font-size:12px">Atès el Decret núm. 2/2023, de 4 de gener, d'aprovació de la convocatòria i&nbsp; bases reguladores del procés selectiu per cobrir una plaça pel sistema de concurs- oposició per torn lliure de tècnic/a auxiliar d'arxiu i biblioteca (C1) funcionariat de l'Ajuntament de Deià, i publicada en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears numero 6, de 14 de gener i en el Boletín Oficial del Estado de 20 de gener.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atès el Decret núm. 34/2023, de 25 de gener, de rectificació de les bases reguladores del procés selectiu per cobrir una plaça pel sistema de concurs- oposició per torn lliure de tècnic/a auxiliar d'arxiu i biblioteca (C1) funcionariat de l'Ajuntament de Deià, i publicada en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears numero 13, de 28 de gener.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Expirat el termini de presentació en data 17 de febrer de 2023 de sol·licituds d'admissió per formar part del procés selectiu dalt esmentat.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Revisades les sol·licituds presentades per les persones interessades en participar en aquest procés de selecció i, de conformitat amb el que s'estableix a les bases reguladores, es dona publicitat al llistat provisional de persones admeses i excloses, i s'estableix un termini de tres dies hàbils per esmenar deficiències.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Interposició de recursos </span></strong></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes comptador a partir de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
