&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«En ús de les atribucions que em confereix la legislació vigent, en ordre al nomenament de regidors i regidores delegats&lt;strong&gt;, HE RESOLT:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;. Nomenar els següents regidors i regidores com a delegats i delegades de la Batlia sobre les matèries que s'expressen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

HELENA CAYETANO GÓMEZ. Delegada d'Educació i Medi Ambient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;. El contingut de les anteriors delegacions és específic i, per tant, inclou les facultats de direcció i gestió dels serveis corresponents, sota la supervisió i coordinació del president de la Comissió Informativa corresponent, i sense facultats de resolució mitjançant actes administratius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.&lt;/strong&gt; El contingut de la delegació d'Organització Laboral no inclou la delegació de la prefectura directa i superior de tot el personal, que correspon al batle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART&lt;/strong&gt;. Donar compte del present Decret a la propera sessió del Ple de l'Ajuntament i publicar-lo en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
