&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“PRIMER.- Modificar l'Acord de Junta de govern 20230621_01_U008, de dia 21 de juny de 2023, de creació dels llocs de treball d'òrgans directius, coordinacions generals i direccions generals de cada Àrea o Regidoria, en el sentit que allà &lt;strong&gt;on diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Coordinador/a General de Benestar Social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.- Modificar l'Acord de Junta de govern JGL_20230621_01_U009 de dia 21 de juny de 2023 de nomenament d'òrgans directius els coordinadors generals i directors generals de cada Àrea o Regidoria, en el sentit que allà&lt;strong&gt; on diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.- Atribuir les funcions de gerència del patronat municipal d'escoles d'infants al Director general d'Educació i Infància, Sr. José Maria Noguera Vert.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l'article abans esmentat i 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
