&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El 9 de maig de 2023 la cap d'estudis de la Prefectura III de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública va emetre un informe sobre l'oferta de cursos i tallers de llengua catalana per a l'any 2023 amb la finalitat d'aprovar el pla anual de formació de llengua catalana i la convocatòria de proves corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En la sessió de 15 de maig de 2023, a proposta de la directora gerenta, el Consell de Direcció de l'EBAP, en l'exercici de les funcions que li atribueix l'article 11.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; dels Estatuts de l'Escola, ha aprovat el Pla de Formació de Llengua Catalana de l'any 2023, que inclou la convocatòria de cursos i tallers (annex 1) i les bases per les quals es regeix aquest Pla (annex 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. D'acord amb el que estableix l'article 12 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, corresponen a l'EBAP la formació, la capacitació i el perfeccionament del personal al servei de l'Administració autonòmica i de les entitats que en depenen. Així mateix, aquesta norma afegeix que, en els termes que s'estableixin, correspon a l'EBAP la realització d'activitats formatives i de selecció del personal al servei de les altres administracions de l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La Llei 1/2016, de 3 de febrer, de modificació de la Llei 3/1986, de 29 d'abril, de normalització lingüística a les Illes Balears, regula, entre d'altres, l'ús del català en l'actuació administrativa i en els procediments administratius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La Llei 4/2016, de 6 d'abril, de mesures de capacitació lingüística per a la recuperació de l'ús del català en l'àmbit de la funció pública, conté mesures de capacitació lingüística adreçades a recuperar i fomentar l'ús del català en l'àmbit de la funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. L'article 1 del Decret 191/1996, de 25 d'octubre, pel qual es regulen les condicions generals de les activitats formatives que organitza la Conselleria d'Interior (actualment, Conselleria de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat), indica que l'Institut Balear d'Administració Pública (actualment, Escola Balear d'Administració Pública) és el principal instrument de la política formativa de l'Administració pública de les Illes Balears, i elabora periòdicament diferents plans de formació que responen als principis d'eficàcia i de qualitat de les activitats formatives, amb la finalitat d'afavorir la participació del personal al servei de l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. L'article únic del Decret 2/1999, de 22 de gener, modifica l'article 14 del Decret 191/1996 esmentat, i regula les condicions per presentar-se a les proves dels diferents nivells de llengua catalana i obtenir els certificats corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. L'article 5.18 del Decret 31/2012, de 13 d'abril, pel qual s'aproven els Estatuts de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, inclou, entre les seves funcions, oferir l'ensenyament de la llengua catalana al personal de l'Administració autonòmica i al personal de les altres administracions públiques de l'àmbit territorial de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, i avaluar-ne els coneixements per mitjà de proves per obtenir els certificats corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Aquest Pla de Formació té la consideració de pla interadministratiu, d'acord amb el que estableix l'Acord de formació per a l'ocupació de les administracions públiques (AFEDAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, d'acord amb les atribucions que atorga l'article 11.2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; dels Estatuts de l'EBAP, el Consell de Direcció adopta els següents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACORDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar la convocatòria dels cursos i els tallers de llengua catalana del Pla de Formació de Llengua Catalana aprovat pel Consell de Direcció de l'EBAP per a l'any 2023, d'acord amb el que estableix l'annex 1 d'aquest Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar les bases que regeixen el Pla de Formació de Llengua Catalana, també aprovades pel Consell de Direcció de l'EBAP, d'acord amb el que estableix l'annex 2 d'aquest Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Delegar en la Direcció Gerència de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública la modificació o la supressió dels cursos i els tallers en funció de la demanda i la disponibilitat pressupostària, com també la fixació i la modificació, si escau, dels calendaris dels cursos i els tallers i de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar aquest Acord en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquest Acord, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el Consell de Direcció de l'EBAP en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest Acord, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. L'objecte d'aquestes bases és fixar el termini de presentació de les sol·licituds, els requisits d'inscripció, els criteris de selecció dels alumnes, el desenvolupament dels cursos i els tallers i l'organització de les proves de llengua catalana del Pla de Formació de Llengua Catalana de l'any 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. La inscripció als cursos i als tallers de llengua catalana de l'EBAP suposa l'acceptació d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. Correspon a l'EBAP resoldre els aspectes i les incidències que puguin sorgir sobre l'aplicació d'aquestes bases o sobre els casos que no s'hi prevegin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Cursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ofereixen els cursos dels certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana que s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Tallers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. En el marc del Pla de Formació de Llengua Catalana de 2023 s'ofereixen tallers d'expressió oral, de 20 hores de durada cadascun i amb una capacitat màxima de 25 alumnes per taller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. Els tallers d'expressió oral donen dret a obtenir un certificat d'aprofitament, de manera exclusiva, si es compleixen els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'admissió a algun dels cursos de coneixements generals de llengua catalana de l'EBAP, de qualsevol modalitat, corresponents a la convocatòria de 2023, o la conservació de la reserva del dret d'examen d'acord amb el punt 24.3 de les instruccions per les quals es regia el Pla de Formació de Llengua Catalana de l'EBAP per a l'any 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'assistència a un mínim del 80&amp;nbsp;% de les sessions del