&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En data 25 de maig de 2023 la gerent de la Fundació d'Atenció i Suport a la Dependència i de Promoció de l'Autonomia Personal de les Illes Balears va dictar una resolució per la qual es va aprovar la llista informativa de les persones aspirants igual al 120% del nombre de llocs convocats en el procés excepcional d'estabilització per a cobrir places de personal laboral pel sistema de concurs de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En la mateixa llista informativa es va requerir les persones aspirants perquè en el termini de 10 dies hàbils acreditin, mitjançant l'aportació de la documentació original o còpies autèntiques, els mèrits i els requisits al·legats en la declaració responsable. Així mateix, dins aquest termini les persones aspirants han de presentar un escrit d'elecció de llocs de treball oferts, per ordre de preferència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un cop comprovat el compliment dels requisits per ser contractats/des com a personal laboral fix i, seguint l'ordre obtingut en les puntuacions de la llista definitiva de valoració de mèrits i, aplicats els desempats quan escaigui, el Tribunal va elevar a la gerent de la Fundació la proposta de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tenint en compte tot això, dicto la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Aprovar les llistes d'aspirants que han superat el concurs extraordinari de mèrits per a les diferents categories i especialitats, a l'illa de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Adjudicar els llocs de feina inclosos en la oferta pública d'estabilització aprovats per l'Acord del Patronat de la Fundació de 23 de maig de 2022, d'acord amb la distribució que consta a l'annex 1 de les bases publicades en el &amp;nbsp;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 168 de 27 de desembre de 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en el tauler d'anuncis de la Fundació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquesta Resolució es pot impugnar davant l'ordre jurisdiccional social, d'acord amb la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social, sense que s'hi pugui interposar cap recurs en via administrativa ni s'hagi d'interposar preceptivament una reclamació prèvia a la via judicial social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
