    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Jo, Lluís Enric Apesteguia Ripoll, com a batle de l'Ajuntament de Deià investit pel ple dia 17 de juny de 2023, segons la facultat que m'atorga l'article 21.2 i l'article 124.4 e) de la llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; NOMENAR d'entre les regidores i els regidors (com determina 23.3 de la llei 7/1985 quan no existeix Junta de Govern Local)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;com a Primera Tinenta de Batle na Maria Cristina López Martí;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;com a Segon Tinent de Batle en Josep Salas Jiménez;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;com a Tercera Tinenta de Batle na Gabriele Marianne Poppelreuter;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;com a Quarta Tinenta de Batle na María Henar Arribas Simón.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A les tinentes i al tinent de Batle els correspondrà substituir aquesta batlia en la totalitat de les seves funcions en casos d'absència, vacant, malaltia o impediment que li impossibiliti l'exercici de les seves atribucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; ESTABLIR que quan el Batle hagi d'absentar-se del terme municipal, designarà, mitjançant Decret, la durada de la seva absència, nomenant el Tinent o la Tinenta d'Alcalde que hagi d'assumir les seves funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no es conferís aquesta designació de forma expressa, el Batle serà substituït per la Primera Tinenta de Batle; si no fos possible, pel Segon; si no fos possible, per la Tercera; i si no fos possible, per la Quarta. En qualsevol cas, n'hauran de retre compte davant la resta de la Corporació, sense que durant el mateix dia pugui actuar com a Batlessa o Batle accidental més d'un d'ells.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; PUBLICAR, de conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 46 del Reial Decret 2568/1986 de 28 de novembre, pel que s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic dels ens locals, la present resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; COMUNICAR aquesta Resolució a les Tinentes i al Tinent de Batle afectats, fent-los constar que hauran de mantenir informat el Batle de l'exercici de les seves atribucions com a Batlessa o Batle accidental, no podent, durant l'esmentat exercici, ni modificar les delegacions ja efectuades pel Batle amb anterioritat, ni atorgar-ne altres de noves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquè.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RETRE COMPTE al Ple de l'Ajuntament d'aquesta resolució en la sessió extraordinària que es convoqui en compliment del que preveu l'article 38 del Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
