    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ple del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió ordinària celebrada el 28 d'abril de 2023, va aprovar amb caràcter definitiu el Reglament d'usos lingüístics del Consell Insular de Formentera, una vegada resoltes les al·legacions i observacions presentades, i procedir a la publicació íntegra al BOIB, al tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web del Consell Insular de Formentera, als efectes de la seva entrada en vigor, tot de conformitat amb la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reglament d'usos lingüístics del Consell Insular de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Preàmbul&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 4 de l'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears estableix que «La llengua catalana, pròpia de les Illes Balears, tendrà, juntament amb la castellana, el caràcter d'idioma oficial», i afegeix que «Tots tenen el dret de conèixer-la i d'usar-la, i ningú no podrà ser discriminat per causa de l'idioma».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Llei 3/1986, de normalització lingüística, en la redacció donada per la Llei 1/2016, de 3 de febrer, de modificació de la Llei 3/1986, de normalització lingüística a les Illes Balears, estableix, en l'article 6.1, que «el català, com a llengua pròpia de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, ho és també del Govern autònom, del Parlament i dels consells insulars i, en general, de l'Administració pública, de l'Administració local i de les corporacions i institucions públiques dependents de la comunitat autònoma». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 9.3 de la mateixa llei estableix que «els consells insulars i les corporacions locals han de regular l'ús de la llengua catalana dins l'àmbit de la seua competència d'acord amb els principis i les normes d'aquesta llei». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, la Llei 4/2016, de 6 d'abril, conté mesures de capacitació lingüística adreçades a recuperar i fomentar l'ús del català en l'àmbit de la funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Igualment cal tenir en compte, en fi, el que estableix l'article 53 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, que a propòsit del règim lingüístic diu: “1. El català, com a llengua pròpia de les Illes Balears, ho és també dels consells insulars. Com a tal, el català és la llengua d'ús normal i general en l'administració insular i en les entitats que en depenen. 2. L'ús del català i del castellà en tot tipus d'actuacions institucionals i administratives es regula en el reglament orgànic o en disposicions específiques, sempre respectant el dret d'opció lingüística dels ciutadans i d'acord amb el que disposen l'Estatut d'autonomia i les lleis de la comunitat autònoma. 3. D'acord amb el que estableix l'Estatut d'autonomia, els consells insulars han d'adoptar mesures per a la normalització de la llengua catalana en l'àmbit de les seves competències i han de vetlar per la qualitat del llenguatge administratiu”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell Insular de Formentera s'ha de bastir amb un nou reglament d'usos lingüístics per continuar treballant en pro del procés de normalització lingüística.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Capítol I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Àmbit d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'ús de les llengües oficials de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears que fa el Consell Insular de Formentera, a més d'altres llengües que, si escau, pugui utilitzar quan hi hagi circumstàncies que ho aconsellin, es regeix pels criteris que estableix aquest reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les llengües oficials de la comunitat autònoma són la catalana, que a més té el caràcter de llengua pròpia de les Illes Balears, i la castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Les relacions amb institucions i amb persones físiques o jurídiques regulades en aquest reglament fan referència a les que tenen lloc dins el territori de l'Estat espanyol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Sempre que en aquesta normativa apareix la denominació Consell Insular de Formentera s'ha d'entendre que es refereix també als organismes que en depenen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les empreses que gestionen indirectament —sigui per concessió administrativa o per qualsevol altra fórmula de les regulades a la normativa aplicable als consells insulars—, serveis que corresponen al Consell Insular de Formentera, també es regeixen pels mateixos criteris. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas dels concessionaris de serveis públics, s'han d'aplicar els criteris d'usos lingüístics que regulen l'actuació de l'Administració, segons la disposició addicional cinquena de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. Igualment, les clàusules lingüístiques poden constar expressament en els corresponents plecs de condicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En altres casos regulats a la normativa aplicable als consells insulars, aquestes clàusules lingüístiques s'han de fer constar expressament en els corresponents plecs de condicions i han d'assegurar que l'usuari serà atès i informat en català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol cas, hom estarà al que estableix l'article 53 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, sobre règim lingüístic i les regles corresponents sobre gestió dels serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la redacció dels textos, la literatura dels rètols, l'ús de topònims, entre d'altres, l'empresa que gestioni el servei comptarà amb la revisió del Servei d'Assessorament Lingüístic.