OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La constitució d'aquesta convocatòria de treball té com a única finalitat establir un procediment àgil per posar immediatament a disposició de l'Àrea de Qualitat Urbana personal temporal capacitat i necessari per a la prestació correcta del servei, respectant els principis rectors de l'accés a l'ocupació pública, en benefici de la ciutadania de Palma i del propi personal, fent efectiva la carta de serveis de l'empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Des de l'any 2016 i fins avui, el personal de caràcter temporal accedeix a l'empresa a través de les borses de treball existents, l'última de les quals és la publicada el 25 d'octubre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En compliment de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, el 29 de desembre de 2022 es van publicar al BOIB les bases específiques per a la convocatòria oberta del concurs de mèrits per cobrir 106 places fixes de peó especialista neteja/recollida, així com les bases específiques per a la convocatòria oberta del concurs oposició per cobrir 204 places fixes/fixes discontínues de peó especialista neteja/recollida. Les persones que hagin obtingut una puntuació mínima de 40 punts en el procés selectiu pel sistema de concurs oposició i no hagin obtingut plaça laboral fixa, s'inclouran en una llista anomenada borsa de treball que tindrà prevalença sobre les borses de treball preexistents a EMAYA per ordre de major a menor puntuació obtinguda en el concurs oposició, i se'ls podrà contactar segons les necessitats de caràcter temporal de l'empresa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones inscrites en aquestes convocatòries sumen un total de 1.565 (914 al procés de concurs oposició i 651 al procés de concurs de mèrits). Atès l'elevadíssim nombre de persones inscrites, fins ara únicament s'ha pogut dur a terme la publicació del llistat de persones admeses i excloses i la finalització d'aquests processos selectius no serà viable fins a finals d'aquest any i, conseqüentment, no es generarà una borsa de treball fruit del concurs oposició fins a la seva finalització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per allò que s'ha exposat més amunt, es crea aquesta borsa de treball temporal que té caràcter subsidiari, per la qual cosa únicament ha d'operar quan no hi hagi persones en situació “Disponible” a la borsa de peó especialista publicada l'octubre de 2021 (que integra la borsa de peó especialista d'octubre de 2015, la seva ampliació d'abril de 2017 i la borsa de peó especialista amb carnet de primera de maig de 2018, i la pròpia borsa del 2021) i perdrà la seva vigència quan es resolgui la convocatòria oberta del concurs oposició abans indicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès el caràcter d'excepcionalitat, celeritat i temporalitat d'aquest procés selectiu, el mecanisme utilitzat és el de concurs de mèrits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'horari de treball pot ser en torn de matí, horabaixa o nit, segons les necessitats de l'empresa i en els horaris especificats per a cada tipus de servei, detallats a l'article 14 del Conveni Col·lectiu d'EMAYA - Àrea de Qualitat Urbana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'empresa, inicialment i en atenció de les necessitats organitzatives, ha d'assignar al personal un torn de treball que es pot modificar. L'empresa ha de comunicar aquestes modificacions/canvis al personal amb un preavís d'una setmana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal presta els seus serveis a qualsevol dels centres de treball o sectors o serveis de l'empresa, que quan ho estimi necessari, pot modificar el centre de treball/sector/servei assignat, cosa que ha de comunicar al personal amb una antelació mínima de 48 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els canvis/modificacions ressenyats no generen cap mena de dret adquirit o compensació de cap classe a favor del treballador/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realitzar la recollida i neteja de contenidors seguint les instruccions tècniques, la normativa vigent i la Llei de riscos laborals, amb la finalitat de mantenir en bon estat de sanejament els carrers de la ciutat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Funcions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Analitzar les ordres de treball per prioritzar les tasques diàries i organitzar la jornada d'acord amb el responsable immediat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Manipular els contenidors per al buidatge i la neteja. Accionar el sistema de descàrrega del contenidor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contribuir a la neteja dels camions de recollida per mantenir-los en bon estat per a la propera jornada de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Verificar el buidatge correcte dels contenidors per garantir que es presta un servei correcte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comprovar la neteja de l'entorn del contenidor. Recollir els residus existents a l'àrea d'aportació i ordenar els voluminosos existents per facilitar-ne la recollida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Controlar que els residus dipositats al contenidor són de la fracció específica (recollida selectiva) per evitar problemes i/o penalitzacions a la planta de tractament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realitzar una manipulació correcta del contenidor per evitar trencaments o avaries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Col·locar correctament el contenidor a la zona establerta deixant els frens posats i les tapes tancades per garantir la seguretat i la qualitat del servei a la ciutadania. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realitzar la neteja al sector assignat de la ciutat amb els diferents equips de què es disposa, per mantenir el bon estat de la via pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realitzar el manteniment i neteja dels equips (carros, escombra, bufadora, desbrossadora, etc.) per a la seva correcta conservació i bon funcionament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atendre la ciutadania, per resoldre els dubtes que pugui tenir sobre qüestions relacionades amb la neteja de la ciutat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En alguns casos, intervenir en zones conflictives amb la policia local per procedir a la neteja i proporcionar un servei més bo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes funcions intenten descriure la naturalesa i el nivell de treball general exercit pel personal assignat a aquest lloc de treball. No obstant això, no és una llista exhaustiva ni excloent de totes les responsabilitats, funcions i destreses requerides per a la feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. REQUISITS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tal de ser admeses a la realització de les proves selectives les persones aspirants hauran de reunir els requisits següents a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, durant el procés selectiu i mantenir-los fins al moment de la incorporació a la plaça:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o d'algun dels altres estats membres de la Unió Europea o ser nacional d'algun estat en què, en virtut dels tractats internacionals subscrits per la Unió Europea i ratificats per Espanya, sigui aplicable la lliure circulació de treballadors, amb excepció d'aquells llocs de treball que directament o indirectament impliquin una participació en l'exercici del poder públic o en les funcions que tenen per objecte la salvaguarda dels interessos de l'Estat o de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Tenir 18 anys i no superar l'edat màxima de jubilació ordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Tenir les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents. Les persones aspirants que accedeixin a places reservades per a persones amb discapacitat hauran de tenir acreditat el grau igual o superior al 33% i ho hauran d'acreditar en el moment de la presentació d'instàncies; també hauran de sol·licitar, a la mateixa instància, les adaptacions que considerin adequades per dur a terme les proves selectives. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No haver estat separades, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei ni haver estat acomiadades disciplinàriament de manera declarada procedent de qualsevol empresa del sector públic, ni trobar-se inhabilitades de manera absoluta o especial per a feines o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial. En cas de ser nacional d'altres estats, no estar inhabilitat/da o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmeses a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat, en els mateixos termes, l'accés a l'ocupació en el sector públic (declaració responsable). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Abans d'accedir a la plaça, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni realitza cap activitat en el sector públic delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep cap pensió o prestació incompatible. Si realitza alguna activitat privada, incloses les de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de deu dies comptats a partir del dia de l'inici de la relació laboral, perquè l'òrgan competent acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o d'incompatibilitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Superar les proves mèdiques que determini el metge de Vigilància de la Salut i que certifiquin que s'és apte i sense cap mena de restricció per al correcte desenvolupament de totes les funcions de la plaça que es vol ocupar (excepte el personal amb discapacitat, que podrà ser apte amb restriccions). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Estar en possessió de la titulació de graduat escolar o equivalent o certificat de professionalitat equivalent, o estar en condició d'obtenir-ho en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds de participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Acreditar el coneixement de la llengua catalana: estar en possessió del nivell A2 de català, haver-ho superat en altres convocatòries d'Emaya, o haver realitzat un curs de nivell de català igual o superior al requerit. Les persones aspirants que no acreditin documentalment els coneixements de llengua catalana segons allò que es preveu anteriorment, han de superar una prova específica de coneixements de nivell bàsic de català (A2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Estar disponible per a qualsevol torn i/o servei de l'àrea de producció, d'acord amb les necessitats de l'empresa en el moment de l'oferiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. No ser integrant de cap borsa de treball d'EMAYA en la mateixa categoria que la de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. No haver