    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançant la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat de 29 de desembre de 2022, es va nomenar la senyora Estela Garcia Martinez, amb DNI número ***2143**, com a personal eventual de la Conselleria de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat, per ocupar el lloc INTERLOCUTORA/INTERLOCUTOR PARLAMENTÀRIA/PARLAMENTARI codi 100249.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 20 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que és personal eventual el que, en virtut d'un nomenament legal, ocupa, amb caràcter temporal, llocs de feina considerats de confiança o d'assessorament especial de la Presidència o dels consellers o de les conselleres, no reservats a personal funcionari de carrera. També disposa que el president o la presidenta i els consellers o les conselleres nomenen i cessen lliurement el seu personal eventual; nomenaments i cessaments que s'han de publicar en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Disposar el cessament de la senyora Estela Garcia Martinez, amb DNI número ***2143**, com a personal eventual de la Conselleria de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat, el lloc de treball de INTERLOCUTORA/INTERLOCUTOR PARLAMENTÀRIA/PARLAMENTARI codi 100249, amb efectes del dia 28 de juny de 2023, i agrair-li els serveis prestats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
