    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;En no haver-se presentat reclamacions durant el termini d'exposició al públic, queda automàticament elevat a definitiu l'Acord plenari provisional d'aquest Ajuntament sobre l'expedient n.º 2023/009436 de suplement de crèdit finançat amb càrrec al romanent líquid de tresoreria, la qual cosa es publica a l'efecte de l'article 169.1, per remissió del 177.2, del Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, aprovat pel Reial decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A més, queda acreditat el compliment dels requisits que estableix l'article 37.2, apartats a) i b), del Reial decret 500/1990, de 20 d'abril, pel qual es desenvolupa el Capítol I del Títol VI de la Llei 39/1988, de 28 de desembre, Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, en matèria de pressupostos, que són els següents:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;a) El caràcter específic i determinat de la despesa a realitzar i la impossibilitat de demorar-ho a exercicis posteriors.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;b) La insuficiència en l'estat de despeses del Pressupost de crèdit destinat a aquesta finalitat específica, que haurà de verificar-se en el nivell en què estigui establerta la vinculació jurídica.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Contra el present Acordo, en virtut del que es disposa en l'article 171 del Reial decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, els interessats podran interposar directament recurs contenciós-administratiu en la forma i terminis establerts en els articles 25 a 42 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, Reguladora de dita Jurisdicció.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sense perjudici d'això, segons allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 113.3 de la Llei 7/1985, la interposició de dit recurs no suspendrà per si sola l'efectivitat de l'acte o Acord impugnat.&lt;/p&gt;
