    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ple de l'Ajuntament en sessió extraordinària duita a terme el passat 28 de juny de 2023, a reserva dels termes definitius que resultin de l'aprovació de l'acta corresponent, quedà assabentat de la proposta que seguidament es transcriu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«Constituïda la Corporació Municipal pel període 2023-2027 en el Ple de l'Ajuntament de data 17 de juny de 2023 desprès del procés electoral d'eleccions municipals de dia 28 de maig de 2023, i elegit batle de Manacor, Miquel Oliver Gomila, en virtut del pacte assolit per les dues formacions polítiques que conformen l'equip de govern municipal (MÉS i AIPC/SYS), de conformitat amb l'article 25 del ROF correspon a la presidència donar compte al ple en la primera sessió que es dugui a terme de la constitució dels grups polítics, dels seus integrants i dels portaveus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vists els escrits presentats en el registre d'entrada de l'Ajuntament de Manacor pels regidors/regidores comunicant la constitució dels diferents grups polítics representants en aquesta corporació així com els portaveus, titulars i suplents, en el termini establert legalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, aquesta batlia, en ús de les atribucions que legalment té atribuïdes, proposa al Ple l'adopció del següents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACORDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1r. Quedar assabentat, a efectes informatius, dels diferents escrits presentats pels regidors/es en relació a la constitució de grups municipals i la seva adscripció els diferents grups municipals que integren la corporació, així com la designació de portaveus (titulars i suplents), en compliment dels articles 23 i ss del RD 2568/86, de 28 de novembre (ROF):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;* Grup Municipal MÉS ESQUERRA, que estarà format pel següents membres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Donar compte a la comissió informativa que correspongui en la primera sessió ordinària que dugui a terme, de conformitat amb l'article 126.2 del ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4t. Difondre el contingut d'aquest acord, de conformitat amb el principi de transparència, mitjançant la seva publicació actualitzada i permanent a la seu electrònica municipal, en compliment d'allò que disposen els articles 5 i ss de la Llei 19/2013, de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació i bon govern».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