estat exclòs d'altres borses de treball de Qualitat Urbana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Per a les persones que hagin tingut una relació laboral-contractual amb EMAYA-Qualitat Urbana, amb categoria de peó especialista:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Haver superat el període de prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. No haver estat acomiadat, llevat que l'acomiadament sigui declarat improcedent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Haver presentat la sol·licitud de participació en el procés selectiu en el termini i la forma escaients, així com emplenar la declaració responsable juntament amb el full d'autobaremació de mèrits, d'acord amb el model que s'incorpora en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants han de complir els requisits indicats en aquesta convocatòria el dia de la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, i han de mantenir-los fins al moment de l'adquisició de la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nomenament dels membres del Tribunal es publicarà a la pàgina web d'EMAYA https://emaya.convoca.online/ una vegada finalitzat el període de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El funcionament, responsabilitats i funcions dels membres del Tribunal s'han d'ajustar a allò que s'estableix a l'apartat 3 de les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bases generals de processos selectius per a les convocatòries d'estabilització d'ocupació regulades per la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre – EMAYA Qualitat Urbana,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; publicades a la pàgina web d'EMAYA. El Tribunal, a més, queda autoritzat per resoldre els dubtes que es puguin presentar i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre del procés selectiu en tot allò que no es preveu a les Bases Generals. La persona que n'ostenti la presidència tindrà vot de qualitat en cas d'empat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les persones interessades i que reuneixin els requisits per optar a les places, hauran de presentar la sol·licitud, en els 15 dies hàbils següents a la publicació al BOIB d'aquesta convocatòria, a través de la plataforma a la qual es pot accedir des de la pàgina web d'Emaya https://emaya.convoca.online/. Per fer-ho, cal seguir els passos i les instruccions que s'hi indiquen i adjuntar la documentació sol·licitada amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;còpia escanejada llegible en format PDF o JPG&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (la documentació s'ha de presentar escanejada per totes dues cares, llevat que a l'anvers s'acrediti suficientment la informació requerida). Els arxius que s'adjuntin a la sol·licitud de participació hauran de dur un nom clar d'acord amb el seu contingut. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud de participació inclou una declaració responsable i l'autobaremació (al·legació de mèrits) que també té consideració de declaració responsable. A més, suposa el coneixement i l'acceptació inequívoca del tractament de dades de caràcter personal per part de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones amb discapacitat reconeguda igual o superior al 33&amp;nbsp;% hauran de presentar el certificat de discapacitat corresponent, així com el certificat d'aptitud emès pels equips multiprofessionals de la Direcció General de Serveis Socials o de l'organisme públic equivalent, d'acord amb allò que es preveu al número 3 dels requisits generals d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb allò que estableix la Llei de protecció de dades i per a la identificació de les persones candidates, en els llistats constaran, com a mínim, 4 dígits del seu DNI o NIE (***DNI1**) a totes les publicacions. En presentar la seva sol·licitud, la persona aspirant dona el seu consentiment perquè el Tribunal, si ho considera necessari, realitzi les comprovacions oportunes sobre les dades aportades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds i comprovada la documentació, es publicaran les llistes provisionals de persones admeses i excloses, amb indicació de la causa d'exclusió. El fet de constar a la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement, a les persones interessades, que compleixen amb els requisits per participar en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per esmenar qualsevol possible defecte o acompanyar documents que siguin preceptius, les persones excloses o omeses disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils a comptar des de la publicació de la relació indicada. Durant aquest tràmit no s'admetran les al·legacions de nous mèrits no especificats a la declaració inicial. Si hi ha esmenes, al·legacions o reclamacions, una vegada revisades pel Tribunal Qualificador, es publicarà la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses. S'estableix un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a comptar des de la publicació del llistat definitiu, únicament per a atendre errors formals per part del tribunal i/o impugnacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en qualsevol moment del procés de selecció el Tribunal té coneixement de la no veracitat d'alguna dada aportada per la persona aspirant, aquest fet suposarà l'exclusió automàtica del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCÉS SELECTIU PER CONCURS DE MÈRITS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema selectiu és de concurs, amb caràcter excepcional, i consisteix a qualificar i quantificar els mèrits acreditats a la sol·licitud d'inscripció de les persones integrants de la llista definitiva de persones admeses en aquest procés selectiu. La puntuació màxima d'aquest procés serà de 100 punts, i els mèrits s'al·legaran i acreditaran per a la seva valoració fins a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Les persones aspirants han d'emplenar, juntament amb la sol·licitud de participació, l'autobaremació dels mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;amb data posterior a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que no hagi estat acreditat en el termini indicat i de la manera establerta en la convocatòria;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que no estigui adequadament i clarament acreditat d'acord amb els barems de la fase de concurs, i/o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;adduït i no justificat en la forma indicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tota la documentació que es presenti en llengua estrangera haurà d'anar acompanyada de la traducció jurada corresponent en qualsevol dels idiomes oficials de les Illes Balears; en cas contrari, no es tindrà en compte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació dels permisos de conduir (i CAP) duu implícita la seva posada a disposició de l'empresa per part de qui els ostenta, l'obligatorietat de desenvolupar funcions per a les quals sigui necessari estar en possessió d'aquests permisos de conduir, així com el compromís de mantenir-los vigents durant tota la vigència d'aquesta borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'autobaremació té la consideració de declaració responsable. La falsedat en les dades d'autobaremació determinarà l'exclusió del procés i la consideració de no haver-hi participat, a més de les actuacions legals pertinents per falsedat en les dades. Els errors es podran corregir a la fase d'al·legacions, si queden acreditats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a aquells mèrits que possibilitin l'opció de comprovació d'ofici, si la persona candidata sol·licita aquesta comprovació, el Tribunal, després de la revisió, podrà atorgar una puntuació superior, igual o inferior a la indicada en la fulla d'autobaremació. Si la persona candidata no sol·licita la comprovació d'ofici, després de la revisió, el Tribunal podrà atorgar una puntuació inferior o igual a la indicada en la fulla d'autobaremació, però mai superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal no prendrà en consideració els mèrits adduïts a la inscripció de “Convoca” a apartats/epígrafs que valorin mèrits de diferent naturalesa i/o matèria a la del mèrit aportat, encara que coincideixi amb un mèrit a aportar a un altre apartat/epígraf. Únicament si la persona candidata efectua al·legacions al llistat provisional de mèrits indicant expressament que vol que un mèrit aportat sigui considerat a un altre apartat/epígraf, el tribunal podrà, si escau, assignar la puntuació d'aquest mèrit a l'epígraf sol·licitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. BAREM DE MÈRITS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits al·legats i justificats per les persones aspirants en aquesta fase i que el Tribunal valorarà es regiran d'acord amb el barem següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;EXPERIÈNCIA PROFESSIONAL: fins a un màxim de 40 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Serveis prestats en una empresa del sector privat amb contracte de treball de categoria professional de peó especialista, a empreses de neteja viària i/o recollida de residus, o be serveis prestats realitzant funcions de conductor/a en el sector privat: 0,010 per dia treballat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Serveis prestats en una empresa del sector públic amb contracte de treball de categoria professional de peó especialista, a empreses de neteja viària i/o recollida de residus, o serveis prestats realitzant funcions de conductor/a en el sector públic: 0,015 per dia treballat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Serveis prestats a EMAYA, a l'àrea funcional de producció de Qualitat Urbana, amb contracte de treball de categoria professional de peó o peó especialista o amb categoria professional de conductor/a a EMAYA: 0,030 per dia treballat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per als punts a) i b), si al contracte de treball no queda prou acreditat que l'activitat de l'empresa és de neteja viària i/o recollida de residus, s'ha d'aportar un certificat d'empresa degudament segellat i signat en què s'indiqui l'activitat de l'empresa i les funcions desenvolupades; en cas contrari, no es meritarà l'experiència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'experiència professional ha de justificar la realització, de manera prevalent, de les funcions del lloc de treball objecte de la convocatòria i es computa per dia real treballat (dia cotitzat a la vida laboral).