    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'apartat 8.4. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 3&amp;nbsp;de febrer de 2022&amp;nbsp;per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per al foment de les races autòctones en perill d'extinció, corresponents a l'any 2022, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data 7&amp;nbsp;de juny&amp;nbsp;de 2023, va signar la següent resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En data de 5 de febrer de 2022 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 19, la Resolució de la Presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 3 de febrer de 2022, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria per a l'any 2022 de les ajudes destinades al Foment de les races autòctones en perill d'extinció per a l'any 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de l'esmentada Resolució, i de la Resolució de modificació de la Presidenta del FOGAIBA, per a l'any 2022, de determinats ajuts comunitaris directes a l'Agricultura i a la Ramaderia, de data 25 d'abril de 2022, publicada en el BOIB&amp;nbsp;núm.56 de 28 d'abril de 2022, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds de la convocatòria va acabar el dia 15/5/2022, i varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears un total de 276 sol·licituds d'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquestes ajudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual s'incrementa el crèdit de la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 3 de febrer de 2023, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria, per a l'any 2022, dels ajuts destinats al foment de races autòctones en perill d'extinció. Aquesta ampliació fins 1.050.000 € suposa que es disposa del crèdit suficient per cobrir totes les sol·licituds &amp;nbsp;presentades, per tant , no fa falta aplicar el prorrateig de l'ajuda d'acord el que disposa el punt setè de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Una vegada avaluades les sol·licituds d'ajuda pels òrgans gestors, i d'acord amb les certificacions de les associacions gestores dels llibres genealògics,i aplicades les reduccions indicades a l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;INFORME, PROPOSTA PROVISIONAL DE CONCESSIÓ PARCIAL i notificada mitjançant la seva publicació a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA; no s'han presentat al·legacions a aquesta proposta. Per tant,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;als interessats que figuren a l'Annex I poden ser beneficiaris d'aquesta línia d'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Decret 65/2007, de 25 de maig, de constitució, organització i funcionament de l'Organisme Pagador de les despeses del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Garantia (FEAGA) i del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER), a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtut de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Agricultura i pesca de 23 de desembre de 2005, per la qual es disposa l'assumpció de l'execució de la política de millora i foment dels sectors agrari i pesquer per part del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, estableix a l'article 1 que el FOGAIBA assumeix l'execució de la política de la Conselleria d'Agricultura i Pesca referent a l'aplicació de les mesures de foment i millora dels sectors agrari i pesquer, a partir de l'1 de gener de 2006.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual s'incrementa el crèdit de la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 3 de febrer de 2023, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria, per a l'any 2022, dels ajuts destinats al foment de races autòctones en perill d'extinció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Proposta &amp;nbsp;de &amp;nbsp;CONCESSIÓ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, s'informa favorablement i proposo al vicepresident del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Concedir l'ajuda sol·licitada als beneficiaris pels imports i amb els terminis detallats a l'Annex &amp;nbsp;I per a l'any 2022, que són un total de 3&amp;nbsp;expedients i que comença per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;LORENZO CARRERAS PALLICER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i acaba amb &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;FRANCESÇ XAVIER PRATS MARI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;que suma un import total de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TRETZE MIL NOU-CENTS DEU &amp;nbsp;EUROS AMB (13.910,00 €)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, relativa a la línia d'ajuda “Foment de races autòctones en perill d'extinció”, amb els animals &amp;nbsp;especificats a l'Annex I .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Autoritzar i disposar la despesa assenyalada al beneficiari amb càrrec als pressuposts i percentatges de cofinançament detallats a l'Annex I .