&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;«Fent ús de les atribucions que em confereix l'article 21 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, el Reial decret legislatiu 781/1986, de 18 d'abril, i altra legislació concordant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per Resolució de Batlia núm. 455 de data 21 de juny de 2023, es va resoldre aprovar el nou organigrama municipal després de les eleccions celebrades el dia 28 de maig de 2023, i un cop constituïda la Corporació 20023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Vist que s'han d'afegir i/o completar àrees i algunes gestions, per tant, es fa necessari modificar l'organigrama aprovat per resolució de Batlia núm. 455 de data 21 de juny de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per tot això, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. Modificar &lt;/strong&gt;la resolució de Batlia núm. 455 de data 21 de juny de 2023, en el sentit que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En el punt &lt;strong&gt;primer s'ha d'afegir&lt;/strong&gt; la següent àrea amb les seves gestions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
