    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'article 20 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que és personal eventual el que, en virtut de nomenament legal, ocupa, amb caràcter temporal, llocs de treball considerats de confiança o d'assessorament especial de la Presidència o dels consellers o conselleres, no reservats a personal funcionari de carrera. També estableix que el president o presidenta i els consellers o conselleres nomenen lliurement el seu personal eventual i que els nomenaments s'han de publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El decret 11/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, regula l'estructura orgànica bàsica del Gabinet de la Presidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El consell de govern, en la sessió de 10 de juliol de 2023, ha aprovat la Relació de Llocs de Treball de Personal Eventual, en la qual consten els llocs de personal eventual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, dict el següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRET&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Nomenar, d'acord amb la Relació de Llocs de Treball del Personal Eventual, amb adscripció orgànica a la Presidència de les Illes Balears, en el llocs que s'esmenten a continuació, les persones següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Secretaria de Comunicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Als efectes de dietes i indemnitzacions per raó de servei, és aplicable el que disposen el Decret 16/2016, de 8 d'abril, o la norma que el substitueixi, i l'article&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 17.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1 de la Llei 11/2022, de 28 de desembre, de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt; Als efectes de retribucions per antiguitat o triennis, es reconeix el dret a la percepció dels conceptes esmentats que la persona interessada acrediti en les diferents administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Publicar aquest Decret en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
