&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En data 18 de novembre de 2022, la directora del SOIB va emetre una memòria justificativa que acredita la necessitat de concertar la prestació del Servei d'Orientació Professional (SOP) per al col·lectiu de persones amb discapacitat física o altres discapacitats amb dificultats especials d'inserció laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En data 21 de novembre de 2022, el Consell de Govern ha acordat modificar la previsió i la taxació del Servei d'Orientació Professional, prevista en l'Acord de Consell de Govern de 16 de maig de 2022 pel qual s'aprova la previsió de les prestacions i els serveis que s'han de concertar durant l'any 2022 i es declaren els serveis d'interès econòmic general d'acord amb l'article 4.1 de la Llei 12/2018. En data 28 de novembre de 2022, el Consell de Govern ha acordat autoritzar aprovar la convocatòria d'aquest concert, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 10.2 de la Llei 5/2021, de 28 de desembre, de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En data 22 de novembre de 2022, el conseller de Model Econòmic, Turisme i Treball, i president del Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), va resoldre iniciar l'expedient relatiu a la convocatòria del concert per a la prestació del Servei d'Orientació Professional (SOP) per al col·lectiu de persones amb discapacitat física o altres discapacitats amb dificultats especials d'inserció laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En data 1 de desembre de 2022, la Direcció General de Fons Europeus va emetre un informe d'elegibilitat favorable de cofinançament de l'operació, en el marc del Programa Balears de l'FSE+ per al període 2021-2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En el BOIB núm. 3, de dia 7 de gener de 2023, s'ha publicat la Resolució informativa del conseller de Model Econòmic, Turisme i Treball, i president del Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), per la qual es convoca el concert per a la prestació del Servei d'Orientació Professional (SOP) per al col·lectiu de persones amb discapacitat física o altres discapacitats amb dificultats especials d'inserció laboral, cofinançat pel Fons Social Europeu, en el marc del Programa Balears de l'FSE+ per al període 2021-2027. Aquesta mateixa resolució aprova els plecs tècnics que han de regir els concerts i la creació del Comitè Tècnic d'Assessorament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'apartat 10.g) dels plecs tècnics del concert hi consta la següent obligació a complir per part de les entitats concertants:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“g) Les entitats hauran de remunerar el personal que integri les unitats d'orientació que executin el SOP com a mínim pels imports que consten a l'apartat «Règim econòmic» d'aquests plecs, per a cada una de les tipologies de personal que integren una unitat d'orientació. S'ha de tenir en compte que aquests imports inclouen les quantitats meritades per cada tipologia de treballador així com la Seguretat Social patronal.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta obligació consta als plecs tècnics dels concerts, però no està imposada expressament per cap normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El conseller de Model Econòmic, Turisme i Treball, en qualitat de president del SOIB, va resoldre en data 27/02/2023 aprovar els expedients de concert del Servei d'Orientació professional (SOP) per al col·lectiu de persones amb discapacitat física o altres discapacitats amb dificultats especials d'inserció laboral&amp;nbsp; amb&amp;nbsp; les següents entitats: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Amb data 28/02/2023 es varen signar els acords de concert entre les entitats anteriors i el Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), els quals tenen una vigència de 2 anys, des del dia 01/03/2023 fins al dia 28/02/25. El concert es podrà renovar per períodes mínims de 2 anys, mitjançant la tramitació de l'expedient corresponent. El primer concert, juntament amb les successives renovacions, poden tenir una durada màxima de 10 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Les entitats concertants han presentat cadascuna d'elles un escrit dirigit a la Direcció del SOIB, en els quals en termes generals indiquen el mateix en relació a l'obligació de l'apartat 10.g) dels plecs tècnics, que s'ha transcrit més a dalt:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- D'haver d'executar-se l'obligació de l'apartat 10.g) dels plecs tècnics conforme a la redacció actual faria inviable el servei: atès que estableix l'obligatorietat&amp;nbsp; d'abonament del mateix salari a tots els professionals de la mateixa categoria amb independència dels anys d'antiguitat que porti en l'entitat i la seva carrera professional, o que es tracti d'una persona que temporalment estigui fent una substitució per una baixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Tingui's en compte que, el Conveni Col·lectiu d'aplicació és el XV Conveni Col·lectiu de Centres i Serveis d'Atenció&amp;nbsp; a Persones amb Discapacitat, el qual contempla una carrera professional per als treballadors, així com obligacions i millores d'obligat compliment conforme els anys de permanència de la persona treballadora en l'entitat: als tres anys s'esdevé el ND1 i als sis el ND2 (estant en negociacions en la taula estatal fins i tot la meritació d'un nou ND3). Pretendre que un professional recentment contractat en l'entitat, bé per a incorporar-se definitivament al servei, bé per a cobrir una baixa de maternitat o de malaltia del professional titular del servei, percebi en concepte de retribucions salarials exactament el mateix que un altre professional que porti més de 9 anys en l'entitat suposaria un incompliment i contradicció amb l'estipulat&amp;nbsp; en el Conveni Col·lectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- D'altra banda, els costos dels professionals amb salaris més elevats es mantindrien mentre el professional seguís vinculat a l'entitat, sent d'obligada&amp;nbsp; meritació i compliment per les entitats (que conforme a la legislació laboral ha d'atenir-se al pactat i reconegut a cada treballador), la qual cosa provocaria un efecte inflacionari en les entitats, ja que, amb la redacció actual, aquest excés de cost no pot ser tingut en compte per al còmput&amp;nbsp; global dels 52.292,15 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- L'article 23.1 del Decret 48/2017, de 27 