    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local en sessió extraordinària celebrada en data 23/05/2023 va aprovar la convocatòria de subvencions i les bases que li acompanyen destinades a la concessió de subvencions als titulars de llicències d'auto-taxi que tinguin adscrit un vehicle adaptat, per l'adquisició, o per la renovació i reparació d'un vehicle adaptat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es procedeix a publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears l'acord adoptat, la convocatòria de subvencions i les bases reguladores per la seva difusió i el seu coneixement públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACORD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;: Aprovar la convocatòria de subvencions i les bases que li acompanyen destinades a la concessió de subvencions als titulars de llicències d'auto-taxi que tinguin adscrit un vehicle adaptat, per a l'adquisició de nous vehicles adaptats o per a la renovació i reparació d'un vehicle adaptat, d'acord amb el text que s'adjunta que forma part de la present proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;: Destinar un total de 24.000 € de la partida pressupostària 503 44000 4720005 per a la present convocatòria de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;: Publicar el present acord, així com la convocatòria de subvencions i les bases que li acompanyen en el BOIB, així com en la Base de dades Nacional de Subvencions a l'efecte de la seva difusió i públic coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Calvià, a través del Departament de Mobilitat en compliment dels principis de publicitat, concurrència i objectivitat en la concessió de subvencions, convoca ajudes econòmiques destinades a que els titulars de les llicències d'auto-taxi que tinguin adscrit un vehicle adaptat a persones de mobilitat reduïda (euro-taxis) puguin adquirir un nou vehicle d'acord amb les següents,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA.- JUSTIFICACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les presents bases corresponen a una necessitat d'interès social, per a fer front, per part de l'Ajuntament de Calvià, a una mesura per a promoure i afavorir el compliment del art 8 del RD 1544/2007, de 23 de novembre pel qual es regulen les condicions bàsiques d'accessibilitat i no discriminació per a l'accés i utilització de les maneres de transport per a persones amb discapacitat. Aquest precepte disposa que “els Ajuntaments promouran que almenys un cinc per cent o fracció de les llicències de taxis, corresponguin a vehicles adaptats”. (art.8)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regirà pel que s'estableix en les Bases d'Execució del Pressupost General d'aquesta Corporació per a l'any 2023 i en allò no previst a aquesta, s'aplicarà supletòriament la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA.- OBJECTE I FINALITAT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La present convocatòria té per objecte la concessió de subvencions a les persones titulars de llicències d'auto-taxi de l'Ajuntament de Calvià que tinguin adscrits un vehicle adaptat a persones amb mobilitat reduïda (euro-taxis), per a la renovació, reparació i l'adquisició dels vehicles adaptats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La finalitat de la subvenció és compensar l'esforç econòmic que ha de realitzar el titular de la llicència auto-taxi a l'hora d'adscriure a la mateixa un vehicle adaptat a persones amb mobilitat reduïda ( euro-taxis)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La subvenció municipal consistirà en la concessió a la persona titular de la llicència d'auto-taxi en una quantitat pecuniària en concepte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concessió de les subvencions s'efectuarà mitjançant el règim de lliure concurrència entre els titulars de les llicències municipals d'auto-taxi que tinguin adscrits vehicles adaptats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes s'atorgaran dins de les previsions pressupostàries previstes en la partida 503 44000 4720005 (subvenció taxi accessible i seguretat) del pressupost vigent per a l'any 2023.L'import màxim compromès per aquesta convocatòria es de 24.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantitat a subvencionar serà com a màxim de 12.000€. No s'hi inclourà en cap cas l'import de l'IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA.- REQUISITS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a ser beneficiari d'aquestes ajudes caldrà reunir els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Ser titular d'una llicència d'auto-taxi de l'Ajuntament de Calvià i tenir adscrit un vehicle adaptat a persones amb mobilitat reduïda (euro-taxis) de conformitat amb el Reglament Municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Estar al corrent d'obligacions fiscals, socials i laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- No tenir sancions pecuniàries pendents de pagament, per infraccions previstes en el Reglament Municipal de Servei Públic de Transports de Viatgers en Automòbils de Turisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- Formular la corresponent sol·licitud voluntària d'ajuda i acceptar expressament les obligacions contemplades per als beneficiaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- La subvenció s'atorgarà per a aquelles renovacions, reparacions i adquisicions/transformacions de vehicles que s'hagin realitzat a partir de l'1 de gener de 2023..