taller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La superació de l'avaluació corresponent, que consistirà en proves pràctiques o avaluació contínua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Les dates concretes d'impartició dels tallers d'expressió oral, així com la resta d'informació relativa a aquesta activitat formativa, es publicaran a la pàgina web Llengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4. Per a tot el que no preveu aquesta base, hi són aplicables les bases que regeixen el Pla de Formació de Llengua Catalana de l'EBAP de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Destinataris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Pot participar en els cursos i els tallers de llengua catalana:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Tot el personal al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (CAIB) —inclòs el personal del Servei de Salut i el dels cossos docents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El personal dels organismes i els ens del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El personal de les altres administracions de l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears i de les entitats dependents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal empleat públic de les administracions amb les quals l'EBAP ha subscrit un conveni de cessió del material didàctic i dret de reserva de plaça per a un nivell corresponent no pot inscriure's en els cursos; en concret, el personal de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (IMAS) no pot inscriure's en els dels nivells B2, C1 i de llenguatge administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El personal dels serveis administratius de la Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. El personal contractat en el marc de polítiques actives d'ocupació no pot participar en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Requisits d'inscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1. Per inscriure's al certificat de nivell B2 s'ha d'acreditar el nivell A2 o el nivell B1 o equivalents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2. Per inscriure's al certificat de nivell C1 s'ha d'acreditar el nivell B2 o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3. Per inscriure's al certificat de nivell C2 s'ha d'acreditar el nivell C1 o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.4. Per inscriure's al certificat de llenguatge administratiu s'ha d'acreditar el nivell C1 o equivalent, o el nivell C2 o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5 Podran inscriure's als tallers d'expressió oral els alumnes que hagin iniciat els cursos de coneixements generals de llengua catalana de l'EBAP, de qualsevol modalitat, corresponents a la convocatòria de 2023, i també les persones que tenguin dret d'examen d'acord amb el punt 24.3 de les instruccions per les quals es regia el Pla de Formació de Llengua Catalana de l'EBAP per a l'any 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.6. A l'efecte d'acreditar els nivells de coneixements, només es reconeixen els certificats expedits per l'EBAP, o els expedits, homologats o declarats equivalents per la Conselleria de Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura. Per a això, són aplicables l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013 per la qual es determinen els títols, els diplomes i els certificats equivalents als certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Direcció General de Cultura i Joventut (BOIB núm. 34, de 12 de març de 2013), i l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 28 de juliol de 2014 per la qual es regulen l'homologació dels estudis de llengua catalana de l'educació secundària obligatòria i del batxillerat amb els certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Conselleria d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats i l'exempció de l'avaluació de la llengua i la literatura catalanes en l'ensenyament reglat no universitari, i els procediments per obtenir-les (BOIB núm. 115, de 26 d'agost de 2014), o les normes que les substitueixin, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.7. Les persones interessades són responsables del compliment dels requisits d'inscripció a l'inici del curs o taller. L'EBAP es reserva el dret de comprovar-los en qualsevol moment del procediment a fi d'assegurar que es compleix el que estableixen els punts 4 i 5 d'aquestes bases amb vista a l'admissió i la selecció dels alumnes. Si escau, podran ser excloses les persones que no compleixin les condicions i els requisits dels punts esmentats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Inscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;El termini d'inscripció als cursos de llengua catalana de l'EBAP comença a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest Acord en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i acaba el dia 11 de juny. No s'admetrà cap sol·licitud presentada fora d'aquest termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. El termini d'inscripció als tallers d'expressió oral es publicarà a principis del mes de setembre i es comunicarà mitjançant un correu electrònic a tots els alumnes que hagin iniciat els cursos de llengua catalana dels nivells B2, C1 i C2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. En la sol·licitud d'inscripció s'ha de fer constar una adreça electrònica que sigui operativa i d'ús freqüent, perquè el correu electrònic serà un dels mitjans de comunicació amb els alumnes en els supòsits que assenyalen aquestes bases, llevat dels actes que hagin de ser objecte de publicació o notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4. És obligació dels alumnes admesos comunicar els canvis d'adreça electrònica a l'EBAP, enviant un correu a l'adreça electrònica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.5. Tota persona interessada es pot inscriure a qualsevol curs o taller dels que s'ofereixen, independentment del lloc de treball que ocupi. En qualsevol cas, correspon a l'EBAP decidir l'admissió final dels alumnes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.6. Només es permet la inscripció a un sol nivell de coneixements i a una sola modalitat d'aprenentatge. Si una persona s'inscriu en més d'un nivell, l'EBAP la inscriurà d'ofici en el nivell que hagi sol·licitat en primer lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.7. La presentació de la sol·licitud per participar en aquest procediment suposa el coneixement i l'acceptació inequívocs de l'aspirant del tractament de les dades de caràcter personal a càrrec de l'òrgan competent i únicament per a les finalitats establertes. El tractament de la informació facilitada en les sol·licituds tindrà en compte les previsions del Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades, i de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Comunicacions amb les persones interessades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. D'acord amb l'article 45.