&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Assumpte: modificació de la delegació de competències als regidors&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès l'escrit del senyor Marc Marquès Llufriu, en data del 29 de juny de 2023, amb registre d'entrada número 013497, en què comunica la renúncia al càrrec de regidor d'aquest ajuntament, es fa necessari modificar la delegació de competències que tenia assignades per mitjà de la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 339, de dia 21 de juny de 2023, i que són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«2. ÀREA DE TERRITORI I ENTORN I SERVEIS URBANS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1. SERVEI DE TERRITORI I ENTORN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;MARC MARQUÉS LLUFRIU&lt;/strong&gt;, les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a NETEJA DE LA VIA PÚBLICA, RECOLLIDA DE RESIDUS I ENERGIES&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; RENOVABLES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2. SERVEIS URBANS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;MARC MARQUÉS LLUFRIU&lt;/strong&gt;, les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a temes de SERVEIS D'AIGÜES I CLAVEGUERAM, ESCORXADOR.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per la qual cosa, les competències que tenia delegades de neteja de la via pública i recollida de residus passaran a ser exercides per l'Alcaldia; les relatives a energies renovables passaran a ser exercides pel regidor delegat senyor Daniel Óscar Marqués Papurello; les relatives al Servei d'Aigües i Clavegueram passaran a ser exercides per la senyora María Esperanza Juaneda Salord; i les relatives a Escorxador passaran a ser exercides pel regidor delegat senyor Nicolás Antonio Blanco Anglada. Les competències delegades al senyor Nicolás Antonio Blanco Anglada en matèria d'Igualtat i Cooperació seran exercides per l'Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vist que també es fa necessari modificar la delegació de competències en matèria d'Educació i Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils i la delegació de la presidència del PATRONAT MUNICIPAL D'ESCOLES INFANTILS i de la FUNDACIÓ CIUTADELLA CULTURA, assignades al regidor senyor Miguel Pablo Fullana León, i que seran exercides per l'Alcaldia;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que, d'acord amb les facultats que confereix a aquesta alcaldia la legislació vigent en matèria de règim local; la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local; el Reial decret legislatiu 781/86, de 18 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de règim local; i el Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, i l'article 25 de la Llei 20/2006, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar al regidor &lt;strong&gt;Sr. DANIEL ÓSCAR MARQUÉS PAPURELLO&lt;/strong&gt; les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a energies renovables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les competències en matèria de neteja de la via pública i recollida de residus queden reservades a l'Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;. Delegar a la regidora &lt;strong&gt;Sra. MARÍA ESPERANZA JUANEDA SALORD&lt;/strong&gt; les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a temes de Servei d'Aigües i Clavegueram.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;. Delegar al regidor &lt;strong&gt;Sr. NICOLÁS ANTONIO BLANCO ANGLADA &lt;/strong&gt;les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a temes d'ESCORXADOR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.&lt;/strong&gt; Deixar sense efecte la delegació efectuada al regidor senyor NICOLÁS ANTONIO BLANCO ANGLADA de les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a IGUALTAT I COOPERACIÓ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les competències en matèria d'Igualtat i Cooperació queden reservades a l'Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ.&lt;/strong&gt; Deixar sense efecte la delegació efectuada al regidor senyor MIGUEL PABLO FULLANA LEÓN en matèria d'Educació i Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La competència en matèria d'Educació i Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils queda reservada a l'Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ.&lt;/strong&gt; Deixar sense efecte la delegació en el regidor senyor MIGUEL PABLO FULLANA LEÓN de la presidència del PATRONAT MUNICIPAL D'ESCOLES INFANTILS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presidència del PATRONAT MUNICIPAL D'ESCOLES INFANTILS queda reservada a l'Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETÈ.&lt;/strong&gt; Deixar sense efecte la delegació en el regidor senyor MIGUEL PABLO FULLANA LEÓN de la presidència de la FUNDACIÓ CIUTADELLA CULTURA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presidència de la FUNDACIÓ CIUTADELLA CULTURA queda reservada a l'Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITÈ.&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar en el regidor &lt;strong&gt;Sr. MIGUEL PABLO FULLANA LEÓN&lt;/strong&gt; la vicepresidència de la FUNDACIÓ CIUTADELLA CULTURA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVÈ.&lt;/strong&gt; Refondre la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 339, de dia 21 de juny de 2023, amb la present resolució, de manera que el text íntegre de les delegacions, l'estructuració de les àrees organitzatives i els seus serveis siguin els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;‘&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER:&lt;/strong&gt; estructurar l'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament en tres àrees, en virtut del que s'estableix en la Disposició addicional quarta de l'RD 2568/1986, i delegar el coneixement previ, la preparació dels acords i la resolució dels assumptes que s'especifiquen en els regidors i les regidores següents, en compliment del que s'estableix a l'article 23 de la Llei 7/1985 i el Reglament orgànic municipal (articles 90 i 91, amb relació al 38).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. ÀREA D'ORGANITZACIÓ I SEGURETAT CIUTADANA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dins d'aquesta àrea quedarien integrats els serveis següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.1. SERVEIS CENTRALS I ORGANITZACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest servei inclou: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.1. Servei de Protocol (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.2. Serveis Jurídics: Contractació, Arxiu Administratiu i S&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;erveis Generals (&lt;/span&gt;Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.3. Servei d'Atenció a la Ciutadania, OAC (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.4. Serveis Econòmics: Hisenda i Gestió Tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.5 Comunicació (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.6. Recursos Humans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;JUAN DAVID BENEJAM ESCANELLAS&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;les facultats de&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a HISENDA I GESTIÓ TRIBUTÀRIA (excepte pel que fa als assumptes la resolució dels quals hagi estat delegada per aquesta batlia en la Junta de Govern Municipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la regidora Sra.&lt;strong&gt; RAQUEL PERICÁS NEGRETE&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a RECURSOS HUMANS (excepte pel que fa als assumptes la resolució dels quals hagi estat delegada per aquesta batlia en la Junta de Govern Municipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2. SERVEI DE SEGURETAT CIUTADANA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest servei inclou: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2.1. Policia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2.2. Mobilitat i Circulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2.3. Protecció Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;RAQUEL PERICÁS NEGRETE&lt;/strong&gt;, les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a POLICIA LOCAL, PROTECCIÓ CIVIL I CIRCULACIÓ (SENYALÍSTICA, GUALS, TARGETES VERDES I ZONA BLAVA, PARQUÍMETRES, MULTES DE TRÀNSIT).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar en la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;MARÍA ÁNGELES TORRES RIBOT&lt;/strong&gt; la presidència del PATRONAT MUNICIPAL DE L'HOSPITAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar en el regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;MIGUEL PABLO FULLANA LEÓN&lt;/strong&gt; la &lt;strong&gt;vicepresidència &lt;/strong&gt;de la FUNDACIÓ CIUTADELLA CULTURA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.&lt;/strong&gt; Manar la publicació d'aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), d'acord amb l'article 44 del ROF, i de la qual se'n donarà compte al Ple de l'Ajuntament en la primera sessió que se celebri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
