    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En compliment del disposat a l'article 44.2 del Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, es publica en el BOIB el següent Decret de data 19 de juny de 2023, firmat pel batle, Sr. Juan Antonio Amengual Guasp:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRET DE BATLIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mitjançant Resolució de data 19 de juny actual, aquesta Batlia com a primera actuació d'organització política municipal, ha nomenant com a membres de la Junta de Govern Local i Tinents de Batle als membres d'aquesta Corporació Sra. Esperanza Catalá Ribó, Sra. Isabel Bonet Saum, Sr. Manuel Más Sánchez, Sr. Jaime Bujosa Arbona, Sr. Juan Thomàs Quetglas, Sra. Elisa Monserrat Mayol, Sra. Juana María Prats Vidal i Sr. Javier Tascón Piña, amb indicació dels càrrecs a ostentar per cadascun d'ells.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Prenent com a base aquesta inicial estructuració, és convenient realitzar una primera assignació de funcions i delegació d'atribucions que permeti escometre amb garanties d'èxit la millora de la gestió política municipal, de manera que quedin prou ateses les necessitats d'organització i funcionament dels diferents serveis municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per això, mitjançant aquest decret,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DISPOSO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;. De conformitat amb el que s'estableix en els articles 23.4 de la vigent Llei Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local i en l'art. 43 i següents del Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, queden atorgades delegacions genèriques:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;I. En la Sra. Esperanza Catalá Ribó, Tinenta de Batle delegada de Policia Local i Protecció Civil, Joventut, Participació Ciudadanana, Esdeveniments i Ciutadans estrangers.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Àmbits: Policia Local i Protecció Civil, Joventut, Participació Ciudadanana, Esdeveniments i Ciutadans estrangers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Facultats que es deleguen: La direcció i impulsió de la política municipal en totes les matèries relacionades amb l'àmbit de la delegació, incloent, amb els assessoraments tècnics necessaris, la formulació de propostes de resolució de qualsevol tipus d'expedients d'aquests àmbits que hagin de resoldre altres òrgans col·legiats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Condicions específiques: les competències atribuïdes en el punt 1 anterior inclouen la potestat d'adopció d'actes administratius que afectin tercers, fins i tot la resolució de recursos de reposició contra els actes que ella hagi dictat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Queden sota la dependència directa de la Tinenta de Batle de Policia Local i Protecció Civil, Joventut, Participació Ciudadanana, Esdeveniments i Ciutadans estrangers les següents dependències municipals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serveis de Policia Local i Protecció Civil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Seguretat viària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Agència del voluntariat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pressupostos participatius, iniciatives i consultes ciutadanes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Agilitació i tutorització a entitats i col·lectius en els seus tràmits davant l'administració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Subvencions i suport AAVV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Isabel Bonet Saum, Tinenta de Batle delegada de Serveis Generals, Informàtica, Comunicació i Coordinació municipal:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Àmbits: Serveis Generals, Informàtica, Comunicació i Coordinació municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. 	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serveis de personal i recursos humans: gestió de plantilles, relacions de llocs de treball, nòmines, relacions laborals, formació, prevenció de riscos laborals, medicina d'empresa, adscripcions de personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Àmbit: Mobilitat i transport, Igualtat, Món Rural, Benestar animal, Manteniment i Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En aplicació del que es disposa en els articles 23.4 de la vigent Llei Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local i l'art. 43 i següents del Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, es delega en els Tinents d'Alcalde Sra. Esperanza Catalá Ribó, Sra. Isabel Bonet Saum, Sr. Manuel Más Sánchez, Sr. Jaime Bujosa Arbona, Sr. Juan Thomàs Quetglas, Sra. Elisa Monserrat Mayol, Sra. Juana María Prats Vidal i Sr. Javier Tascón Piña i dins dels àmbits de la competència genèrica que ostenten, l'exercici de les següents atribucions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aprovar la disposició de despeses, ordenació de pagaments, disposició de fons i autorització de documents que impliquin la formalització d'ingressos de fins a 300.000 euros, impostos inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Aprovar les adjudicacions de contractacions i concessions de competència de la Batlia i que no excedeixin de 300.000 euros, impostos inclosos, així com l'aprovació dels projectes d'obres i serveis de competència d'aquesta Batlia amb un pressupost inferior a la citada quantitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Resoldre els expedients de devolució de fiances i avals dipositats per contractistes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Subscriure escriptures, documents, pòlisses i contractes relacionats amb l'exercici de les facultats delegades i la signatura correspongui a la Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt; A més de les assenyalades en l'apartat anterior, es deleguen, específicament, les següents atribucions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) En la tinenta de Batle delegada de Policia Local i Protecció Civil, Joventut, Participació Ciudadanana, Esdeveniments i Ciutadans estrangers.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La direcció de seguretat, incloent-hi Policia Local i Protecció Civil, dictant les seves ordres o circulars d'instruccions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Gestió del Cos de la Policia Local i el Servei de Protecció Civil, dictant les seves ordres o circulars d'instruccions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La direcció dels serveis de Joventut, incloent, amb els assessoraments tècnics necessaris, la formulació de propostes de resolució de qualsevol tipus d'expedients d'aquests àmbits que hagin de resoldre altres òrgans col·legiats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Aprovar la concessió de llicències requerides per a la realització d'activitats vinculades amb els serveis de Participació Ciutadana o Joventut per la Llei 7/2013, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic d'instal·lació, accés i exercici d'activitats a les Illes Balears, sempre que la competència d'atorgament correspongui a la Batlia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La direcció dels serveis relatius a organitzacions de voluntaris i cooperació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. La direcció dels serveis de Participació Ciutadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. La direcció del servei de ciutadans estrangers incloent, amb els assessoraments tècnics necessaris la formulació de propostes de resolució de qualsevol tipus d'expedient d'aquests àmbits, que hagin de resoldre altres òrgans