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- No estar culpable en qualsevol de les causes de prohibició per a rebre subvencions determinades en l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.- No haver rebut una altra subvenció anterior pel mateix concepte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests requisits s'hauran de reunir en el moment de presentació de les sol·licituds d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA.- SOL·LICITUD D'AJUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els titulars de les llicències municipals d'auto-taxi interessats a obtenir ajudes hauran de presentar la sol·licitud de subvenció des de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria d'aquestes ajudes en el Butlletí Oficial de la Illes Balears i en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Calvià fins el dia 30 de setembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds es podran presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el model normalitzat degudament emplenat previst en aquestes bases com a Annex I, en el Registre General de l'Ajuntament de Calvià, en qualsevol dels llocs que preveu l'article16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i a través del Registre Electrònic General de l'Administració General de l'Estat, accedint des e la pàgina web https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do o des de la Seu Electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Calvià. Per a la presentació de la sol·licitud per aquest sistema l'interessat haurà de disposar de certificat digital o de sistema Cl@ve&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament disposa del servei d'Oficina digital d'atenció a la ciutadania Digi Calvià-que ofereix assistència telefònica i telemàtica per facilitar l'accés als tràmits municipals que es poden fer telemàticament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable relativa al compromís de mantenir la llicència d'auto-taxi amb el vehicle adaptat a partir del quart any, des de la concessió de l'ajuda. (annex 3)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable de les dades bancaries aportades on si escau, s'ha d'ingressar la quantitat subvencionada (annex 4)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEXTA.- OBLIGACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els perceptors de la subvenció estan obligats a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Acceptar la subvenció. En el cas que això no sigui possible hauran de renunciar expressament, en el termini de quinze dies comptats a partir de l'endemà a la notificació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Complir amb l'objecte de l'adaptació. Haurà de tenir adscrit a la llicència municipal de taxi un vehicle adaptat i comprometre's a mantenir-lo en servei durant quatre anys, podent prolongar el servei de manera indefinida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Atendre, de manera preferent, les crides de les persones amb mobilitat reduïda i usuàries de cadires de rodes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Hauran de complir el següent horari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada setmana hi haurà una llicència 24 hores de guàrdia i una llicencia 24 hores de reten segons la següent successió:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Estar integrat en l'emissora de Ràdio Taxi de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Acreditar davant l'Ajuntament, l'adquisició del vehicle i/o la seva transformació mitjançant factura que indiqui marca, model, preu, número de bastidor i transformacions efectuades. En la factura haurà de detallar-se la data d'emissió de la factura, el seu import i la data de pagament de la corresponent factura (inclòs el justificant d'aquest pagament).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Cuidar en tot moment del perfecte funcionament tècnic i mecànic del vehicle, així com la seva aparença externa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Aportar conformitat de la Inspecció Tècnica del vehicle, una vegada adaptat per al transport de persones amb mobilitat reduïda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Certificat de l'empresa transformadora que el vehicle adaptat compleix amb la norma UNE 26.494.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Justificar davant l'òrgan concedent el compliment dels requisits i condicions, així com la realització de l'activitat i el compliment de la finalitat que determina la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Comunicar l'obtenció de subvencions o ajudes per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents d'altres administracions, entitats públiques o privades, nacionals o internacionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons rebuts, inclosos els documents electrònic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SÈPTIMA.