d'octubre, pel qual s'estableixen els principis generals als quals s'han de sotmetre els concerts socials, permet la modificació del concert per “altres circumstàncies individualitzades”, com serien les del cas que ens ocupa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per això, sol·liciten una modificació del contingut dels plecs, amb efectes retroactius a dia 01/03/2023, tant del referit&amp;nbsp; apartat 10.g) com d'uns altres que hagin de modificar-se a fi d'harmonitzar i donar coherència a tot el plec, de manera que l'obligació sigui la de destinar a costos de personal la mitjana de la suma de tots els costos del personal adscrit al servei, en funció del nombre d'unitats d'orientació amb les quals compti, entenent-se per costos de personal tots aquells que constin en nòmina més la seguretat social que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. L'art. 23.1 del Decret 48/2017, de 27 d'octubre, pel qual s'estableixen els principis generals als quals s'han de sotmetre els concerts socials disposa que les variacions que es puguin produir en els serveis per la reducció o l'ampliació del nombre de places, per circumstàncies derivades de les necessitats d'atenció de les persones usuàries o per altres circumstàncies individualitzades, donen lloc a la modificació del concert social, sempre que no afectin els requisits que n'originaren l'aprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'art. 23.4 del mateix Decret 48/2017, disposa que el concert social es modificarà d'ofici o a instància de l'entitat titular del servei i, en el primer cas, són preceptives l'audiència de la part interessada i l'acceptació del nou concert. Així mateix, la modificació s'haurà de publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.&amp;nbsp; El Servei Jurídic del SOIB ha resolt unes consultes jurídiques referides a la modificació dels plecs tècnics del concert indicant que aquesta és possible fer-la en aquest moment en aplicació de l'art. 23.1 del Decret 48/2017, per les circumstàncies individualitzades de les entitats que han signat els concerts, donat que aquesta modificació no afecta els requisits que originaren l'aprovació del concert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. La directora del SOIB ha signat una memòria justificativa que disposa que queden justificades circumstàncies individualitzades, d'acord amb el que disposa l'art. 23.1 del Decret 48/2017, de 27 d'octubre, pel qual s'estableixen els principis generals als quals s'han de sotmetre els concerts socials, per a la modificació dels plecs tècnics del concert per a la prestació del Servei d'Orientació Professional (SOP) per al col·lectiu de persones amb discapacitat física i altres discapacitats amb dificultats especials d'inserció laboral, en el sentit de que s'elimini l'obligació de l'apartat 10.g) dels plecs tècnics del concert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. El conseller de Model Econòmic, Turisme i Treball, i president del Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears ha dictat una Resolució per la qual s'ordena l' inici de l'expedient de modificació dels plecs tècnics dels concerts per a la prestació del Servei d'Orientació Professional (SOP) per al col·lectiu de persones amb discapacitat física i altres discapacitats amb dificultats especials d'inserció laboral, amb entitats integrants del 3r Sector Social de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consideracions jurídiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Llei 12/2018, de 15 de novembre, de serveis a les persones en l'àmbit social a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Decret 48/2017, de 27 d'octubre, pel qual s'estableixen els principis generals als quals s'han de sotmetre els concerts socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Decret 35/2022, de 22 d'agost, pel qual es crea i regula el Registre d'entitats i els serveis d'orientació professional i els serveis complementaris, i els procediments d'acreditació de serveis i habilitació d'entitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El Decret 36/2022, de 22 d'agost, pel qual s'estableixen els principis generals de funcionament dels serveis d'orientació professional i es regulen els requisits que han d'acreditar per a la inscripció posterior en el Registre d'entitats i els serveis d'orientació professional i els serveis complementaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Acord del Consell de Govern de 16 de maig de 2022 pel qual s'aprova la previsió de les prestacions i els serveis que s'han de concertar durant l'any 2022 i es declaren els serveis d'interès econòmic general i les seves modificacions, en el qual hi apareix el Servei d'Orientació Professional per a la inserció laboral de les persones vulnerables, com a servei a concertar amb convocatòria en el 2022 i amb previsió de començar la seva execució el 2023, el qual no ha estat declarat servei d'interès econòmic general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El Reglament (UE) 2021/1057 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 24 de juny de 2021, pel qual s'estableix el Fons Social Europeu Plus (FSE+) i pel qual es deroga el Reglament (UE) n.o 1296/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L'Ordre ESS/381/2018, de 10 d'abril, per la qual s'aprova la Guia tècnica de referència per al desenvolupament dels protocols de la Cartera Comú de Serveis del Sistema Nacional d'Ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modificar els plecs tècnics dels concerts per a la prestació del Servei d'Orientació Professional (SOP) per al col·lectiu de persones amb discapacitat física i altres discapacitats amb dificultats especials d'inserció laboral, eliminant l'obligació de l'apartat 10.g) d'aquests, per &amp;nbsp;circumstàncies individualitzades de les entitats signants dels acords de concert, d'acord amb el que disposa l'art. 23.1 del Decret 48/2017, de 27 d'octubre, pel qual s'estableixen els principis generals als quals s'han de sotmetre els concerts socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb el que disposa l'art. 23.4 del Decret 48/2017, de 27 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller de Model Econòmic, Turisme i Treball, i president del SOIB, en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, d'acord amb el que disposen l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 44, de 3 d'abril), i l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa (BOE núm. 167, de 14 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
