&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;1. Mitjançant l&amp;apos;Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de desembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de desembre), es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2021-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;2. La Direcció General de Política Lingüística de la Conselleria de Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura ha instat la modificació de l&amp;apos;annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions esmentat, concretament dins el punt 6 («Educació») de l&amp;apos;objectiu IV («Cohesió social»), en el sentit d&amp;apos;afegir una nova línia, la línia IV.6.25, amb la finalitat de possibilitar la convocatòria de concursos i premis per fomentar la llengua catalana entre col·lectius específics en diversos àmbits en els quals es considera adient promoure&amp;apos;n la visibilització, en el marc del Pla General de Normalització Lingüística de les Illes Balears, aprovat el 2 d&amp;apos;abril de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;3. L&amp;apos;apartat tercer de l&amp;apos;Acord del Consell de Govern esmentat estableix que l&amp;apos;aprovació i les eventuals modificacions de l&amp;apos;annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions es deleguen a la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d&amp;apos;hisenda, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Correspon, per tant, a la consellera d&amp;apos;Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors aprovar i modificar l&amp;apos;annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;1. L&amp;apos;article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;2. El Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les competències i l&amp;apos;estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret&amp;nbsp;25/2021, de 8 de març, pel Decret 1/2022, de 27 de juliol, i pel Decret&amp;nbsp;5/2022, de 19 de desembre, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;3. El Decret 10/2019, de 2 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears, en què es nomena la senyora Rosario Sánchez Grau consellera d&amp;apos;Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;1. Aprovar la modificació de l&amp;apos;annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2021-2023, aprovat per l&amp;apos;Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de desembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de desembre), pel que fa a l&amp;apos;objectiu IV, sobre cohesió social, i més concretament el punt 6, relatiu a educació, de manera que s&amp;apos;afegeix una nova línia, la línia IV.6.25, amb el contingut següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