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, atès que es tracta d'un procediment de concurrència competitiva, els actes administratius que integren aquest procediment i que s'hagin de notificar a les persones interessades, així com els de qualsevol procediment que se'n derivi (inclosos els anuncis de la interposició de qualsevol recurs en via administrativa o en via judicial i els tràmits d'audiència), en comptes de notificar-se, s'han de publicar en el web Llengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;), excepte els actes en què s'indiqui expressament que s'han de notificar de manera individual o mitjançant un missatge de correu electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. En tot cas, només tindran efectes jurídics les comunicacions trameses pels mitjans de notificació i publicitat que es preveuen en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Modalitats d'inscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. El personal de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (inclòs el personal del Servei de Salut i el dels cossos docents) i el del seu sector públic instrumental amb accés al Portal de Serveis al Personal ha de tramitar la sol·licitud per aquest mitjà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. El personal sense accés al Portal de Serveis al Personal de la CAIB —personal del Servei de Salut, personal administratiu adscrit a centres docents i a la UIB, i personal del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma— i el personal d'altres administracions de l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears i de les seves entitats dependents, pot tramitar la sol·licitud seguint dos procediments:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Mitjançant&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;la inscripció per Internet, per a la qual cosa s'ha de seguir la ruta següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llengua Catalana EBAP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) &amp;gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pla de Formació de Llengua Catalana 2023 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Inscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Mitjançant el model de sol·licitud, disponible en el web Llengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat &amp;gt; Pla de Formació de Llengua Catalana 2023 &amp;gt; Inscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) i a les seus de l'EBAP. S'han d'emplenar totes les dades de la sol·licitud. Les sol·licituds incompletes poden ser causa d'exclusió. Aquestes sol·licituds s'han de presentar en el Registre de l'EBAP o en qualsevol de les formes que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Declaració responsable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. La sol·licitud (en qualsevol de les modalitats d'inscripció) incorpora una declaració responsable d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 69 de la Llei 39/2015 relativa al compliment de tots i cadascun dels requisits de participació que s'exigeixen en les bases 4 i 5, referits sempre a la data d'inici dels cursos que fixa la base 17. En aquesta sol·licitud els aspirants han de consignar les dades relatives al compliment dels requisits de participació i no els han d'acreditar fins al termini que es regula en la base 10.2. No és necessari aportar juntament amb la sol·licitud cap document addicional per acreditar els aspectes declarats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. L'EBAP pot requerir en qualsevol moment que els aspirants aportin la documentació que acrediti el compliment dels requisits declarats, així com la veracitat de qualsevol dels documents que han d'aportar en aquest procés de selecció d'alumnes, i la persona interessada ha d'aportar-los. La inexactitud, la falsedat o l'omissió, de caràcter essencial, de qualsevol dada o informació que s'incorpori en la declaració responsable, o la no presentació davant l'administració convocant de la documentació que, si escau, s'ha requerit per acreditar el compliment d'allò declarat, determina l'exclusió del procediment de selecció d'alumnes, sens perjudici de les responsabilitats penals, civils o administratives en què s'hagi pogut incórrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Llista provisional de persones admeses i acreditació dels requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de les sol·licituds, i aplicats els criteris de selecció de la base 12, l'EBAP publicarà en el web Llengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) la llista provisional de persones admeses al curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juntament amb la llista anterior es publicarà una llista provisional d'espera amb les persones seleccionades que poden ser admeses al curs en cas d'exclusions o renúncies de les admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2. En les llistes esmentades anteriorment s'assenyalarà quines persones han d'acreditar el compliment dels requisits que figuren en la declaració responsable, segons el que disposa la base 9, i que l'EBAP no pugui comprovar d'ofici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que hagin d'acreditar algun requisit o esmenar alguna deficiència disposen d'un termini de set dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació de les llistes provisionals, per esmenar el defecte o adjuntar el document que sigui preceptiu. En cas de no atendre el requeriment efectuat, les persones quedaran excloses, ja que es considera que desisteixen de la seva sol·licitud. La documentació acreditativa dels requisits s'ha de presentar en el Registre de l'EBAP o en qualsevol de les formes que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3. La inclusió en la llista provisional de persones admeses no implica l'admissió automàtica als cursos, si no se n'acrediten els requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.4. Acabat el termini de presentació d'esmenes, l'EBAP publicarà en el web Llengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) la llista definitiva de persones admeses al curs juntament amb la llista definitiva d'espera i la de persones excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'efecte del que estableix aquesta base, s'entenen com a causes d'exclusió no esmenables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— La presentació de la sol·licitud fora de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— No complir els requisits de participació l'últim dia del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— No esmenar el requeriment efectuat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— No haver obtingut plaça per l'aplicació dels criteris de selecció de la base 12.