- PROCEDIMENT DE CONCESSIÓ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- El procediment de concessió serà de concurrència no competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els expedients es tramitaran atenent a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'estricte ordre de presentació de les sol·licituds i documentació completa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;prevista en la base quinta fins a esgotar el crèdit pressupostari, sent l'òrgan instructor del procediment el Servei de mobilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es tindrà en compte la data de presentació de les sol·licituds a l'efecte de la determinació del seu ordre de tramitació, quan la documentació presentada estigui completa segons l'estipulat en la base quinta. A aquests efectes, es considerarà com a data d'entrada de l'expedient, la de l'última documentació presentada per poder considerar complet a l'efecte de la citada base quarta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Rebudes les sol·licituds, acompanyades de la documentació descrita a la base quinta seran estudiades per una &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;comissió de valoració &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que estarà composta pels següents membres de l'Ajuntament de Calvià i que comptaran amb veu i vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;President: El Tinent de Batle de Serveis Generals e Infraestructures o persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Cap de l'Àrea de Manteniment o persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un funcionari/a del Departament d'infraestructures designat per el Tinent de Batle de Serveis Generals e Infraestructures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Un cop examinades les sol·licituds per la comissió de valoració, l'òrgan competent emetrà una &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;proposta de resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, a la vista del que s'ha acordat per la mateixa, que s'elevarà a la Junta de Govern Local que acordarà la concessió de les subvencions, per a això es podran demanar tots els informes es considerin necessaris d'altres organismes, així com documentació o aclariments de la persona sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Si la Comissió de Valoració adverteix que la sol·licitud o la documentació exigides no reuneixen els requisits que preveu la base quinta, es requerirà als interessats perquè &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en el termini de 10 dies &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;esmenin la falta o acompanyin els documents preceptius, amb indicació de que, si no ho fa, es considerarà que desisteix de la petició, prèvia resolució que s'ha de dictar en els termes que preveu l'article 21 de Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment es podrà resoldre de forma parcial, tramitant de forma immediata el pagament, sense esperar la resolució de la totalitat de la convocatòria, emetent-se la proposta al tinent de batle de Serveis Generals i Infraestructures i posteriorment serà ratificada per la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els acords de concessió de subvenció contindran l'atorgament de les subvencions i en fixaran expressament la quantia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini màxim per resoldre i notificar l'acord i realitzar les comprovacions posteriors serà de sis mesos, a comptar de l'endemà de la finalització del termini de presentació de les sol·licituds. La resolució posarà fi a la via administrativa i s'hi podrà interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes, davant el mateix òrgan que hagi dictat la resolució, o bé recórrer-la directament davant l'ordre jurisdiccional contenciós administratiu en la forma i terminis previstos en la llei reguladora d'aquesta jurisdicció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, pot presentar una reclamació davant l'Agència Espanyola de Protecció de Dades. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, a la vista de les quantitats consignades en el pressupost vigent per a l'exercici 2023, a la vista de la proposició de la comissió de valoració, assignarà objectivament i de manera individual les ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conformitat de la Inspecció Tècnica del vehicle, una vegada adaptat per al transport de persones amb mobilitat reduïda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Administració de l'Ajuntament de Calvià, una vegada fets els ingressos en el compte indicat en el punt 1 d'aquesta Declaració queda eximida de responsabilitat per les actuacions que es derivin d'errors en les dades indicades pel declarant / &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Administración del Ayuntamiento de Calvià, una vez realizados los ingresos en la cuenta indicada en el punto 1 de esta Declaración, queda eximida de responsabilidad por las actuaciones derivadas de errores en los datos indicados por el declarante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Autoritz l'Administració de l'Ajuntament de Calvià a consultar les dades d'identitat de bases de dades d'altres administracions a les quals pugui accedir per verificar les dades aportades mitjançant aquesta Declaració / &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Autorizo a la Administración del Ayuntamiento de Calvià a consultar los datos de identidad de bases de datos de otras administraciones a los que pueda acceder para la verificación de los aportados mediante esta Declaración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
