&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el BOIB núm. 157 de 3 de desembre de 2022 es va publicar la Resolució de la presidència de l'AETIB per la qual es dona compliment a l'Acord del Consell de Direcció de dia 3 de novembre de 2022 pel qual s'aproven els criteris comuns i les convocatòries específiques sota la modalitat de concurs de mèrits d'acord amb l'oferta pública d'estabilització per a l'any 2022 corresponent al personal laboral de l'AETIB aprovada pel Consell de Direcció de 24 de maig de 2022, de conformitat amb la disposició addicional sisena de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el BOIB núm. 17, de 7 de febrer de 2023 ,es va publicar la Resolució del director de l'AETIB de designació dels òrgans de selecció de les convocatòries de procés selectiu d'estabilització mitjançant concurs de mèrit i modalitat concurs oposició per l'accés com a personal fix de l'Agència d'Estratègia Turística de les Illes Balears (AETIB). A l'apartat cinquè consta com a Grup E (xofer). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En BOIB núm. 93, de 8 de juliol de 2023, es va publicar la Resolució del director de l'Agència d'Estratègia Turística de les Illes Balears (AETIB) per la qual s'aprova la llista definitiva d'aspirants que han superat el procés de selecció del concurs de mèrits de l'AETIB Grup E.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D' una primera lectura d'ambdues Resolucions s'ha advertit una errada material pel que fa a la categoria de la plaça L03530001 de conformitat amb la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'AETIB on aquesta plaça consta amb la categoria Ordenança i el Grup D.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú, estableix que "Les administracions podran, així mateix, rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet, o aritmètics existents en els seus actes".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que " la revocació dels actes de gravamen o desfavorables i la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que ha dictat l'acte o la disposició."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Convocatòria específica sobre la modalitat de concurs de mèrits d'acord amb l'oferta pública d'estabilització de l'any 2022 corresponent al personal laboral de l'AETIB aprovada per Consell de Direcció de 24 de maig de 2022, d'acord amb la disposició addicional sisena de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dicto la següent,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer. –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Corregir l'errada advertida en totes les resolucions d'aquest procés selectiu atès que la categoria de la plaça L03530001 correspon a la Categoria D, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot allà &lt;strong&gt;on diu&lt;/strong&gt; “ Ordenança Grup E”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir&lt;/strong&gt; “Ordenança-Xofer Grup D”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per a la formalització del contracte laboral i per a la incorporació efectiva al lloc de treball serà de tres dies i començarà a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució de correcció d'errades al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer. -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar aquesta Resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al web d'AETIB i al tauler d'anuncis d'AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant el president o del director de l'AETIB en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà d'haver publicat la resolució d'acord amb l'article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; en concordança amb l'article 121 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
