&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.En data 17 de desembre es va publicar al BOIB núm. 164 la Resolució del director general de l'Ens Públic de Radiotelevisió de les Illes Balears per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria del procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral de l'Ens Públic de Radiotelevisió de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En data 20 d'abril de 2023 es va publicar la Resolució per la qual es nomenen els membres dels òrgans de selecció&amp;nbsp; de la convocatòria del procés selectiu d'estabilització mitjançant concurs extraordinari de mèrits de l'Ens Públic de Radiotelevisió de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Sr. Carlos Lapuente Serra, vocal 1 titular del Tribunal dels grups C i D del procés selectiu d'estabilització mitjançant concurs extraordinari de mèrits de l'EPRTVIB, ha al·legat motiu de renúncia per formar part del Tribunal, el qual ha estat acceptat, per tractar-se d'una causa excepcional i degudament justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Sra. Mª Fernanda Hernández Dos Reis, vocal 1 suplent dels grups C i D del procés selectiu d'estabilització mitjançant concurs extraordinari de mèrits de l'EPRTVIB, atès que en data 21 d'abril de 2023 amb motiu de les noves eleccions sindicals de l'EPRTVIB, dita treballadora va passar a formar part de la representació legal dels treballadors i treballadores de l'Ens, motiu pel qual &amp;nbsp;no pot ser nomenada com a membre del tribunal de processos de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Article 44, de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i art. 55 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Article 13 del Decret 27/1994.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.Modificar la composició dels membres dels òrgans de selecció del procés d'estabilització establert a l'annex de la Resolució publicada en el BOIB núm. 50, de 20 d'abril de 2023 per la qual s'anomenen els membres dels òrgans de selecció del procés d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits de l'Ens Públic de Radiotelevisió de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Es designa com a nou vocal 1 del Tribunal dels grups C i D del procés selectiu d'estabilització mitjançant concurs extraordinari de mèrits de l'EPRTVIB, a la Sra. Magdalena Siquier Salvà i com a suplent del vocal 1 del Tribunal dels grups C i D, al Sr. Joan Sebastià Trias Bosch.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Establir la composició del Tribunal a l'annex d'aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i a la pàgina web de l'Ens Públic de Radiotelevisió de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el director de l'Ens Públic de Radiotelevisió de les Illes Balears, en el termini d'un mes comptador a partir de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat la Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar demanda davant la jurisdicció social de Palma en el termini de dos mesos des de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 10.4 a) i concordants de la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