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Consell Insular de Formentera ha de promoure l'aplicació dels criteris establerts en aquest reglament a les entitats amb les quals dugui a terme consorcis, convenis o altres fórmules de convinença, tant pel que fa als documents contractuals com en allò que es refereix a la publicitat de l'actuació o activitat de què es tracti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Capítol II&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Ús lingüístic general&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. D'una manera general, el Consell Insular de Formentera ha d'emprar el català per a les seues tasques, actes públics de tota mena i relacions, amb les particularitats que resulten dels següents articles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Com a suport tècnic per a l'aplicació d'aquest reglament, el Consell Insular de Formentera ha de mantenir, dins el seu organigrama administratiu, el Servei d'Assessorament Lingüístic, que ha de dotar amb els mitjans tècnics i humans adequats. Aquest servei ha de dur a terme la seua feina en dos àmbits diferenciats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Àmbit intern: té la responsabilitat de realitzar el tractament lingüístic habitual de la documentació generada pel personal i per les diferents àrees del Consell Insular de Formentera, a més d'intervenir en actuacions d'assessorament específic i de planificació i dinamització de la llengua catalana, així com de redactar els protocols lingüístics que siguin necessaris. També supervisarà els anuncis als mitjans de comunicació i tota la cartelleria en què aparegui el logotip del Consell. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Àmbit extern: el Consell Insular ha de preveure la creació i el manteniment adequat, en finançament i infraestructures, dels serveis i les actuacions que afavoreixin la dinamització lingüística a Formentera, així com l'aprenentatge de la llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. D'altra banda, el SAL, dins les seues actuacions, establirà, promourà i difondrà, especialment, les formes (lèxiques, verbals, etc.) correctes i establertes per la normativa més pròximes al català de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El SAL, dins les seues actuacions, vetllarà perquè es faci un ús no sexista del llenguatge, tal com disposa l'article 8 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal al servei del Consell Insular de Formentera ha d'atendre la ciutadania per defecte en català, tant en l'atenció presencial com telefònica, encara que respectarà la tria que cada ciutadà faci de la llengua oficial en què vol ser atès.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els càrrecs i el personal del Consell Insular de Formentera s'expressaran, en el desenvolupament de la seua tasca, en català en els mitjans de comunicació i en els actes públics que tenguin lloc dins el territori lingüístic català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La llengua vehicular de les reunions internes de tots els òrgans del Consell Insular de Formentera, incloses les reunions amb participants externs, i dels cursos de formació contínua que organitzi la institució és el català, tret que hi hagi circumstàncies que facin necessari l'ús d'una altra llengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Capítol III&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Ús administratiu intern&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les actuacions internes de caràcter administratiu s'han de fer en llengua catalana. Les actes de les sessions que realitzi el Ple, la Junta de Govern i les comissions informatives s'han de redactar en llengua catalana. També s'hi han de redactar les actes dels diversos patronats, consells i entitats amb personalitat jurídica que depenen d'aquest Consell. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les àrees administratives que hagin de generar documentació en castellà, ho han de fer a partir de la versió original en català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Els impresos interns utilitzats pels diferents òrgans i àrees del Consell Insular de Formentera s'han de redactar en català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Els rètols indicadors d'oficines i despatxos, les capçaleres de tota classe de papers, els segells de goma, els mata-segells i altres elements anàlegs, com ara els que corresponen a l'administració electrònica, han de ser en català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El programari i el maquinari utilitzat pel Consell Insular de Formentera, a més de tot el material i els aparells adquirits referents a les noves tecnologies de la informació i la comunicació (centraletes telefòniques, telefonia mòbil, tauletes, ordinadors portàtils, fax, etc.) que hagin de fer servir els diferents departaments i serveis han de permetre el funcionament en llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. S'han de redactar en català les inscripcions o retolacions que identifiquin béns de propietat del Consell Insular de Formentera, com ara immobles, vehicles, maquinària, eines, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Els rètols i els indicadors situats a les vies i els camins que depenen del Consell Insular de Formentera, destinats a informar els transeünts i els conductors, s'han de redactar en català. Si és necessari, poden anar acompanyats d'un llenguatge gràfic o icònic de fàcil comprensió general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els estudis, projectes i treballs anàlegs que el Consell Insular de Formentera encarregui a tercers dins l'àmbit del territori lingüístic català li han de ser lliurats en català, llevat que la finalitat n'exigeixi la redacció en una altra llengua. Si s'encarreguen fora del domini lingüístic català, es pot demanar que estiguin redactats en llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Tots els plecs de condicions del Consell Insular de Formentera per a la contractació d'obres i serveis han d'incloure clàusules lingüístiques que comprometin l'empresa, l'entitat o la persona adjudicatària a utilitzar almenys el català en tota la documentació generada pel contracte subscrit amb el Consell (factures, informes, treballs, certificats, estudis, projectes, etc.), així com en l'atenció i els serveis que ofereixen als ciutadans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació que el Consell Insular de Formentera adreci a les administracions públiques dins l'àmbit lingüístic català s'ha de redactar en llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els òrgans del Consell Insular de Formentera han d'admetre els documents que els siguin adreçats per altres administracions públiques i que estiguin redactats en qualsevol llengua oficial en el respectiu territori. Per afavorir la seua comprensió i evitar confusions, aquesta comunicació s'ha de presentar amb la pertinent traducció (en el mateix document o en un document adjunt) a qualsevol de les dues llengües oficials de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents vinculats amb procediments administratius del Consell Insular de Formentera destinats a administracions públiques de fora de&amp;nbsp; l'àmbit lingüístic català s'han de trametre en llengua castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les còpies de documents que s'hagin de remetre a les administracions de fora de l'àmbit lingüístic català es poden trametre, bé en castellà (amb la indicació que el text és traducció de l'original català), bé en català, acompanyades en aquest cas de la traducció al castellà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Tots els expedients administratius s'han de tramitar en llengua catalana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les comunicacions i notificacions dirigides a persones físiques o jurídiques residents en l'àmbit lingüístic català s'han de fer en llengua catalana, sense perjudici del dret dels ciutadans a rebre-les en castellà si ho demanen expressament i per escrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'expedició de testimoniatges d'expedients s'ha de fer en català o, si el sol·licitant ho demana, en castellà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La sol·licitud de traducció que facin les persones interessades, d'acord amb els dos punts anteriors, no pot comportar cap perjudici o despesa al sol·licitant, ni retards en el procediment, ni suspendre'n la tramitació i els terminis establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Les comunicacions i notificacions adreçades a persones residents fora de l'àmbit lingüístic català es faran normalment en castellà, tot i que es podran enviar en català si el ciutadà ho demana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera ha d'admetre les comunicacions que li siguin adreçades en qualsevol llengua oficial del territori del comunicant. Amb caràcter general, els impresos s'han d'oferir per defecte en la versió catalana, sense perjudici del dret de les persones interessades a emplenar-los en castellà o a demanar-ne una versió en aquesta llengua, per la qual cosa s'ha de tenir la versió en castellà de tots els impresos a disposició de la ciutadania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Només es faran impresos bilingües quan alguna circumstància especial ho recomani. En tot cas, el text en català hi ha de figurar de forma preferent i destacada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents i els impresos que hagin de tenir efectes, simultàniament, dins i fora del territori lingüístic català s'han de redactar en versió doble català-castellà. En aquests casos, s'ha d'aplicar el que determina l'article 6.2 d'aquest reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 16&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els documents contractuals subscrits pel Consell Insular de Formentera s'han de redactar en català. Si l'altra part contractant ho sol·licita, se n'expedirà còpia en castellà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les disposicions del Consell Insular de Formentera s'han de publicar sempre en català, sense perjudici de la traducció a la llengua castellana, a partir de l'original català, quan correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Les publicacions de tot tipus destinades específicament a la promoció exterior es poden fer en qualsevol altra llengua que sigui aconsellable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els avisos, els anuncis públics i la publicitat de tota mena que procedeixi del Consell Insular de Formentera s'han de redactar en llengua catalana dins l'àmbit lingüístic català. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol classe de textos bilingües o polilingües que emeti el Consell Insular de Formentera el català ha de figurar en primer lloc, o en un lloc destacat i preeminent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El web institucional del Consell Insular de Formentera s'ha de redactar, com a mínim, en les dues llengües oficials i ha de tenir com a primera opció de llengua el català. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els noms dels llocs i les pàgines web que depenguin de les diferents àrees i serveis del Consell Insular han de ser en català. El contingut d'aquests llocs i pàgines web ha de ser, com a mínim, en llengua catalana i s'ha de descarregar en català, per defecte, tot i que, quan les circumstàncies ho recomanin, es pot fer, a més, en altres llengües. Els enllaços a altres webs han de portar directament a la versió catalana, sempre que n'hi hagi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El nom de les adreces electròniques, dels comptes i dels perfils en xarxes socials que depenguin, directament o indirectament, de les àrees del Consell Insular de Formentera ha de ser en català. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els missatges que es publiquen a les xarxes socials, blogs i missatgeria instantània dels comptes corporatius de qualsevol àrea o servei del Consell Insular de Formentera s'han de redactar en català. Els missatges d'aquests canals han d'enllaçar amb la versió catalana dels webs, si n'hi ha. Excepcionalment, aquests missatges es poden escriure també en altres llengües per raó de la seua finalitat. En els casos d'informació multilingüe, la primera versió ha de ser la catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En tots aquests canals, si hi ha interacció, el català és la llengua normal de la comunicació independentment de la llengua utilitzada per la persona que fa el comentari o la pregunta, llevat que aquesta demani ser resposta en castellà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 22&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La llengua vehicular en els mitjans de radiodifusió i de televisió que gestioni el Consell Insular de Formentera ha de ser el català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. D'altra banda, el cinema municipal intensificarà l'emissió de títols en català en la programació mensual, i es vetllarà perquè, almenys, se n'equipari l'oferta en castellà. La pel·lícula adreçada al públic infantil sempre serà en català. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Capítol VII&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Registres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 23&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En els registres administratius del Consell Insular de Formentera, els assentaments s'han de fer en català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 24&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El nivell exigit de coneixement de la llengua catalana per accedir a cada lloc de feina concret serà el que estableix el Catàleg de llocs de treball del Consell Insular de Formentera. Com a mínim, ha de ser el que estableix la disposició transitòria primera de la Llei 4/2016, de 6 d'abril, de mesures de capacitació lingüística per a la recuperació de l'ús del català en l'àmbit de la funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Consell Insular de Formentera, tanmateix, pot adoptar les mesures necessàries perquè el personal que treballa en tots els seus serveis i departaments tengui els coneixements necessaris de català per garantir el desenvolupament correcte, des del punt de vista lingüístic, de les tasques internes o de les adreçades als administrats, per la qual cosa, i d'acord amb la normativa vigent, pot consignar en el seu Catàleg de llocs de treball un nivell de coneixements de català superior al que estableix la Llei de mesures de capacitació lingüística esmentada en el punt anterior per als llocs de feina que consideri oportú. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Tot el personal al servei del Consell Insular de Formentera ha d'assolir el nivell de coneixements de català establert en el Catàleg de llocs de treball, d'acord amb els terminis i criteris que es fixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En les convocatòries de provisió de llocs de feina i mobilitat i en les de promoció interna, el personal al servei del Consell Insular de Formentera ha d'acreditar que té el nivell de coneixements de català previst per al lloc de treball o plaça a què opta en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud per participar en el concurs o concurs oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El nivell de coneixements de català corresponent a cada lloc de treball es pot acreditar mitjançant els certificats expedits, reconeguts com a equivalents o homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El Consell Insular de Formentera, en la mesura de les seues possibilitats, ha d'organitzar cursos