert a l'article 190 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.- Protecció de dades de caràcter personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, la persona aspirant dóna el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part en la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent en matèria de protecció de dades de caràcter personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants quedaran vinculats a les dades que es facin constar en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i telèfon que figurin en la mateixa es consideraran vàlids a efectes de notificacions i serà responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones candidates tant els errors descriptius, com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que sigui necessari, algunes dades personals podran ser publicades al BOIB, portal de transparència i tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament i el portal web d'aquesta institució, d'acord amb el que disposen les bases de la present convocatòria i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es fa constar que, en el cas que la persona interessada hagi posat en coneixement de l'Ajuntament dades de salut, n'autoritza expressament el tractament per al compliment de les finalitats anteriorment exposades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades poden, si escau, exercir els drets d'accés, rectificació, supressió, oposició, dret a la limitació del tractament i dret a la portabilitat mitjançant instància presentada davant el Registre General d'Entrada de l'Ajuntament es Migjorn Gran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.- Incidències. Recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mentre estigui constituït, el Tribunal Qualificador està facultat per resoldre els dubtes que sorgeixin en l'aplicació d'aquestes bases i podrà adoptar els acords que corresponguin en tots els supòsits que s'hi preveuen amb la finalitat de facilitar el desenvolupament normal del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;* Per justificar l'experiència laboral s'ha de presentar la vida laboral de la persona aspirant, així com també els justificants de contractació (ja siguin còpies autèntiques dels contractes, dels certificats de feina o bé de les nòmines). Hi han de quedar reflectides la data d'inici i la de la finalització dels contractes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
