&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DECRET DE BATLIA NÚM. 2023-0539 JUNTA DE GOVERN, MEMBRES i DELEGACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb les facultats i atribucions conferides per l'article 23 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal y de règim local de les Illes Balears, l'article 50 i següents del Reglament Orgànic Municipal, i, el RD 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, es dicta la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &amp;nbsp;La Junta de Govern estarà presidida pel Batle i integrada per quatre regidors, número de regidors no superior al terç del número legal de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Batle- President:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern tendrà assignades les següents atribucions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pròpies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'assistència permanent al Batle en l'exercici de les seves atribucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Delegades pel Batle:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar l'oferta d'ocupació pública d'acord amb el pressupost i la plantilla de personal aprovades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aprovació dels instruments de planejament de desenvolupament del planejament general no expressament atribuïdes al Ple, i la dels instruments de gestió urbanística i dels projectes d'urbanització&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La contractació d'obres, subministraments o serveis quan el seu import no superi el 10% dels recursos ordinaris del pressupost ni, en qualsevol cas, la quantia de 6 milions d'euros, inclosos els de caràcter pluriannual, sempre que l'import acumulat de totes les seves anualitats no superi ni el percentatge indicat, referit als recursos ordinaris del pressupost del primer exercici, ni la quantia assenyalada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les concessions sobre béns de la corporació i l'adquisició de béns immobles i drets subjectes a la legislació patrimonial quan el seu valor no superi el 10% dels recursos ordinaris del pressupost ni l'import de 3 milions d'euros, així com l'alienació del patrimoni quan el seu valor no superi el percentatge ni la quantia indicats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les comunicacions i notificacions registrades d'entrada, quan així ho diligencii el Batle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Àmbit de la Delegació d'atribucions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serà en tota la seva extensió, en resolució de recursos i en concordança i inclusió de les matèries connexes previstes al RD 781/1986, de 18 d'abril, al RD 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, i, demés legislació estatal o autonòmica o local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Condicions específiques d'exercici de les atribucions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El Batle es reserva la potestat d'avocar les competències delegades a la Junta de Govern.&amp;nbsp; L'avocació implica la recuperació pel Batle de la competència resolutòria per a decidir en un cas particular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La potestat d'avocació s'exercirà en règim excepcional quan, apreciades les circumstàncies del cas, no es pugui demorar la resolució fins a la propera sessió ordinària de la Junta de Govern, o per l'escassa importància de l'assumpte no sigui necessària la convocatòria de sessió extraordinària.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) No s'entendran delegades a la Junta de Govern aquelles competències atribuïdes al Batle per la legislació estatal o autonòmica que, per la seva pròpia naturalesa, no siguin susceptibles d'exercici per l'òrgan col·legiat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;De la present Resolució es donarà coneixement al Ple a la primera sessió que celebri, notificant-se a més personalment a la persona designada, i es publicarà en el BOIB, sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat des del dia següent al de la present resolució, conforme s'indica a l'article 52.4 del RD 2568/1986.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ho mana i signa el Sr. Batle, a la data de la signatura electrònica, i, ho signa la Secretària-acctal. als sols efectes de donar fe. Binissalem, el Batle, signat i segellat.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El que es fa públic per general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