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Qualsevol altra causa que resulti de la normativa aplicable o del que preveuen aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.5. No es publicarà cap actualització de la llista d'espera, sinó que l'EBAP, permanentment, l'actualitzarà de manera interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.6. No és aplicable a aquestes bases la Resolució de la presidenta de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública d'11 de juliol de 2009 per la qual s'aproven noves formes d'inscripció a les accions formatives dels plans de formació de l'EBAP (modalitat d'inscripció del «darrer minut»).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Acreditació dels requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1. El personal de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i del sector públic instrumental que en depèn que tengui les dades actualitzades en el Portal de Serveis al Personal no ha de presentar cap requisit relatiu a l'acreditació de la condició d'empleat públic, ni als nivells de coneixements de català que s'esmenten en la base 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. D'acord amb el que estableix l'article 28 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, llevat que hi consti una oposició expressa, l'EBAP pot verificar les dades relatives als certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Els certificats expedits per l'òrgan competent del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Els certificats homologats que constin en la base de dades de l'òrgan competent del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Els certificats de català inscrits en el Registre de Personal de la Direcció General de Funció Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Els certificats expedits per l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3. El personal sense accés al Portal de Serveis al Personal de la CAIB —personal del Servei de Salut, personal administratiu adscrit a centres docents i a la UIB, i personal del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma— i el personal d'altres administracions de l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears i de les entitats que en depenen, han d'acreditar els requisits de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Un certificat de l'administració o ens instrumental que acrediti la condició d'empleat públic o d'estar contractat per l'entitat corresponent, i que aquesta condició es mantindrà fins a la data d'inici del curs (setembre de 2023); en el cas d'estar contractat, el certificat ha d'indicar que la contractació no deriva d'un programa de polítiques actives d'ocupació (SOIB o SEPE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El certificat del nivell de coneixements de llengua catalana que sigui requisit per inscriure's al curs sol·licitat, tret que s'hagi obtingut el certificat en alguna convocatòria de l'EBAP, circumstància que s'ha d'indicar en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.4. El personal que tengui dret a l'exempció d'acreditació del nivell de coneixements de llengua catalana que preveu la disposició addicional tretzena del Decret llei 6/2022, de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública de les Illes Balears, ha d'al·legar i acreditar que s'ha acollit a aquesta exempció i que figura en la llista de persones admeses en el procediment selectiu corresponent amb la indicació del mitjà de publicació, enviant un correu a l'adreça electrònica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Nombre de places per curs i criteris de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1. S'ofereix un curs del nivell B2, de modalitat presencial, de 30 places, a Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2. S'ofereixen quatre cursos semipresencials de nivell B2, de 30 places cada un: dos cursos a Palma, un a Maó i un a Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.3. S'ofereixen quatre cursos semipresencials de nivell C1, de 30 places cada un: dos a Palma, un a Maó i un a Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.4. Pel que fa als cursos en línia, amb caràcter general, s'ofereixen, per al conjunt de totes les illes, 70 places per al certificat de nivell B2, 140 places per al certificat de nivell C1, 140 places per al certificat de nivell C2, i 245 places per al certificat de llenguatge administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.5. Si el nombre de persones admeses a un curs supera el nombre previst de places, es farà una selecció d'alumnes. Només participaran en el procés de selecció les sol·licituds de les persones que compleixin els requisits que estableixen les bases 4 i 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.6. En tots els cursos s'apliquen els criteris de selecció següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1r. Personal empleat públic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i del sector públic instrumental que en depèn que s'hagin presentat a una convocatòria d'estabilització aprovada per aquestes entitats i s'hagin acollit a l'exempció d'acreditació del nivell de coneixements de llengua catalana que preveu la disposició addicional tretzena del Decret llei 6/2022, de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2n. Personal empleat públic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears; personal empleat públic del sector públic instrumental de la CAIB; personal estatutari del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, i personal empleat públic docent de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3r. Personal empleat públic de les altres administracions territorials de la comunitat autònoma i de la Universitat de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4t. Personal empleat públic del sector públic instrumental de les altres administracions territorials de la comunitat autònoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.7. Un cop aplicats els criteris del punt 12.3, en els cursos presencials i semipresencials, s'apliquen els criteris de preferència següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1r. Les sol·licituds de les persones que mai no hagin estat admeses a cap edició del nivell sol·licitat o que hi hagin estat admeses fa més de cinc anys per darrera vegada. Entre aquestes, es tindrà en compte la data de registre de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2n. Les sol·licituds de les persones admeses, en els darrers cinc anys, a una edició anterior del nivell sol·licitat i que hagin assistit a un mínim del 80&amp;nbsp;% d'hores. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.8. En els cursos en línia, els criteris de preferència en la selecció de les sol·licituds són els que s'indiquen a continuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Les sol·licituds de les persones que mai no hagin estat admeses a cap edició del nivell sol·licitat o que faci més de cinc anys des de la seva darrera admissió. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.9. A totes les sol·licituds registrades d'acord amb el que assenyala l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, a l'efecte d'aplicar els criteris de preferència, es tindrà en compte la data de registre a l'organisme en el qual s'han presentat de forma inicial, i no la data de registre a l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.10. Les persones que, en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud, acreditin que s'han reincorporat al servei actiu després d'un permís de maternitat o paternitat, o d'una excedència per cura de familiars o de persones amb discapacitat, tindran màxima preferència en la selecció, durant aquesta convocatòria, sempre que compleixin els requisits. Aquesta circumstància s'haurà d'al·legar amb la presentació de la documentació que l'acredita en el registre de l'EBAP o en qualsevol de les formes que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Persones amb alguna discapacitat reconeguda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones admeses que tenguin alguna discapacitat reconeguda igual o superior al 33 % i necessitin alguna adaptació en el curs i/o en les proves de coneixements han de presentar a l'EBAP, quinze dies abans que comencin els cursos, un informe d'adaptació de la Direcció General d'Atenció a la Dependència, a fi de poder fer-ne un seguiment especial durant el curs i prendre les mesures o fer les adaptacions que siguin possibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona no ha presentat cap informe d'adaptació i ha fet el curs sense adaptació, però té una discapacitat reconeguda igual o superior al 33 % i necessita que se li faci alguna adaptació en la prova, ha de presentar l'informe d'adaptació de la Direcció General d'Atenció a la Dependència en el termini d'un mes abans de la data de la prova. L'informe s'ha de presentar al Registre de l'EBAP o en qualsevol de les formes que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Renúncies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones admeses que renunciïn al curs ho han de comunicar per escrit a l'EBAP, com a mínim, tres dies hàbils abans d'iniciar-se l'activitat docent. Les renúncies s'han d'enviar a l'adreça electrònica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Si la persona inicialment admesa no comunica la renúncia en el termini esmentat, perdrà la situació de preferència en la selecció per a convocatòries posteriors, excepte en els supòsits que es preveuen en la base 15.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Exclusions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.1. Els alumnes admesos en les modalitats semipresencial i en línia estan obligats a accedir a les activitats formatives durant els cinc dies previs a la data d'inici. En cas contrari, són donats de baixa i perden la situació de preferència en la selecció per a convocatòries posteriors, excepte en els supòsits que es preveuen en l'apartat 15.4 d'aquesta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.2. Els alumnes admesos en la modalitat presencial estan obligats a assistir a la primera sessió del curs. En cas contrari, són donats de baixa i perden la situació de preferència en la selecció per a convocatòries posteriors, excepte en els supòsits que preveu l'apartat 15.4 d'aquesta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.3. Les places que resten lliures poden ser ocupades per persones de la llista d'espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.4. En cas que s'esdevengui una causa greu, un motiu de força major o qualsevol altra causa degudament justificada que impedeixi l'inici o la continuïtat en el curs, s'hi podrà continuar o renunciar sense perdre la situació de preferència en la selecció per a convocatòries posteriors. Aquestes circumstàncies impeditives s'han de comunicar el mateix dia a l'EBAP a l'adreça electrònica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop comunicada l'absència, es disposa d'un termini de tres dies hàbils per presentar en el Registre de l'EBAP els documents que l'acrediten. En cas contrari, la persona admesa serà donada de baixa. Amb la baixa, la persona interessada perd la situació de preferència en la selecció per a convocatòries posteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.5. Serà causa d'exclusió del curs falsificar la signatura o signar per altri. L'exclusió s'estendrà a la persona autora de la falsificació, independentment de totes les altres accions que es puguin dur a terme d'acord amb el dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.6. En els cursos en línia es poden excloure de la plataforma d'aprenentatge els alumnes que abandonin l'activitat formativa i no puguin assolir els requisits mínims per tenir dret d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.7. Es poden excloure dels cursos els alumnes que no compleixin les normes elementals de comportament, respecte i consideració cap als professors o tutors, la resta d'alumnes o el personal de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Supressió i modificació de cursos. Disponibilitat de places&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.1. L'oferta de cursos i places disponibles es pot modificar, segons la demanda i la disponibilitat pressupostària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.2. L'EBAP, per desenvolupar millor les seves funcions, pot suprimir cursos; organitzar-ne de no programats amb anterioritat per necessitats concretes; efectuar-ne diverses edicions, i modificar, si escau, les dates anunciades per adaptar-les millor als requeriments de la formació. De tot això, l'EBAP n'informarà puntualment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.3. Es poden suprimir els cursos presencials i semipresencials que no tenguin un mínim de quinze sol·licituds (no excloses) a l'illa de Mallorca, i un mínim de deu sol·licituds (no excloses) a la resta de les illes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.1. Els cursos presencials i semipresencials comencen la setmana del 26 al 29 de setembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.2. Els cursos en línia comencen la setmana del 26 al 29 de setembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.3. Les dates i els horaris dels cursos presencials i semipresencials es publicaran a principis del mes de setembre en el web Llengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Normes de participació i seguiment dels cursos de llengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.1. L'admissió a qualsevol curs de llengua catalana dels que figuren en l'annex 1 no suposa cap autorització de l'EBAP per deixar el lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.2. Abans de començar els cursos, els alumnes admesos rebran unes instruccions sobre el funcionament i el desenvolupament del curs, i sobre els requisits mínims per tenir dret d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.3. Les persones en situació de llicència per maternitat o paternitat o d'excedència per maternitat o paternitat o cura de familiars poden