    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;L'apartat 8.4. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 17 de març de 2015 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria de les ajudes destinades a la protecció de varietats autòctones en risc d'erosió genètica, per l'any 2015 (Pròrroga &amp;nbsp;2022) especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 60.2 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 59 de la Llei 30/1992, de &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En data 21 de març de 2023 es va publicar , en el BOIB núm. 36, la Resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual s'incrementa el crèdit que preveu la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 31 de gener de 2022, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria, per l'any 2022, dels ajuts destinats a la protecció de varietats autòctones en risc d'erosió genètica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.El &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;26/05/2023&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;es va publicar a la plana web de FOGAIBA la proposta provisional de denegació. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.El 08/06/2023 al BOIB núm. 76 es va publicar la Resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual s'incrementa el crèdit de la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 3 de febrer de 2022, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria, per a l'any 2022, dels ajuts destinats a la protecció de varietats autòctones en risc d'erosió genètica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.Un cop transcorregut el termini per presentar les al·legacions, estudiades les presentades i corregida d'ofici una errada als controls administratius de duplicitats detectades als expedients 04002584 i 04004357, als interessats assenyalats a l'Annex II li corresponen les superfícies i els imports que figuren a l'esmentat annex.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
