&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Atès l'expedient en tràmit de la convocatòria del procés avaluador per a l'obtenció de l'acreditació professional per a exercir com a personal del servei d'admissió i control d'ambient intern, el qual va ser aprovat per Resolució del Conseller Executiu d'Economia i Territori núm. 264/2023, publicada en el BOIB núm. 29, de data 7 de març de 2023 i la posterior correcció d'errors materials en les bases, publicada en el BOIB núm. 40, de data 30 de març de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Atesa l'acta quinta del tribunal qualificador, de data 03/07/2023, en la qual es proposa la llista definitiva dels aspirants aptes i no aptes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb el punt 11 de les bases de la convocatòria esmentada, i d'acord amb l'article 15 del Decret 41/2011, de 29 d'abril, regulador dels serveis d'admissió i control d'ambient intern en les activitats d'espectacles públics i recreatius, el tribunal qualificador de les proves per a obtenir l'acreditació professional,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
