&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“El dia 8 de juliol de 2023 s'ha constituït el Consell Insular de Mallorca com a conseqüència de les eleccions del passat 28 de maig de 2023 i per Decret de la Presidència de dia 10 de juliol s'han creat els departaments que n'han d'estructurar el Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca, així com també per Decret de Presidència de la mateixa data s'han nomenat els consellers executius i&amp;nbsp; les conselleres executives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 34.3 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, quan es produeixi el nomenament dels nous membres del Consell Executiu, els titulars dels òrgans directius han de continuar en el càrrec fins que no se'n disposi expressament el seu cessament i, segons l'article 21.1.d) de la Llei de consells, correspon a la Presidència nomenar i separar lliurament les persones titulars dels òrgans directius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per tot això,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRET&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Disposar el cessament dels alts càrrecs que s'especifiquen, amb efectes de dia 13 de juliol de 2023, i agrair-los els serveis prestats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Maria Pastor Gelabert, directora insular de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Francisca Coll Borràs, directora insular de Patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Lluís Segura Seguí, director insular de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Mercedes Moragón Planas, secretària tècnica de Sostenibilitat i Medi Ambient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Inmaculada Férriz Murillo, directora insular de Medi Ambient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Juan Cruz Carrasco Villaverde, director insular de Residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Inmaculada Borrás Salas, secretària tècnica de Presidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Margalida Amorós Bauzá, directora insular de Coordinació i Projectes Estratègics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Andrés Caparrós Coll, director insular de Modernització i Transparència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Albert Travesset Campañà, director insular de Comunicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Carolina Abad Pons, directora insular de Promoció Sociocultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Sonia Moragues Botey, secretaria tècnica d'Hisenda i Funció Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Maria del Carmen Cuart Serra, directora insular d'Hisenda i Pressuposts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Antonio Espases Abraham, director insular de Funció Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Miquel Lluís Mestre Mestre, director insular de Suport i Coordinació Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Maria Bel Llinàs Pastor, secretària tècnica de Transició, Turisme i Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Joan Gaspar Vallori Guayta, director insular de Transició i Ordenació Turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Lucía Escribano Alés, directora insular de Promoció Turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Publicar aquest Decret en &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; i en la seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Mallorca,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Comunicar que, d'acord amb&amp;nbsp; l'article 11 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, les persones cessades han de presentar les declaracions d'activitats i béns amb motiu de l'acabament del mandat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