de llengua catalana per a tot el personal al seu servei que no tengui els coneixements de català necessaris per exercir les seues funcions i per millorar el nivell de llenguatge administratiu, d'altres especialitats o de coneixements de llengua en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La formació professional del personal funcionari o laboral s'ha de fer en llengua catalana, sempre que la programació i l'organització depengui del Consell Insular de Formentera. Si no en depèn, el Consell Insular ha de demanar que aquesta formació es faci en català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 25&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En totes les bases que regulin les convocatòries per proveir llocs de feina del Consell Insular de Formentera en propietat ha de figurar, com a requisit, el nivell de coneixements de català que han d'acreditar els aspirants, que serà el que figuri en el Catàleg de llocs de feina del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Així mateix, en casos de contractació temporal —és a dir, aquells que no són processos de provisió de llocs de feina i mobilitat i en els de promoció interna, i en els de propietat, que es regiran pel que estableixen els articles 24.4 i 25.1— i per tal de cobrir vacants en llocs de treball de difícil cobertura, quan els aspirants no acreditin mitjançant un certificat el nivell de català necessari per accedir-hi, es podrà establir la pràctica i superació obligatòria d'una prova de català del nivell corresponent, tenint en compte que en cas que el lloc de treball esdevingués indefinit, la persona que ocupa aquest lloc haurà d'acreditar en el termini màxim de dos anys l'obtenció del certificat que acrediti el nivell de català exigit, de conformitat amb l'article 24.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En casos de contractació temporal, en cap cas es considerarà acreditat el nivell de coneixements de català mitjançant la superació de la prova específica prèvia de llengua catalana en un procés selectiu, que només servirà perquè l'aspirant pugui continuar endavant en el procés, sense perjudici que, en el cas que accedeixi al lloc de treball, hagi d'acreditar el nivell de català de la manera prevista anteriorment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Els tribunals de les proves d'accés han de plantejar els exercicis en català, tant orals com escrits, sens perjudici del dret dels aspirants a contestar-los en la llengua oficial que elegeixi, tret de les proves específiques de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Servei d'Assessorament Lingüístic ha d'assessorar els tribunals qualificadors pel que fa a la valoració dels coneixements de català en tots els procediments de selecció de personal i de provisió de llocs de feina, tant pel que fa a l'acreditació del nivell de coneixements de llengua catalana com a la preparació, correcció i valoració de les proves que es puguin fer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Consell Insular de Formentera ha de fomentar la normalització de l'ús del català en les activitats mercantils, publicitàries, culturals, associatives, esportives i de qualsevol altra mena d'àmbit local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Tots els organismes del Consell Insular de Formentera han d'impulsar la normalització lingüística en&amp;nbsp; el seu àmbit d'actuacions, amb el suport tècnic del Servei d'Assessorament Lingüístic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposició derogatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb l'aprovació i publicació d'aquest reglament en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears queda sense efecte el Reglament d'ús de la llengua catalana de l'Ajuntament de Formentera, aprovat pel Ple d'aquesta institució, en sessió ordinària, dia 10 de novembre de 2000, publicat en el BOIB núm. 16 de 6 de febrer de 2001, i totes les disposicions de rang igual o inferior que s'oposin al seu contingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposició final primera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ple del Consell Insular de Formentera queda facultat per desplegar aquest reglament i prendre les mesures que siguin necessàries en l'àmbit que prescriu la present normativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposició final segona &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Reglament d'usos lingüístics del Consell Insular de Formentera present entrarà en vigor a partir de la seua publicació definitiva en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, una vegada hagin transcorregut els terminis de què tracta l'esmentat article 113 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, aplicable també als consells insulars segons la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars. Amb l'entrada en vigor d'aquest, quedarà derogat el Reglament d'ús de la llengua catalana de l'Ajuntament de Formentera de què tracta la disposició derogatòria anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest reglament entrarà en vigor quan sigui publicat íntegrament al BOIB i hagi transcorregut, en el seu cas, el termini fixat a l'article 113 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquest acord es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació del present acord. Això, de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
