&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Celebrades les eleccions locals el passat dia 28 de maig de 2023 i vista la sessió constitutiva de l'Ajuntament de data 17 de juny de 2023, en ús de les facultats que li confereixen els articles 21.3 i 23.4 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local, i de conformitat amb els articles 43, 44, 45 i 51 del Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals aprovat per Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