col·legiats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) En la Tinenta de Batle delegada de Serveis Generals, Informàtica, Comunicació i Coordinació municipal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Efectuar les convocatòries derivades de l'oferta d'ocupació i nomenar funcionaris o personal laboral, a proposta del tribunal, als qui superin les corresponents proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Contractar el personal laboral de la Corporació, i assignar-li els diferents llocs de caràcter laboral prevists en les relacions aprovades, d'acord amb la legislació laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La declaració de situacions administratives i l'atorgament de permisos, ajudes assistencials i llicències, així com la jubilació de tot el personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La resolució de les peticions d'accés a informació formulades pels regidors a l'empara dels articles 77 de la LRBRL i 14 del ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La direcció dels serveis de Noves tecnologies, que inclouen la direcció dels serveis d'Informàtica, Comunicacions i infraestructures existents o que puguin crear-se en aquest àmbit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) En el Tinent d'Alcalde delegat de Mobilitat i transport, Igualtat, Món Rural, Benestar animal, Manteniment i Cultura.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La direcció dels serveis de Normalització lingüística, Cultura i Igualtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La concessió d'autoritzacions d'ocupació o reserva de caràcter temporal amb motiu de l'organització d'activitats en la via pública, així com l'autorització de restriccions de trànsit derivades d'aquestes activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La direcció dels serveis de Circulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La direcció dels serveis de Manteniment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. L'atorgament de llicències de connexió a les xarxes d'aigua potable i de clavegueram.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) En el Tinent de Batle delegat d'Habitatge, Urbanisme, Patrimoni i Educació, les següents atribucions:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La direcció dels serveis d'habitatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Les atribucions corresponents a la resolució de les sol·licituds de les llicències urbanístiques d'obres que siguin competència de la Batlia, respecte a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les de tècnica senzilla i escassa entitat constructiva que s'executin sobre domini públic municipal, en sòl rústic protegit o en béns protegits d'acord amb la legislació de patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les que podrien executar-se mitjançant comunicació prèvia però tenen caràcter legalizador o es funden en una infracció urbanística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les obres subjectes a llicència que no requereixin projecte d'acord amb la Llei d'ordenació de l'edificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les de primera ocupació i finals d'obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les de parcel·lació i modificació de parcel·lari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les pròrrogues de llicències d'obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Les atribucions corresponents a la tramitació conjunta d'obres i activitats en els casos previstos en els articles 36.3.b), 37.1 i 37.2 de la Llei 7/2013, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic d'instal·lació, accés i exercici d'activitats a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Aquesta delegació inclou, amb els assessoraments tècnics necessaris, la formulació de propostes de resolució de qualsevol tipus d'expedient d'aquests àmbits que hagin de resoldre altres òrgans col·legiats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Iniciar, tramitar i imposar les sancions per infracció de les disposicions municipals i de la CAIB en matèria de disciplina urbanística quan siguin competència de la Batlia, acordant, si escau, la suspensió d'obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Educació i Biblioteques, incloent, amb els assessoraments tècnics necessaris, la formulació de propostes de resolució de qualsevol tipus d'expedient d'aquests àmbits que hagin de resoldre altres òrgans col·legiats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) En el Tinent de Batle delegat de Vies i Obres, Transició energètica i Medi Ambient, les següents atribucions:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La direcció dels serveis de Medi natural i Urbà, Benestar animal i Finca Galatzó, Medi ambient, canvi climàtic, Món rural, la unitat d'Ecoprojectes i Educació ambiental, dictant les seves ordres o circulars d'instruccions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La direcció dels serveis de Vies i obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) En la Tinenta de Batle delegada de Turisme, Comerç, Activitats, Platges i litoral i Organització, Innovació i Qualitat, les següents atribucions:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La direcció dels serveis d'organització i qualitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Impulsar les iniciatives de desenvolupament del principi de servei als ciutadans, mitjançant programes d'avaluació de la qualitat dels serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La direcció dels serveis de Comerç, incloent, amb els assessoraments tècnics necessaris, la formulació de propostes de resolució de qualsevol tipus d'expedient d'aquests àmbits que hagin de resoldre altres òrgans col·legiats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.Aprovar la concessió de llicències d'obertura d'establiments fabrils, industrials o comercials i altres llicències de qualsevol altra índole, sempre que, per a aquestes últimes, la competència d'atorgament correspongui a la Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La direcció dels serveis de Turisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) En la Tinenta de Batle delegada de Transparència, Serveis Socials i Família, Tercera edat i Cementiris, les següents atribucions:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Cooperació internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La direcció dels Serveis de desenvolupament social: Servei d'Intervenció Social i Serveis Socials; Servei de Benestar Social; Infància, Gent gran, Serveis socials i comunitaris.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La direcció dels serveis de Transparència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h) En el Tinent de Batle delegat d'Economia, Contractació i Esports:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La direcció dels serveis d'Economia i Hisenda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Adoptar actes de gestió, liquidació, inspecció i recaptació en matèria de gestió tributària dictats en aplicació d'ordenances reguladores d'impostos, taxes i preus públics municipals la competència dels quals correspongui a la Batlia, qualsevol que sigui el seu import.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Aprovar els traspassos interns de fons, sense límit, entre entitats financeres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Fer complir les ordenances i reglaments municipals i sancionar les faltes de desobediència a l'autoritat o per infracció d'ordenances i altres normes de competència municipal o normes de trànsit, excepte en els casos en què aquesta facultat sigui atribuïda a altres òrgans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
