    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 11 de juliol de 2023 es va publicar al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; núm. 95 la convocatòria i les bases que regiran el procés selectiu per&amp;nbsp;a la contractació d'un agent d'ocupació i desenvolupament local (AODL) de l'Ajuntament d'Algaida derivada del programa SOIB Desenvolupament Local 2023-2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que s'han detectat error materials a l'esmentada convocatòria, es procedeix a la seva rectificació mitjançant la publicació del decret de Batlia al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(http://ajalgaida.sedelectronica.es), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;als efectes establerts a l'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra l'esmentada resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, les/els interessades/ts poden interposar de forma alternativa, els següents recursos: o bé recurs potestatiu de reposició, a interposar davant la Batlia, en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la notificació de la present resolució, o bé directament recurs contenciós administratiu, a interposar davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà de la notificació d'aquesta resolució; tot això sense perjudici que els interessats puguin interposar aquells altres recursos que en considerin procedents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANTECEDENTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En data 7 de juliol de 2023 es va dictar el Decret de Batlia núm. 2023-0562 mitjançant el qual s'aprovaven les bases que han de regir el procés selectiu per a la contractació d'un agent d'ocupació i desenvolupament local (AODL) de l'Ajuntament d'Algaida derivada del programa SOIB Desenvolupament Local 2023-2025, el qual es va publicar al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; núm. 95 de 11 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Posteriorment, s'han detectat errades en dita resolució, concretament pel que fa a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tipologia de contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;FONAMENTS DE DRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques estableix que les administracions públiques podran rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètiques existents als seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En conseqüència, i en virtut de les atribucions que m'atribueix la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Rectificar els errors detectats a les bases que han de regir el procés selectiu per a la contractació d'un agent d'ocupació i desenvolupament local (AODL) de l'Ajuntament d'Algaida derivada del programa SOIB Desenvolupament Local 2023-2025, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