assistir als cursos de llengua catalana de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.4. En general, les persones en situació d'incapacitat laboral temporal no poden assistir als cursos presencials i semipresencials de llengua catalana mentre duri aquesta situació. La incapacitat temporal s'ha de comunicar per escrit a l'adreça electrònica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, per tal de cobrir, si escau, la plaça vacant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.5. Respecte del punt anterior, l'alumne podrà assistir a les sessions presencials si presenta un informe mèdic a l'EBAP que justifiqui que el seguiment de les activitats és compatible amb la incapacitat temporal i que la malaltia no suposa cap risc per a la salut dels participants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.6. En els cursos en línia, les persones en situació d'incapacitat temporal hi poden participar excepte si la persona interessada considera que no pot seguir el programa previst d'objectius i continguts de les activitats. En aquest cas, ho ha de comunicar a l'EBAP per tal de cobrir, si escau, la plaça vacant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.7. Es podran incorporar als cursos persones de la llista d'espera un cop començada l'activitat docent, sempre que, d'acord amb el calendari dels cursos, puguin complir el que disposa el punt 22.1 pel que fa als requisits per al dret d'examen. L'EBAP comprovarà d'ofici aquesta circumstància i aplicarà, a aquestes persones, un prorrateig segons el que s'indica a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En els cursos presencials, per tal de calcular el percentatge mínim d'assistència, la durada del curs s'establirà a partir de la primera sessió després d'haver comunicat la nova admissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En els cursos semipresencials s'aplicarà, a més, un prorrateig per calcular el percentatge mínim de les activitats obligatòries de la part en línia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En els cursos en línia, s'aplicarà un prorrateig per calcular el percentatge mínim de les activitats obligatòries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.8. Al llarg del curs, l'EBAP no informarà, en cap cas, sobre el nombre d'absències ni sobre el nombre d'activitats fetes en la modalitat en línia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.9. En cas que s'esdevengui una causa greu, un motiu de força major o una necessitat sobrevinguda que impedeixi la continuïtat en el curs, s'hi podrà renunciar sense perdre la situació de preferència en la selecció per a convocatòries posteriors. Aquestes circumstàncies s'hauran de justificar documentalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.10. Només s'expediran certificats d'assistència a les persones que tenguin dret d'examen. Els certificats d'assistència s'han de sol·licitar a l'adreça electrònica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; una vegada acabats els cursos i publicades les llistes de persones amb dret d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.11. Tots els alumnes de qualsevol curs i qualsevol modalitat es regeixen per aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Funcionament dels cursos presencials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1. Els cursos presencials tenen una durada de 64 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.2. En els cursos presencials les faltes d'assistència no es compensen amb la presentació de cap justificant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.3. Al llarg del curs, l'EBAP no informarà, en cap cas, sobre el nombre d'absències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.4. Per tenir dret d'examen és necessari assistir a un mínim del 80&amp;nbsp;% de les hores lectives. Les persones que no arribin a aquest percentatge no tindran dret d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20. Funcionament dels cursos semipresencials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.1. En els cursos dels nivells B2 i C1 de la modalitat semipresencial són aplicables les bases generals dels cursos que s'estableixen en la base 18.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.2. Els cursos semipresencials dels certificats B2 i C1 s'imparteixen mitjançant la plataforma d'aprenentatge Moodle, la qual, d'una banda, inclou els continguts teòrics i pràctics dels certificats esmentats i, de l'altra, permet avaluar el rendiment i el progrés dels alumnes, amb informes individualitzats de les activitats lectives i els resultats obtinguts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.3. La distribució horària i els requisits per tenir dret d'examen dels cursos del nivell B2 de la modalitat semipresencial són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La durada total dels cursos és de 64 hores, de les quals se n'imparteixen 32 de manera presencial i 32 en línia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per tenir dret d'examen és necessari haver assistit, d'una banda, a un mínim del 80&amp;nbsp;% de les hores lectives corresponents a la part presencial, i de l'altra, s'han d'haver lliurat i superat, dins els terminis corresponents, el 80 % de les activitats que constitueixin els requisits mínims corresponents a la modalitat en línia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.4. La distribució horària i els requisits per tenir dret d'examen dels cursos del nivell C1 de la modalitat semipresencial són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La durada total dels cursos és de 64 hores, de les quals se n'imparteixen 24 de manera presencial i 40 en línia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per tenir dret d'examen és necessari haver assistit, d'una banda, a un mínim del 80&amp;nbsp;% de les hores lectives corresponents a la modalitat presencial, i de l'altra, s'han d'haver lliurat i superat, dins els terminis corresponents, el 80 % de les activitats que constitueixin els requisits mínims corresponents a la modalitat en línia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21. Funcionament dels cursos en línia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.1. En els cursos que s'imparteixen en la modalitat en línia són aplicables les bases generals dels cursos que s'estableixen en la base 18.