&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist quant antecedeix, es considera que l'expedient ha seguit la tramitació establerta en la Legislació aplicable procedint la seva aprovació pel Ple de conformitat amb els articles 22.2.d) i 49 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local i d'acord amb això es proposa a l'Ajuntament ple l'adopció del present ACORD:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar l'increment de les retribucions del personal laboral de l'Ajuntament per a l'exercici 2023&amp;nbsp; tenint en compte que ascendeix a 12.796 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar dit acord a la seu electrònica de la Corporació i en el BOIB en el termini de 20 dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Us notifico per al seu coneixement i efectes procedents. Fent-li saber que contra aquest acord, que posa fi a la via administrativa, procedeix interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des del dia següent de la seva notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Alternativament i de forma potestativa, es pot interposar recurs de reposició, d'acord amb la llei 39/2015, davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictat, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des del dia següent de la seva notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, es pot exercitar, si n'és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
