    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'apartat 8.4. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 22 de febrer de 2021 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria de les ajudes, per al foment de pastures per a l'aprofitament de la ramaderia ecològica, per als anys 2021 i 2022 (anualitat 2022), especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data 10 de maig de 2023, va signar la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.En data 13&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;/0&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;/2022 s'ha realitzat el pagament de l'anualitat 2021 per un import de 4.570,00 euros (quatre mil cinc-cents setanta euros).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.En data 19&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;/0&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;/2022 es realitza &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;mitjançant l'aplicació Sistema de Gestió d'Ajudes, una subrogació dels compromisos pels quals es tenia dret a l'ajuda de pastures per a la ramaderia ecològica de l'expedient 04003933/21AERA a favor d'&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;ANTONI SUREDA CLADERA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;, amb DNI ***&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1558** (expedient 04002820/22AERA).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han comprovat la informació necessària per efectuar l'avaluació del compliment dels requisits per part del nou titular per ser beneficiari de les ajudes tal i com estipula l'apartat desè de la resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 22 de febrer de 2021 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria per als anys 2021 i 2022 de les ajudes destinades al foment de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;pastures per a l'aprofitament de la ramaderia ecològica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En data 24 de febrer de 2022 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 29 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;una modificació de la Resolució citada anteriorment per la qual s'incrementa el crèdit i es modifica el finançament de la convocatòria,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; per als anys 2021 i 2022.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Reglament (UE) núm. 1305/2013 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 17 de desembre de 2013, relatiu a l'ajuda al desenvolupament rural a través del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER) i pel qual es deroga el Reglament (CE) núm. 1698/2005 del Consell.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Reglament (UE) núm. 1306/2013 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 17 de desembre de 2013, sobre el finançament, gestió i seguiment de la Política Agrícola Comú, pel qual es deroguen els Reglaments (CE) núm. 352/78, (CE) núm. 165/94, (CE) núm. 2799/98, (CE) núm. 814/2000, (CE) núm. 1290/2005 i (CE) núm. 485/2008 del Consell.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Reial decret 1075/2014, de 19 de desembre, sobre l'aplicació a partir del 2015 dels pagaments directes a l'agricultura i a la ramaderia i altres règims d'ajuda, així com sobre la gestió i control dels pagaments directes i dels pagaments al desenvolupament rural.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Reial decret 1078/2014, de 19 de desembre, pel qual s'estableixen les normes de condicionalitat que han de complir els beneficiaris que rebin pagaments directes o determinades primes anuals de desenvolupament rural, o pagaments en virtut dels programes de suport a la reestructuració i reconversió o de suport a la collita en verd, al sector vitivinícola.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