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.2. La distribució horària i els requisits per tenir dret d'examen dels cursos en línia són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La durada total dels cursos en línia és de 64 hores, que s'imparteixen totes en aquesta modalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per tenir dret d'examen, s'han d'haver lliurat i superat, dins els terminis corresponents, el 80 % de les activitats que constitueixin els requisits mínims corresponents a cada curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.3. Als efectes de reclamacions i descàrrega de documents, els cursos en línia es tancaran i s'ocultaran de la plataforma virtual després de la data de les proves de cada nivell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22. Requisits tècnics dels cursos semipresencials i en línia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.1. Els cursos semipresencials i en línia s'imparteixen mitjançant la plataforma d'aprenentatge Moodle, la qual, d'una banda, inclou els continguts teòrics i pràctics de cada nivell de coneixements i, de l'altra, permet avaluar el rendiment i el progrés dels alumnes, amb informes individualitzats de les activitats lectives i els resultats obtinguts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.2. Per seguir els cursos en línia és imprescindible que es disposi, mentre duri el curs, d'un aparell amb connexió a Internet que en permeti el seguiment. L'aparell ha de tenir les característiques tècniques següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Resolució mínima de 1280 x 1024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Convocatòria de proves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23.1. Les proves es duran a terme en convocatòria única, que tindrà lloc, previsiblement, el mes d'abril de 2024. La Direcció Gerència de l'EBAP fixarà, mitjançant una resolució, el calendari de les proves i el sistema d'avaluació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23.2. Abans d'acabar els cursos es publicaran en el web Llengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) i en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; les dates concretes, l'horari i els llocs de realització de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23.3. Les persones que no compareguin en el lloc, el dia i l'hora fixats per a la convocatòria no podran participar en les proves. En aquest sentit, no es permetrà l'accés a les aules una vegada feta la crida a les persones amb dret d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23.4. Si alguna persona amb dret d'examen no pot comparèixer en el lloc, el dia i l'hora fixats a causa d'alguna força major degudament acreditada, se li conservarà el dret d'examen fins a la convocatòria de proves de l'any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24. Persones amb dret d'examen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24.1. Tenint en compte els requisits que s'estableixen en les bases 19, 20 i 21, una vegada acabats els cursos es publicarà en el web Llengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) la llista de persones amb dret d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24.2. Les persones amb dret d'examen només es podran examinar del nivell a què s'hagin inscrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;25. Avaluació de la transferència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'EBAP pot establir els mecanismes necessaris per avaluar la transferència de la formació al lloc de treball que ocupin els alumnes, amb l'objectiu de valorar la contribució de la formació a la millora de l'acompliment individual i organitzacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26. Requisits per superar les proves de llengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.1. Per superar les proves oficials i obtenir el certificat corresponent, s'ha d'obtenir com a mínim el 60 % de la qualificació de cada bloc de la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.2. En el cas de les proves en què no se superi un o més blocs, no es corregirà ni es puntuarà el bloc de l'expressió escrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.3. En cas que no se superi el bloc d'expressió i interacció orals, però, en canvi, s'assoleixi la puntuació mínima exigida en tots i cadascun dels blocs corresponents a la part escrita de les proves, es conservarà la qualificació d'apte dels blocs de la prova escrita fins a la convocatòria de proves de l'any 2025. En aquest cas, en la convocatòria de proves de 2025 les persones afectades només s'haurien d'examinar del bloc d'expressió i interacció orals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.4. En cas que no se superi algun dels blocs de la part escrita (comprensió oral i comprensió escrita, domini pràctic del sistema lingüístic o expressió i interacció escrites), però, en canvi, s'assoleixi la puntuació mínima exigida en el bloc d'expressió i interacció orals, es conservarà la qualificació d'apte d'aquest darrer bloc fins a la convocatòria de proves de l'any 2025. En aquest cas, en la convocatòria de proves de 2025 les persones afectades només s'haurien d'examinar dels blocs de la part escrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.5. Si en la prova del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu no se supera el bloc d'expressió escrita, però, en canvi, s'assoleix la puntuació mínima exigida en la resta de blocs, es conservarà el dret d'examen fins a la convocatòria de proves de l'any 2025. En aquest cas, les persones afectades hauran de fer la prova sencera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;26.6. En les proves de coneixements generals, el que estableixen els paràgrafs anteriors respecte de la conservació de la qualificació i el dret d'examen per a la convocatòria de proves de 2025 només és aplicable si les persones amb dret d'examen es presenten a tots els blocs de la prova (part escrita i part oral).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;27. Descripció dels certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;27.1. Els continguts avaluables de tots els certificats de coneixements, així com l'estructura, la durada, el tipus de prova i els criteris generals de correcció i avaluació són els que es publiquen en el web Llengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;27.2. La Comissió Tècnica de Català de l'EBAP ha establert els objectius i els continguts de cada certificat de coneixements, el tipus d'avaluació, l'estructura i la valoració de les proves a partir de les adaptacions que ha fet del Decret 21/2019, de 15 de març, d'avaluació i certificació de coneixements de llengua catalana (BOIB núm. 35, de 16 de març de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;27.3. És aplicable a aquestes bases la Resolució de la consellera d'Hisenda i Administracions Públiques de 18 de gener de 2018 per la qual es dona continuïtat a la constitució de la Comissió Tècnica de Català de l'EBAP, s'aproven les normes de funcionament i les atribucions, i se'n nomenen els membres (BOIB núm. 12, de 25 de gener de 2018), així com la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat de 16 de febrer de 2023 per la qual es modifica la composició de la Comissió Tècnica de Català de l'EBAP (BOIB núm. 24, de 23 de febrer de 2023), o les resolucions posteriors que la modifiquin, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;28. Publicació de resultats provisionals i termini per sol·licitar revisió i tràmit de vista&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;28.1. Una