ca ![CDATA[Nomenament de personal eventual de l'Ajuntament d'Inca ]] text/html CAIB 100 2023-06-27 ca 2023-06-23 36953 2023-06-27 CAIB 36952 CAIB 415373 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Mitjançant el decret de batlia núm.<strong> </strong>2023-1492</span><strong>, </strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">s'ha resolt el següent:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Vist que figura a la plantilla de personal d'aquest ajuntament una plaça vacant de personal eventual cap del Gabinet de Batlia i Coordinació Institucional de l'Ajuntament d'Inca, enquadrada en el grup A subgrup A1, nivell de destí 26.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Considerant la idoneïtat de cobrir aquesta plaça, procedeix el nomenament d'una persona de confiança amb titulació i qualificació professional suficient per a desenvolupar les funcions de personal eventual cap del Gabinet de Batlia i Coordinació Institucional de l'Ajuntament d'Inca. Aquesta Batlia, conforme a les atribucions conferides per a l'article 104.2 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local, considera que el Sr. XVR reuneix les condicions per a desenvolupar aquestes funcions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">En data 17 de juny de 2023 mitjançant registre d'entrada núm. 2023/5108, el Sr. XVR ha acceptat ocupar aquest lloc de feina com a personal eventual cap del Gabinet de Batlia i Coordinació Institucional de l'Ajuntament d'Inca acreditant el compliment dels requisits necessaris per a procedir a aquest nomenament.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Vist l'informe emès per la TMAE de relacions laborals en relació al cost d'aquest nomenament, el qual figura a l'expedient.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Vist l'informe emès per la tècnica d'administració general interina amb la conformitat del secretari de l'Ajuntament en relació al nomenament del Sr. XVR com a personal eventual cap del Gabinet de Batlia i Coordinació Institucional de l'Ajuntament d'Inca, el qual figura a l'expedient.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Per tot allò exposat i en ús de les atribucions que em confereix la legislació vigent, </span><strong>HE RESOLT:</strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
