El 3 de maig de 2023, la Comissió negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu de l'empresa General de Servicios ITV, SA acordà, entre d'altres coses, l'ampliació del termini de vigència del conveni fins al 31 de desembre de 2023 i subscriví la corresponent acta de la reunió.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">2. El 20 de juny de 2023, Guillermo Almela Frechina, en representació de la Comissió Negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu, sol·licità el registre, el dipòsit i la publicació del l'acta esmentada.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Fonaments de dret</span></span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">1. L'article 90.3 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels treballadors, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">2.