vegada corregides les proves, es publicarà en el web Llengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) la llista provisional d'aptes i no aptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;28.2. Els examinands disposaran d'un termini de cinc dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de publicar-se la llista provisional d'aptes i no aptes, per sol·licitar la revisió de la prova i el tràmit de vista. Aquesta sol·licitud s'ha de presentar en el Registre de l'EBAP o en qualsevol de les formes que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;29. Tràmit de vista i al·legacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;29.1. Els examinands que hagin sol·licitat revisió i tràmit de vista i que es presentin a la sessió del tràmit de vista tindran dret a veure la seva prova. En la sessió podran consultar l'original o una còpia de la prova, el solucionari i els criteris de correcció. Aquesta sessió no tindrà caràcter acadèmic. Les dates, els llocs, les hores i les instruccions per al desenvolupament del tràmit de vista es publicaran en el web Llengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;29.2. Els examinands que hagin assistit a la sessió del tràmit de vista disposaran d'un termini de cinc dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà que hagi tingut lloc la sessió, per presentar en el Registre de l'EBAP o en qualsevol de les formes que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015 un escrit d'al·legacions contra la puntuació obtinguda. La Comissió Tècnica de Català de l'EBAP contestarà, mitjançant un informe individualitzat, les al·legacions tècniques que estiguin argumentades. Aquest informe es notificarà a la persona interessada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;30.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicació de resultats definitius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada que la Comissió Tècnica de Català de l'EBAP hagi resolt totes les reclamacions, hagi determinat la qualificació final dels exercicis i de les proves de tots els certificats de nivell i hagi notificat els informes de resposta a les al·legacions, es publicarà en el web Llengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) la llista definitiva d'aptes i no aptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;31. Enviament dels certificats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'EBAP enviarà per correu electrònic, amb signatura digital, els certificats de nivell a totes les persones que, d'acord amb els requisits que estableix la base 26, hagin superat la prova oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les dades seran tractades amb la finalitat de seleccionar els alumnes, impartir els cursos i dur a terme les proves d'avaluació de llengua catalana que organitza l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Legitimació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tractament de les dades és necessari per complir una obligació legal i per aconseguir l'interès públic, com és la formació dels empleats públics, i per assegurar els drets dels ciutadans de les Illes Balears de ser atesos en llengua catalana en les seves actuacions amb les administracions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La legislació aplicable és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— El Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— La Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— La Llei 3/1986, de 29 d'abril, de normalització lingüística a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— La Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, de reforma de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Les lletres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'article 6.1 del Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud per als cursos suposa el coneixement i l'acceptació inequívocs de la persona sol·licitant del tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que farà l'òrgan competent i únicament per als fins establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Destinataris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els òrgans responsables dels processos de selecció de personal de les administracions públiques quan sol·licitin la validació del certificat de coneixements de català expedit per l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Criteris de conservació de dades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els terminis de conservació de les dades seran els necessaris per complir la finalitat del procediment i els que preveu la legislació d'arxius per a les administracions públiques, d'acord amb l'article 26 de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Drets&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol persona té dret a obtenir confirmació sobre si l'EBAP tracta dades personals que la concerneixen o no.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades tenen dret a accedir a les seves dades personals, així com a sol·licitar la rectificació de les dades inexactes o, si escau, sol·licitar-ne la supressió, entre altres motius, quan les dades ja no siguin necessàries per a les finalitats per a les quals es van recollir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En determinades circumstàncies que preveu l'article 18 del Reglament General de Protecció de Dades (RGPD), els interessats poden sol·licitar la limitació del tractament de les seves dades. En aquest cas, l'EBAP únicament les conservarà per exercir o defensar reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En determinades circumstàncies, els interessats poden oposar-se al tractament de les seves dades amb una sol·licitud motivada. L'EBAP deixarà de tractar les dades, tret que hi hagi motius legítims imperiosos o per exercir o defensar possibles reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Exercici de drets i reclamacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exercici d'aquests drets es pot sol·licitar davant l'EBAP mitjançant el procediment «Sol·licitud d'exercici de drets en matèria de protecció de dades personals», previst en la Seu Electrònica de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb posterioritat a la resposta de l'EBAP o al cap d'un mes d'haver presentat la sol·licitud, es pot reclamar una tutela de drets davant l'Agència Espanyola de Protecció de Dades (AEPD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conseqüències de no facilitar les dades personals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No presentar les dades necessàries implica que la persona interessada no pugui formar part del procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decisions automatitzades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es produiran decisions automatitzades, inclosa l'elaboració de perfils, amb les dades personals de les persones sol·licitants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
