    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es fa públic que el Ple de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, en sessió Ordinària de data 25/05/2023, va adoptar, entre d'altres, l'acord següent que textualment diu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"Primer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Resoldre les al·legacions presentades en el sentit que indica l'informe jurídic de data 28 d'abril de 2023 que consta a l'expedient de referència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aprovar definitivament la Memòria del Catàleg municipal de camins rurals de Ferreries amb les prescripcions i modificacions resultants de les al·legacions que han estat totalment o parcialment estimades d'acord amb l'informe jurídic que consta a l'expedient, i segons el text que s'adjunta com annex a la present proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aprovar la modificació i l'actualització de les fitxes dels camins rurals de l'inventari municipal de béns per incorporar-hi la informació i la documentació incloses a les fitxes del camins rurals considerats de titularitat municipal al Catàleg municipal de camins rurals de Ferreries aprovat definitivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Acordar la inscripció dels camins catalogats de titularitat municipal en l'Inventari de béns municipals de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquè. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cartografiar els camins catalogats de titularitat municipal en el planejament urbanístic municipal sempre que es revisi o se'n faci una nova formulació; i fer-ne constar la naturalesa pública, sempre sense perjudici de cartografiar tots els camins del terme municipal d'acord amb el que preveu la legislació urbanística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisè&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Notificar aquest acord a totes les persones físiques i jurídiques que van presentar al·legacions, amb la còpia adjunta de l'informe jurídic de resposta on consti la justificació de si s'estimen o desestimen les seves al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setè&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Notificar aquest acord al Consell Insular de Menorca per tal que incorpori els camins catalogats de titularitat municipal en el Registre insular de camins públics i als Ajuntaments de Ciutadella de Menorca, Es Mercadal i Es Migjorn Gran als efectes oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitè&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Notificar aquest acord a la Direcció General del Cadastre, perquè, d'acord amb el procediment establert, incorpori a la planimetria cadastral els camins catalogats de titularitat municipal."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
