    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Havent-se aprovat per Resolució de Alcaldia núm. 1225 de data 5 de juny de 2023, de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida per la qual s'aproven les bases i la convocatòria per a la creació una borsa de treball per a cobrir places amb caràcter laboral temporal d'oficial primera - conductor/a vehicles municipals i serveis de grua per a la contractació interina com a personal laboral temporal, per a realitzar substitucions, necessitats urgents extraordinàries o d'increment de l'activitat, per un període màxim de 3 anys a l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida, s'obre el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, que serà de deu dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà en la publicació d'aquestes bases en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA.- OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA, NORMATIVA, SISTEMA DE SELECCIÓ I CARACTERÍSTIQUES DE LA PLAÇA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte de la present convocatòria és la creació d'una borsa de treball per a la cobertura de places vacants d'oficial primera - conductor/a de vehicles municipals i serveis de grua, adscrites als servei de brigada, així com per a la cobertura de substitucions i necessitats urgents extraordinàries i d'increment de l'activitat que es puguin produir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les contractacions que resultin de la constitució d'aquesta borsa tendran caràcter laboral temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants passaran a formar part d'una borsa de treball i podran ser cridades quan hi hagi vacants, necessitats urgents i inajornables i necessitat de substitucions, derivades de l'activitat del servei de grua de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que formin part de la borsa seran requerides segons l'ordre de puntuació.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La present convocatòria es regirà pel que disposen les presents bases específiques i en el seu defecte, pel Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors; pel Conveni del personal laboral de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida; pel Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic; per la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la CAIB; per la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local; per la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, i per la resta de legislació aplicable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema de selecció és el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;concurs - oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; detallat a la base cinquena d'aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Categoria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;nivell, oficial primera; grup de cotització, 08.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Funcions generals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; col·laborar en els treballs generals de la brigada; realitzar els petits manteniments dels vehicles municipals i maquinària pesada municipal assignada; realitzar els muntatges i desmuntatges de les instal·lacions necessàries per als actes o festes públiques de caràcter puntual; realitzar treballs de picapedreratge a la brigada d'obres; col·laborar amb els treballs de la brigada d'obres i serveis un cop realitzats els trasllats de persones i materials; revisions d'inspecció tècnica dels vehicles; qualsevol altra funció corresponent al seu grup professional o categoria i/o que li sigui encomanada pel seu superior jeràrquic, en funció del departament al qual estigui adscrit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Funcions específiques:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Conduir el vehicle i la grua d'arrossegament de manera òptima, traslladar vehicles retirats per dur-los al dipòsit de vehicles municipal davant la presència d'un policia local o sota instruccions d'un policia local, controlar les entrades i les sortides dels vehicles del dipòsit de vehicles municipal, ajudar en la senyalització i col·locació d'instruccions que li siguin encomanades per la policia local de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Permís de conduir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; B &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tipus de jornada: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Matí i amb disponibilitat les 24 hores amb torn rotatoris setmanals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Retribució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; segons conveni &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disponibilitat: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acudir com a màxim en 20 minuts al lloc de l'incident. Aquest requeriment es durà a terme amb la firma per part del/la treballador/a d'una declaració responsable de compromís en relació a aquest requeriment.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA .- REQUISITS MÍNIMS I CONDICIONS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per prendre part en les proves selectives serà necessari reunir les condicions següents en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o alguna altra en els casos en què, d'acord amb l'article 57 de l'EBEP, es permeti l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir 16 anys complerts i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en possessió del Graduat Escolar o equivalent o bé estar en condicions d´obtenir-lo en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger serà necessari aportar la corresponent &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; documentació que acrediti la seva homologació oficial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No patir cap malaltia ni estar afectat per limitació física o psíquica que sigui incompatible amb l'exercici de les funcions. S'acreditarà mitjançant l'aportació de certificat mèdic abans de ser contractat/da.