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Determinar que, d'acord amb el que estableix la convocatòria de referència, les obligacions dels beneficiaris seran les indicades a l'Annex II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- Contra aquesta resolució –que no exhaureix la via administrativa-. Es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant la consellera d'Agricultura Pesca i Alimentació, en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la notificació de la resolució, d'acord amb els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, de l'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Mantenir el cens ramader, computat com a unitats de bestiar major (UBM), amb animals de les races autòctones indicades al punt 1 c) de l'apartat tercer i amb les equivalències indicades en el punt 2 de l'apartat cinquè.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Mantenir els requisits i condicions exigibles respecte a la persona beneficiaria, els animals i l'explotació, indicats al punt 1 de l'apartat tercer de la convocatòria..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Mantenir la condició de soci de l'associació de ramaders que tingui com a objectiu la millora i &amp;nbsp;conservació de la raça i la gestió del Llibre genealògic, sempre i quan existeixi a les Illes Balears una associació autoritzada per l'autoritat competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Participar en el programa de conservació i/o millora establert i aprovat per l'autoritat competent a cadascuna de les races afectades per l'ajuda, indicades en el punt 1 c) de l'apartat tercer de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-No superar el valor de 50kg de nitrogen per hectàrea i any d'aportació al sòl declarat a la sol·licitud. Als efectes d'aquest càlcul s'han de tenir en compte tots els animals de l'explotació i els valors de referència indicats a l'annex V de la convocatòria, referits a la darrera declaració de cens, feta pel titular de l'explotació o persona autoritzada, realitzada abans de la sol·licitud. En el cas de vacum,tindran preferència les dades que figuren en el SITRAN a la data d'aquesta declaració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació i de control que siguin procedents per part de les administracions autonòmica, estatal i comunitària, la Sindicatura de Comptes o altres òrgans de control extern, necessàries per a comprovar la correcta concessió de l'ajuda i el posterior manteniment dels compromisos i aportar tota la documentació que sigui requerida en l'exercici d'aquestes actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Exercir l'agricultura sostenible, a tota l'explotació agrària, d'acord amb els requisits i els compromisos de condicionalitat definits en el Reglament (CE) núm. 1306/2013, del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 17 de desembre de 2013; en el Reglament (CE) núm. 809/2014 de la Comissió, de 17 de juliol de 2014; en el Reial decret 1078/2014 de 19 de desembre, pel qual s'estableixen les normes de la condicionalitat que han de complir els beneficiaris que rebin pagaments directes, determinades primes anuals de &amp;nbsp;desenvolupament rural, o pagaments en virtut de determinats programes de suport al sector vitivinícola i l'Ordre de la consellera d'Agricultura i Pesca de 22 de novembre de 2005, mitjançant la qual s'estableixen els requisits legals de gestió i les condicions agràries i mediambientals, parcialment modificada per l'Ordre de la consellera d'Agricultura i Pesca, d'11 de gener de 2007, i l'Ordre del conseller d'Economia, Agricultura, Comerç i Indústria, de 3 de gener de 2000, d'aprovació del Codi de bones pràctiques agrícoles de les Illes Balears. La verificació del compliment del compromís té el seu propi pla de controls de condicionalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els compromisos que componen la línia de base i que els beneficiaris han d'assumir, pels animals objecte de l'ajuda, són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Mantenir i actualitzar el Llibre de medicaments d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 8 del Reial Decret 1749/1998, que estableix les normes de control aplicables a determinades substàncies i els seus residus en els animals vius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Mantenir i actualitzar el llibre d'explotació específic de les especies ovina, caprina, bovina i porcina, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Tenir correctament identificats els animals de l'explotació, d'acord amb la normativa especifica per cadascuna de les espècies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-En el cas d'explotacions que tinguin efectius de l'espècie porcina, tenir els animals correctament vacunats contra la malaltia d'Aujezsky, en el cas de ser explotacions no declarades lliures de la malaltia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-En el cas d'explotacions que tinguin efectius de l'espècie equina, tenir els animals correctament identificats, disposar dels documents d'identificació equina (DIE) amb l'anotació adient i actualitzada del propietari dels animals. Mantenir i actualitzar el llibre d'explotació d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 6 del Reial Decret 804/2011, de 10 de juny pel qual es regula l'ordenació zootècnica, sanitària i de benestar animal de les explotacions equines i s'estableix el pla sanitari equí, excepte les explotacions considerades no comercials i de petita capacitat per aquesta normativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Complir amb el valors màxims d'aportació de nitrogen en sòl indicats a l'annex de la Llei 3/2019, de 31 de gener, agrària de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