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament puntuen els contractes de treball de peó especialista o certificats de funcions de conductor/a. No es puntuen contractes de categoria superior als especificats. No es computen serveis que han estat prestats simultàniament amb altres d'igualment al·legats; en aquest cas, només es tenen en compte els de major durada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per puntuar l'experiència professional, aquesta ha de quedar prou ben acreditada amb tota la documentació abans requerida; en cas que no sigui així, el tribunal pot sol·licitar documentació addicional als aspirants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a l'experiència d'haver prestat serveis a EMAYA, no cal presentar els contractes de treball, únicament marcar la revisió d'ofici a l'autobaremació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Formació professional de grau mitjà: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Títol de batxillerat: 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Títol de formació professional de grau superior: 8 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Títol universitari: 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els nivells de formació són acumulables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma d'acreditació es fa mitjançant còpia, per totes dues cares, dels diplomes (signats i segellats o amb codi segur de verificació), certificacions o documents oficials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es puntuen els títols abans indicats obtinguts a efectes acadèmics. No es comptabilitzen com a mèrit en aquest apartat ni equivalències de títols a efectes laborals o professionals, ni certificats de professionalitat. En cas de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger, s'ha d'estar en possessió de la credencial que acredita la seva homologació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Per un certificat de nivell B2: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Per un certificat superior als anteriors: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els nivells no són acumulables, només es valora el de major nivell aportat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma d'acreditació es fa mitjançant el corresponent diploma, certificat o títol expedit, considerat equivalent o homologat pel Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Permisos de conduir B, C vigents i CAP, i saldo de punts. Carnet de conduir B (vigent). 20 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Carnet de conduir C (vigent) i CAP específic del permís C (vigent): 15 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Saldo de punto emès per la DGT: màxim 15 punts: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Saldo de 12 punts: 12 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Saldo de 11 punts: 11 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Saldo de 10 punts: 10 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. No es puntuen certificats amb saldo inferior a 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració dels mèrits d'aquest apartat és acumulable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma d'acreditació: permís de conduir emès per la DGT o el seu justificant provisional o homologat a l'Estat espanyol i original i del CAP. Per a la valoració del saldo de punts s'ha de presentar el certificat emès per la DGT amb la data actual. No s'admet cap saldo de punts si no du impresa la data actual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació dels permisos de conduir (i CAP) i la seva valoració com a mèrits duu implícita la seva posada a disposició de l'empresa per part de qui els ostenta, l'obligatorietat de desenvolupar funcions per a les quals sigui necessari estar en possessió d'aquests permisos de conduir, així com el compromís de mantenir-los vigents durant tota la vigència d'aquesta borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. LLISTAT DE VALORACIÓ DE MÈRITS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop estudiada la documentació aportada, es publicarà el llistat provisional de mèrits al·legats a la declaració responsable (autobaremació) i acreditats amb la documentació aportada, es concedirà un termini de 3 dies hàbils per presentar al·legacions al llistat provisional de mèrits. Un cop finalitzat aquest termini, es resoldran les al·legacions o reclamacions que hi pugui haver i es publicarà el llistat definitiu. S'estableix un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a comptar des de la publicació del llistat definitiu per a la presentació d'al·legacions (únicament per a atendre errors formals per part del tribunal) i/o impugnacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació final del procés selectiu vindrà determinada per la suma total de mèrits. En cas d'empat, aquest es resol atenent els criteris següents, de manera prevalent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Formar part del col·lectiu subrepresentat per gènere en la categoria professional objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La major puntuació obtinguda a l'experiència professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. PROVA ESPECÍFICA DE CATALÀ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Han de realitzar la prova de català, amb caràcter obligatori i eliminatori, les persones integrants de la llista definitiva de persones admeses al procés selectiu que a la inscripció no hagin acreditat el requisit del coneixement de la llengua catalana (estar en possessió del nivell de català A2, haver-lo superat en altres convocatòries d'EMAYA o haver fet un curs de nivell de català igual o superior al requerit). Durant el transcurs del procés selectiu la concreció de la data i hora de realització de la prova es publicaran a la pàgina web d'EMAYA: https://emaya.convoca.online/.