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de cap Administració Pública, ni trobar-se inhabilitat per a l'exercici de la funció pública. S'acreditarà mitjançant l'aportació de l'annex I.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;No està sotmès a cap dels motius d'incompatibilitat establerts a la llei 53/1984 de 26 de desembre, que regula el personal al servei de les administracions públiques, o comprometre's en el seu cas, a exercir l'oportuna opció en el període de temps que preveu l'article 10 de la disposició legal anterior; i no percebre pensió de jubilació de retir o d'orfenesa. S'acreditarà mitjançant l'aportació de l'annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditar el requisit de coneixements de la llengua catalana corresponents al nivell A2 o estar en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data de finalització del termini d'admissió de sol·licituds. Aquests coneixements s'han d'acreditar mitjançant l'aportació d'un certificat oficial expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, o expedit o homologat per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística. En cas de no poder acreditar el requisit, es podrà realitzar prova específica del nivell de català A2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Permís de conduir classe B. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Compromís d'acudir com a màxim en 20 minuts al lloc de l'incident. S'acreditarà mitjançant l'aportació de l'annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits establerts en els apartats anteriors hauran de complir-se el darrer dia de termini de presentació d'instàncies i mantenir-se durant el període selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. – TERMINI DE PRESENTACIÓ, SOL·LICITUDS I DRETS D'EXAMEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- El termini per a la presentació d'instàncies serà de deu (10) dies hàbils a comptar a partir del dia següent al de la publicació d'aquestes bases en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Les sol·licituds per participar al procés selectiu s'hauran de fer segons el model que figura a l'annex I de les presents bases, adreçada al Batle de l´Ajuntament de Santa Margalida, i es presentaran en el registre electrònic d'aquest Ajuntament o en qualsevol de les formes previstes a la Llei 39/2015, 1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants hauran d'adjuntar a la instància aquells documents que acreditin els mèrits indicats a l'annex II i a la base sisena, apartat de concurs per a poder valorar els mèrits per part del tribunal, en cas d'aprovar la fase d'oposició.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No s'admetrà cap documentació referida a mèrits un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies. En cap cas es requerirà documentació o esmena d'errors relativa als mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admesos/es s'ha de fer el pagament de la taxa (10 euros), segons estableix l'ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per optar a proves de selecció de personal (BOIB nº 129, de 25 de setembre de 2014). En aquest resguard &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;s'hi ha de fer constar el nom de l'aspirant i el concepte ha de ser «Drets d'examen oficial primera - conductor/a vehicles i grua». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció s'iniciarà amb la convocatòria i les bases específiques del procés de selecció que es publicaran íntegrament al BOIB, a la pàgina web municipal (www.ajsantamargalida.net) i al tauler d'edictes de l'Ajuntament. A partir d'aquest moment, totes les publicacions seran publicades en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida i en la seva pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(www.ajsantamargalida.net). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada transcorregut el termini per a la presentació d'instàncies (que serà de deu dies hàbils comptats a partir del següent al de la publicació d'aquestes bases en el BOIB), el Sr. Batle aprovarà per Resolució la relació provisional d'admeses i excloses, (que serà publicada en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida i en la seva pàgina web www.ajsantamargalida.net)&amp;nbsp; allà on s'indicarà que es concedirà un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils per a la presentació d'esmenes o reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació d'esmenes o reclamacions, l'Alcaldia dictarà resolució amb la llista provisional d'admesos, i es publicarà la relació provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament indicant la causa d'exclusió, si la causa d'exclusió consisteix en la manca d'acreditació del nivell exigit de llengua catalana, es farà constància del motiu d'exclusió a dita Resolució, convocant als aspirants no admesos per aquest motiu, a la realització de la prova de nivell, determinant la data, hora i lloc de la prova de català. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realitzada la prova de nivell de català i finalitzat el termini de reclamacions i esmenes, que serà de tres (3) dies i resoltes aquestes, l'Autoritat o l'òrgan convocant elevarà a definitives les llistes d'admesos i exclosos i la designació nominativa dels membres del Tribunal qualificador mitjançant resolució que es publicarà igualment a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament i, en el seu cas, en el Tauler d'anuncis, per a major difusió. Aquesta publicació servirà de notificació a l'efecte d'impugnacions i recursos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A partir d'aquest moment començarà la fase segona: Oposició. Es publicarà la convocatòria i la data de realització de la prova tipus test. Una vegada duta a terme la prova, es publicarà el resultat provisional de les persones aspirants, que disposaran d'un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils, des de la publicació de la relació provisional per efectuar les reclamacions oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió de la seva puntuació davant el Tribunal. Una vegada examinades les reclamacions que s'haguessin presentat, es publicarà una resolució amb la relació definitiva del resultat de la prova. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop finalitzada la part d'oposició es començarà la fase tercera: Mèrits. Es farà la revisió de mèrits, únicament de les persones que hagin superat la prova teòrica. Es publicarà la relació de persones candidates i la puntuació de mèrits provisional i es donarà un termini de 3 dies per a reclamar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada examinades les reclamacions que s'haguessin presentat, es publicarà una resolució amb la relació definitiva i el tribunal elevarà la seva proposta al Sr. Batle per resoldre la constitució d'una borsa de treball de personal de conductor/a de grua, que inclourà totes les persones aspirants admeses que han superat el concurs – oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA.- PROCEDIMENT DE SELECCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà en concurs-oposició. La incompareixença de la persona aspirant a qualsevol de les fases i/o proves determinarà automàticament la pèrdua del dret a participar en la prova o fase següent i l'exclusió del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) FASE PRIMERA.- PROVA CATALÀ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En primer lloc, es realitzarà una prova específica de llengua catalana del nivell A2, quedant exempts de la mateixa les persones aspirants que hagin acreditat juntament amb la sol·licitud, o abans del començament de la prova, els coneixements mitjançant l'aportació del corresponent certificat. La prova es qualificarà com a apte o no apte. La qualificació de no apte o la no compareixença a la mateixa en els casos que no s'hagi aportat la certificació de nivell, donarà lloc a l'exclusió del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només hi haurà una convocatòria per a la prova de català, i s'exclourà del procés selectiu a la persona aspirant que no hi comparegui. Les persones aspirants seran convocades per l'exercici de català en crida única. A efectes d'identificació els aspirants hauran de concórrer a l'exercici amb el DNI o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades podran efectuar les reclamacions que estimin oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió del seu examen per registre electrònic en un termini de 3 dies hàbils, des de la publicació del resultat obtingut al tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web d'aquest Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El lloc, data i hora de revisió i vista en cas de ser sol·licitada serà fixada per l'Ajuntament i una &amp;nbsp;vegada resoltes es dictarà i publicaran els resultats i la relació definitiva d'aspirants aptes i no aptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coneixement general bàsic del terme municipi de Santa Margalida: geografia, història, sociologia i demografia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La prova serà tipus test i el temps total de la prova serà de 60 minuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que no superin aquesta fase no passaran a la fase tercera i seran excloses del procés selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C) FASE TERCERA. CONCURS (FINS A 40 PUNTS) 40 %&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema de puntuació queda reflectit a l'annex II: barem de mèrits. La puntuació màxima d'aquesta fase serà de 40 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits de les persones aspirants s'han d'haver aconseguit en la data en què acaba el termini per a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;presentar sol·licituds. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades són les responsables de la veracitat dels documents presentats en les diverses fases del procediment selectiu, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 28.7 de la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions publiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Excepcionalment, quan la rellevància del document en el procediment l'exigeixi o existeixin dubtes derivats de la qualitat de la còpia, el tribunal podrà sol·licitar de manera motivada l'acarament de les còpies aportades per la persona interessada, o bé es podrà requerir l'exhibició del document o de la informació original. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits que al·leguin les persones aspirants s'han de fer mitjançant registre electrònic, mitjançant la presentació telemàtica del document original escanejat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants hauran d'adjuntar a la instància aquells documents que acreditin els mèrits &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; indicats a l'annex II, i es valoraran per part del tribunal en el cas d'aprovar la fase d'oposició.&amp;nbsp; S'han de &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; seguir els criteris següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Experiència professional (fins a 20 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1) Dels serveis prestats a l'administració pública, ja sigui en propietat, interinament o en règim de contracte de treball, en tasques relacionades amb el lloc de treball que es convoca. S'ha de presentar: Una certificació acreditativa dels serveis prestats expedida per l'entitat corresponent, amb la indicació de l'escala, subescala, categoria i les dates d'alta i baixa de la mateixa. Juntament amb aquest certificat s'haurà d'aportar també un informe de vida laboral ACTUALITZAT expedit per la TGSS. També serà indispensable un certificat de funcions allà on constin les funcions realitzades al lloc de feina acreditat com a mèrit. En el cas d'haver prestat serveis a l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida, la presentació de la solicitud implicarà, exepte que expressament es manifiesti el contrari, l'autorizació del sol·licitant per a que l'Administració actuant consulti d'ofici el seu expedient personal i emeti el certificat de serveis prestats. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2) Dels serveis prestats a les empreses privades: Mitjançant els contractes laborals, certificats d'empresa. Juntament amb aquest certificat s'haurà d'aportar també un informe de vida laboral ACTUALITZAT expedit per la TGSS.&amp;nbsp; També serà indispensable un certificat de funcions allà on constin les funcions realitzades al lloc de feina acreditat com a mèrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3) Dels serveis prestats en l'exercici de la professió-autònom, mitjançant un certificat d'alta i baixa de l'impost d'activitats econòmiques, amb indicació de la classificació de l'activitat, juntament amb un informe de vida laboral expedit per la TGSS, a més d'una certificació de l'administració acreditativa de la relació contractual i de les tasques o funcions encomanades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De no aportar-se tota la documentació, encara que sigui parcialment (manca de vida laboral o de certificat) no es valorarà aquest mèrit. La puntuació s'atorgarà per cada mes complet de servei prestat. El còmput del temps d'alta a la TGSS que apareix a la vida laboral es farà en mesos i no en dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Coneixements de llengua catalana (fins a 1 punt).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una fotocòpia autenticada del certificat oficial expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP) o del certificat expedit o homologat per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística. En el supòsit que l'aspirant acrediti la possessió de més d'un certificat, només és objecte de valoració el certificat que acredita un nivell de coneixement més alt, excepte quan es posseeixi el certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, que serà acumulatiu a l'altre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) Altres carnets de conduir (fins a 11 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa als permisos i/o autoritzacions per a conduir, es valoraran els diferents permisos, sempre i quan es presenti el document acreditatiu de tenir l'autorització en vigor. La puntuació obtenguda per a cada un dels permisos és acumulable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4) Formació (fins a&amp;nbsp; 8 punts). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1) Titulació acadèmica oficial (fins a 2 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoren les titulacions acadèmiques de caràcter oficial relacionades amb les funcions i diferents del requisit per a l'accés. S'ha de presentar una còpia autenticada del títol (anvers i revers). Només s'han de valorar els títols diferents del que s'exigeix com a requisit per a participar en la&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; convocatòria. La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es poden valorar els de nivell inferior necessaris per a obtenir-lo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2) Formació no reglada (fins a 6 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La formació directament relacionada amb les funcions pròpies del lloc de feina es valorarà fins a un màxim de 6 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La formació de matèries transversals (cursos de l'àrea jurídica administrativa, igualtat, informàtica,&amp;nbsp; qualitat, habilitats, competències professionals, comandaments, riscs laborals i altres carnets professionals diferents als de conduir) es valoraran fins un màxim d'1 punt. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La formació no reglada s'acredita mitjançant l'aportació dels certificats acreditatius dels cursos oficials realitzats, els quals han d'especificar el número d'hores de què consta el curs. Si no s'especifiquen les hores s'ha de comptabilitzar una hora de formació per dia. Es valoraran quan el contingut estigui directament relacionat amb les funcions de la categoria corresponent a la borsa a la qual s'opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entenen per certificats oficials els diplomes o certificats expedits per una entitat pública o organismes dependents, per organitzacions sindicals i empresarials o qualsevol entitat privada sempre que tinguin autorització expressa de l'organisme públic competent per a la realització de cursos i sempre que aquestes circumstàncies constin en el propi títol o diploma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No podran ser valorats en aquest apartat cursos, jornades o seminaris que ja hagin estat valorats com a requisits de titulació dels de les persones aspirants o en altres apartats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de cursos en la mateixa matèria, el tribunal n'avaluarà la identitat i podrà valorar-ne únicament el de major durada. En cas que no es puguin acreditar les matèries objecte del curs o la seva durada, no es valoraran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA.-TRIBUNAL&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;QUALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La composició del tribunal s'ajustarà al que estableixen els arts. 60 TREBEP i els arts. 10 i següents del Reial Decret 364/1995, de 10 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament General d'ingrés del personal al servei de l'Administració General de l'Estat i de provisió de llocs de treball i promoció professional dels funcionaris civils de l'Administració General de l' estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es constituirà atenent els principis d'imparcialitat, professionalitat i especialitat, en funció de la disponibilitat de recursos. Tindrà la consideració d'òrgan col·legiat i, com a tal, estarà subjecte a les normes contingudes a la normativa de Règim Jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrà nomenar persones col·laboradores, especialistes i ajudants, que estaran sempre sota la seva direcció i control directes, per a aquelles proves que ho requereixen, limitant-se a l'exercici de les seves especialitats tècniques en base a les quals col·laboraran amb el tribunal amb veu, però sense vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal assessor i especialista estarà sotmès a les mateixes causes d'abstenció i recusació que els membres del tribunal. El tribunal estarà composat per la Presidència, la Secretaria i tres Vocalies, actuant totes elles amb veu i vot. El tribunal no podrà constituir-se sense l'assistència, com a mínim, de la meitat dels seus membres titulars o suplents indistintament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETENA.- DISPOSICIONS DE CARÀCTER GENERAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal, en aquells casos que consideri pertinents, adaptarà els mitjans de realització de l'exercici de les persones aspirants discapacitades, de manera que gaudeixin d'igualtat d'oportunitats respecte a la resta de persones, sempre que ho hagin indicat així en la instància per prendre part en els corresponents processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA.- PROPOSTA DEL TRIBUNAL I INTEGRACIÓ DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal classificarà les persones aspirants en funció de les puntuacions finals, de la part d'oposició i la de concurs. Seran preferents, en cas d'empat, els mèrits per experiència professional en el lloc corresponent i, de persistir l'empat, l'ordre es determinarà per sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació final s'obtindrà mitjançant la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes a totes les fases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils, des de la publicació de la relació provisional per a efectuar les reclamacions oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió de la seva puntuació davant el Tribunal. A la revisió podran assistir acompanyades d'una persona assessora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop finalitzada la revisió, el tribunal elevarà la seva proposta al Sr. Batle per resoldre la constitució d'una borsa de treball de personal de conductor/a de grua, distribuida per categories, que inclourà totes les persones aspirants admeses que han superat el concurs – oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta resolució serà publicada en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, a la pàgina web i al&amp;nbsp; tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament. Les persones aspirants que conformin les borses de treball es trobaran a l'espera de ser cridades per l'Ajuntament per ordre de puntuació quan es produeixi la necessitat de contractació, segons el supòsit que es produeixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA.- RENUNCIA I EXCLUSIÓ DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de comunicar a la persona aspirant que correspongui el lloc i el termini en el qual cal que es presenti. Si la persona interessada no manifesta la seva conformitat amb la contractació en el termini d'un dia hàbil —o en el segon dia hàbil següent si la crida es fa en divendres— i la seva disposició a&amp;nbsp; incorporar-se en el termini indicat per la Batlia, s'entén que hi renuncia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que hi renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita passaran a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa, llevat que al·leguin, dins del termini d'un dia hàbil —o en el segon dia hàbil següent si la crida es fa en divendres—, la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en període de maternitat o de paternitat, d'adopció o d'acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, incloent-hi el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a cura de fills i filles per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors, o trobar-se en situació d'incapacitat temporal per motiu d'embaràs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prestar serveis en un lloc de feina de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida, com a personal funcionari interí en un altre cos o en una altra escala o especialitat, o com a personal laboral temporal o indefinit no fix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prestar serveis en un lloc de feina d'alguna administració pública o dels seus organismes públics dependents com a personal funcionari interí o personal laboral temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Patir malaltia o incapacitat temporal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar, en el moment de la crida, exercint funcions sindicals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades estan obligades a comunicar per escrit dirigit a la Batlia l'acabament de les situacions previstes en els apartats anteriors, excepte la de l'apartat b, en un termini no superior a deu dies hàbils des de què es produeixi, amb la justificació corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La manca de comunicació en el termini establert determina que passaran a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa. La posterior renúncia d'una persona interina al lloc de treball que ocupa, així com l'incompliment del deure de signar el contracte del lloc prèviament acceptat, suposa l'exclusió de la borsa de treball per a la qual va ser cridada, excepte que aquestes circumstàncies es produeixin com a conseqüència de la crida per ocupar un altre lloc de treball en un altre cos, una altra escala o especialitat de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA.- CONTRACTACIONS, VIGÈNCIA I GESTIÓ DE LA BORSA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que conformin la borsa de treball es trobaran a l'espera de ser cridades per l'Ajuntament per ordre de puntuació quan es produeixi la necessitat de contractació com a personal laboral interí. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de preferència per efectuar les contractacions vendrà determinada per l'ordre de puntuació. Si hi ha més d'una contractació de les mateixes característiques a efectuar, es poden fer crides col·lectives simultànies a tantes persones aspirants en situació de disponible en la borsa com es consideri necessari per atendre les peticions de cobertura de llocs de feina vacants. En aquest cas, els llocs oferts s'han d'adjudicar per ordre rigorós de prelació de les persones aspirants de la borsa que hagin manifestat la seva conformitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si hi ha més d'una contractació de diferents característiques a efectuar, s'haurà d'oferir&amp;nbsp; la contractació més avantatjosa, a la persona candidata que ocupi els primers llocs de la borsa.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'oferta de feina es farà per via telefònica. En primer lloc es cridarà al telèfon mòbil i, en cas de no trobar a la persona, es telefonarà a un altre número si figura indicat a la instància. Si no s'aconseguís localitzar la persona per telèfon, s'enviarà un missatge al correu electrònic indicat al formulari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no s'obtingués resposta el mateix dia, es tornarà intentar pel mateix procediment el dia següent i a una hora diferent de la anterior. En cas de no obtenir resposta durant aquest dos dies, s'entendrà que es renúncia a l'oferta de feina i suposarà la seva exclusió de la borsa. A l'expedient administratiu es deixarà constància de les gestions efectuades mitjançant diligència que serà estesa per part del personal de l'Ajuntament que les hagi realitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que siguin cridades hauran de donar la seva conformitat a incorporarse en el termini d'un dia (1) hàbil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona aspirant a qui es dirigeixi una oferta de treball haurà de presentar al registre electrònic de l'Ajuntament, dins dels tres (3) dies hàbils següents a l'oferiment del lloc de feina: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un certificat mèdic &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que acrediti que es tenen les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques que són necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions del lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona aspirant que en el termini fitxat no presenti aquest document, exceptuant en els casos de força major o si es comprova que no compleix els requisits establerts a la base tercera, no podrà ser&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;contractat/da i seran anul·lades les seves actuacions, sense perjudici de la responsabilitat en què&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;hagi recaigut per falsedat a la seva instància. En el seu lloc es contractarà a la persona que&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ocupi el lloc següent de la borsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentada la documentació, es procedirà a la contractació del primer aspirant de la borsa de treball, per ordre de puntuació, i s'haurà d'incorporar al lloc de treball en el termini mínim de 3 dies hàbils i màxim de 15 dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona interessada rebutja l'oferta o no manifesta la seva conformitat amb la seva contractació en el termini d'un dia (1) hàbil i la seva disposició a incorporar-se en el termini indicat, s'entendrà que renuncia i passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa, llevat dels supòsits a que fa referència la base onzena d'aquestes bases, si efectivament es justifiquen; en aquest últim cas, s'entendrà que es mantén la situació de suspensió en l'obligació d'incorporació fins que l'aspirant no comuniqui a l'ajuntament el canvi en la seva situació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mentre duri la causa justificada de renúncia, l'Ajuntament no convidarà l'aspirant a la incorporació. En aquest cas, l'autoritat podrà cridar al següent dels aspirants per ordre de puntuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Després que les persones aspirants hagin presentat la documentació preceptiva, es procedirà a la formalització de la contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La vigència màxima d'aquesta borsa serà de tres anys a comptar des de la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Un cop transcorregut aquest període es podrà prorrogar per Decret de Batlia fins que es substitueixi per la borsa sorgida de la propera convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ONZENA .- INCIDÈNCIES, PUBLICITAT, RÈGIM NORMATIU I RECURSOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal queda facultat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin en la interpretació d'aquestes bases i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els actes d'aquesta convocatòria que estiguin sotmesos a informació pública seran inserits a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Santa Margalida (www.ajsantamargalida.net) i en el tauler d'edictes municipal, al marge de la seva publicació al BOIB quan sigui preceptiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot el que no estigui previst en aquestes bases serà d'aplicació la normativa reguladora del personal al servei de les entitats locals definida a l'article 190 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatòria de les proves selectives, l'aprovació d'aquestes bases i tots els actes administratius que se'n derivin podran ser impugnats pels interessats en els casos i forma establerts per la Llei 39/15, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la present resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, pot interposar-se alternativament o recurs de reposició potestatiu davant el batle, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des del dia següent al de la publicació del present anunci, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques; o recurs contenciós-administratiu, davant el Jutjat Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos, a comptar des del dia següent al de la recepció de la presente notificació, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa. Si s'optàs per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu no podrà interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que aquell s'hagi resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
