    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb allò que disposa l'article 44.2 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de novembre, i l'art. 45 de la Llei 39/15, d'1 d'octubre del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, es fa públic pel general coneixement els acords adoptats pel plenari de la Corporació de data 28/06/23:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“1. DONAR COMPTE DE LA RESOLUCIÓ DE BATLIA DE CREACIÓ DE LA JUNTA DE GOVERN LOCAL: COMPETÈNCIES DELEGADES, MEMBRES INTEGRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ DE BATLIA 2023-0497&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Angelina Pérez Sánchez, Batlessa-Presidenta de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta, de conformitat amb les facultats i atribucions conferides per la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril reguladora de les bases del Règim Local al seu art. 21 en relació amb l'article 23 per l'article 52.1 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donada l'existència obligatòria de La Junta de Govern Local als municipis de més de 5.000 habitants tal com estableixen els (art. 20.1 b) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local -LBRL-, art 23 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears -LMRLIB-), i 35.2 d) del ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La seva composició i de conformitat amb l'art. 52.2 ROF serà pel cas del municipi de Lloseta de la Batlessa i quatre regidors o regidores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les seves competències venen donades per l'assistència al batle en l'exercici de les seves funcions, i les atribucions que el batle o un altre òrgan li deleguin o li atribueixin les lleis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;De conformitat amb l'anterior,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Crear la Junta de Govern Local, la qual estarà presidida per la batlessa i integrada pels següents quatre regidors o regidores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Batlessa – Presidenta: Angelina Pérez Sánchez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Regidor: Toni Pérez Valverde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La Junta de Govern Local, entre d'altres, tindrà assignades les següents atribucions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONTRACTACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- L'aprovació dels expedients de contractació d'acord amb l'article 117 de la Llei 9/2017 de 8 de novembre de Contractes del Sector Públic d'aquells contractes en que la presidència de l'Ajuntament de Lloseta exerceixi com a òrgan de contractació per aplicació de la disposició addicional segona de la Llei 9/2017 de 8 de novembre de Contractes del Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- L'adjudicació dels contractes menors a que fa referència la BASE 28.5 de les Bases d'execució del pressupost per tenir un import superior a 5.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SUBVENCIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La concessió de subvencions en qualsevol quantia, sempre que tinguin cobertura pressupostària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PERSONAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- L'aprovació de bases reguladores de processos selectius per a la incorporació de personal al servei de l'ajuntament de Lloseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- L'aprovació de la oferta pública d'ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- L'assignació de complements de productivitats d'acord amb el reglament de productivitats de L'ajuntament de Lloseta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;URBANISME&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La concessió de llicències urbanístiques i d'activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La concessió de llicències d'ocupació del sòl, subsòl i vol de les vies públiques quan requereixin de l'atorgament d'una llicència prèvia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La concessió de guals i altres reserves d'estacionament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- L'aprovació de projectes d'obra quan la competència correspongui a batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La resolució dels expedients de disciplina urbanística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BENS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- L'atorgament d'autoritzacions o concessions demanials quan la competència correspongui a Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- L'atorgament del dret d'us d'espais municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESPONSABILITAT PATRIMONIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La resolució d'expedients de responsabilitat patrimonial competència de batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONVENIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- L'aprovació de convenis quan la competència per a la seva aprovació correspongui a batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Àmbit de la Delegació d'atribucions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serà amb tota la seva extensió, inclosa la resolució de recursos administratius, i en concordança amb les matèries connexes previstes en el RD 781/1986 de 18 d'Abril, el RD 2568/1986 de 28 de novembre, i demés legislació estatal o autonòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Condicions específiques d'exercici de les atribucions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El Batle es reserva la potestat d'avocació de les competències delegades a la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'avocació implica la recuperació per la Batllia de la competència resolutòria per decidir en un cas particular. La potestat d'avocació s'exercirà en règim excepcional, i quan apreciades les circumstàncies del cas, no es pugui demorar la resolució fins a la propera sessió ordinària de la Junta de Govern Local, o per la escassa importància de l'assumpte no sia necessària la convocatòria de sessió extraordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) No s'entendran delegades a la Junta de Govern Local aquelles competències atribuïdes al Batlle per la legislació estatal o autonòmica, que per la seva pròpia naturalesa no siguin susceptibles d'exercici per un òrgan col·legiat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUÈ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- La Junta de Govern Local celebrarà sessió ordinària amb periodicitat quinzenal, en primera convocatòria, els dimecres a les 14:30 hores (o el dia següent hàbil si fora festiu).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en primera convocatòria no hi hagués el quòrum de constitució necessari, s'entendrà convocada la sessió automàticament a la mateixa hora, 24 hores després.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Designar, d'entre els membres de la JGL com a Primer Tinent de Batle al Sr. Javier González Bordas, i com a Segon Tinent de Batle a la Sra. Francisca Campins Fernández &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETÈ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.-De la present Resolució es donarà coneixement al Ple a la primera sessió que celebri, notificant-se, endemés personalment als designats, i es publicarà en el BOIB, sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat des del dia següent al de la present resolució, conforme s'indica a l'article 52.4 del RD 2568/1986."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del plenari es donen per assabentats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. DONAR COMPTE DE LES RESOLUCIONS DEL BATLE EN MATÈRIA DE DELEGACIONS A TINENTS BATLE I REGIDORS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En aquest cas la Delegació comprendrà la direcció interna i la gestió dels serveis corresponents, però no inclourà la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en primera convocatòria no hi hagués el quòrum de constitució necessari, s'entendrà convocada la sessió automàticament a la mateixa hora, dos dies després.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, es faculta a la Sra. Batlessa per a posposar o avançar la celebració de les sessions ordinàries del Ple de la corporació municipal, dins del mateix mes de la seva celebració, quan el dia fitxat es trobi inclòs en un període de festes locals, o en altres circumstàncies degudament apreciades a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El règim jurídic de les mateixes es regula a l'article 76 de la Llei municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, i als articles 123 a 126 i 134 a 138 del ROF, així com a l'art. 20.1 apartat c) de la LRBRL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Batlle és el President originari de totes les comissions informatives, excepte que delegui la presidència efectiva en un altre membre a proposta de la pròpia comissió una vegada creada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La composició de la resta de membres s'ha d'acomodar a la proporcionalitat existent entre els diferents grups polítics representats en la Corporació. Els portaveu de cada grup designarà per escrit els seus adscrits concrets. Cada titular pot tenir un suplent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comissió es reunirà en caràcter ordinari cada mes, el penúltim dimecres de mes a les 14:30 hores, si bé es faculta al Batle a modificar l'horari per raons justificades a la convocatòria . La Comissió es competent per dictaminar els assumptes competència del Plenari de la Corporació municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els dies i hores de celebració de les sessions les fixarà el Batlle. La convocatòria de les sessions requereix l'antelació de dos dies hàbils a tots els seus membres. La vàlida celebració requereix la presència de la majoria absoluta dels seus membres en primera convocatòria, o d'un mínim de tres membres en segona convocatòria una hora més tard. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els acords adopten forma de dictàmens i s'aproven per majoria simple, amb el vot de qualitat del President. Són preceptiu i no vinculants. Són òrgans sense atribucions resolutòries que tenen per funció l'estudi, informe o consulta dels assumptes que han de ser sotmesos al Ple o a la Junta de Govern quan aquesta actuï amb funcions delegades del Ple, excepte casos d'urgència, o quan el Batlle sol·liciti el seu informe. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