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els resultats de la prova de català es publiquen com a “Apte/a” o “No apte/a”. Les persones amb resultat “No apte/a” o que no s'hagin presentat a la prova s'exclouen del procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop estudiats els resultats de la prova de català, es publicarà el llistat provisional i es concedirà un termini de 3 dies hàbils a comptar des de la seva publicació per a la presentació d'al·legacions i/o impugnacions. Un cop finalitzat aquest termini, es resoldran les al·legacions o reclamacions que hi pugui haver i es publicarà el llistat definitiu. S'estableix un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a comptar des de la publicació del llistat definitiu per a la presentació d'al·legacions (únicament per a atendre errors formals per part del tribunal) i/o impugnacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. FINALITZACIÓ DEL PROCÉS SELECTIU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada publicat el llistat definitiu de valoració de mèrits, per ordre de major a menor puntuació amb indicació del núm. de registre i 4 dígits del DNI, i un cop superada la prova de català (per als qui no hagin acreditat els coneixements de llengua catalana a la sol·licitud d'inscripció), finalitza tot el procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de figurar al llistat definitiu de la borsa únicament genera dret a ser integrant de la borsa i, en conseqüència, a l'oferiment d'incorporació a l'empresa d'acord amb el procés establert en aquestes bases, respectant en tot moment els límits a la contractació legalment establerts. Les persones integrants de la borsa en cap cas generen cap dret a ser contractades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de la incorporació efectiva al lloc de treball com a personal laboral temporal, les persones que hagin presentat còpies de la documentació relativa al procés selectiu seran requerides perquè aportin la documentació original o còpia compulsada. La no-presentació suposarà l'exclusió del procediment i, per tant, de la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona o persones candidates que aspiren a ocupar una plaça temporal són citades al Servei Mèdic i han de superar les proves mèdiques que es determinin. El Servei Mèdic ha de certificar que s'és apte/a i que no hi ha cap mena de restricció per al correcte desenvolupament de totes les funcions de la plaça que es vol ocupar (excepte el personal amb discapacitat, que pot ser apte amb restriccions).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada incorporada, la persona haurà de superar el període de prova establert per conveni col·lectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. REGLAMENT DE FUNCIONAMENT DE LES BORSES DE TREBALL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La regulació bàsica de la borsa de treball temporal fruit d'aquesta convocatòria es fa mitjançant l'aplicació de l'Annex IV del Conveni Col·lectiu d'EMAYA, “Reglament de funcionament de les borses de treball”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. PUBLICACIÓ, COMUNICACIONS I TERMINIS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es publicarà al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i a la plataforma accessible des de la pàgina web d'Emaya https://emaya.convoca.online/, a més de la seva publicació en diversos periòdics de màxima difusió a nivell local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que participin en aquesta convocatòria queden obligades a relacionar-se amb EMAYA telemàticament en totes o algunes de les fases del procediment. Totes les comunicacions d'aquest procés selectiu es publicaran a la plataforma accessible des de la pàgina web d'Emaya https://emaya.convoca.online/.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per al còmput dels terminis determinats com a dies hàbils en aquesta convocatòria, s'entendran els compresos entre dilluns i divendres, per la qual cosa dissabte es considera dia no hàbil. Com a dies naturals s'entendran els compresos entre dilluns i diumenge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. TERMINI D'IMPUGNACIÓ DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queda establert un termini d'impugnació d'aquesta convocatòria d'un mes a comptar des de la data de la seva publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

APROVACIÓ I VIGÈNCIA DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL TEMPORAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La vigència de la borsa de treball temporal regulada per aquestes bases s'inicia el dia de la data de publicació del llistat definitiu de la borsa de treball i la seva finalització coincideix amb la publicació de la borsa de treball generada per la finalització de la convocatòria oberta del concurs oposició de peó especialista publicada el 29 de desembre de 2021, sense que pugui excedir el seu període de vigència els 3 anys des de la publicació de l'avantdit llistat definitiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta borsa intenta garantir, durant la seva vigència, un mínim de 200 persones integrants en situació “Disponible”; si no és així, es pot dur a terme l'ampliació d'aquesta borsa mitjançant nova convocatòria. Únicament es pot oferir la incorporació a l'empresa a les persones integrants d'aquesta ampliació de borsa quan no existeixin persones integrants disponibles en aquesta borsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
