    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ple de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida en sessió extraordinària de dia 26 de juny de 2023, va aprovar la següent proposta amb els seus acords:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;«PROPOSTA DE BATLIA SOBRE &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;REPRESENTANTS DE LA CORPORACIÓ A ÒRGANS SUPRAMUNICIPALS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Havent-se renovat la Corporació en virtut del procés electoral celebrat el passat dia 28 de maig, procedeix l'actualització dels membres que, en representació de la corporació, assistiran als diferents organismes i entitats en els quals té representació aquesta, i per tal de donar compliment a allò que estableix l'article 38 c) del Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, es proposa al Ple de l'Ajuntament l'adopció del següent acord: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Nomenar com a representants de l'Ajuntament al &lt;strong&gt;Consorci d'Infraestructures de les Illes Balears:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Titular: Sr. Martí Àngel Torres Valls (tinent de batle)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Suplent: Sra. Ana María Rodríguez Arbona (regidora)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Nomenar com a representants de l'Ajuntament al &lt;strong&gt;Fons Mallorquí de Solidaritat:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Titular: Sr. Miquel Estelrich Vanrell (regidor)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Suplent: Sra. Rocio Romero Galera (regidora)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Nomenar com a representants de l'Ajuntament a la&lt;strong&gt; Federació d'Entitats Locals de les Illes Balears (FELIB) i a la Federació Espanyola de Municipis i Províncies (FEMP):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Titular: Sr. Martí Àngel Torres Valls (tinent de batle)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Suplent: Sra. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Titular: Sr. Martí Àngel Torres Valls (tinent de batle)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Suplent: Sra.
