    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Pla Estratègic de Subvencions del Pressupost general del Consell Insular de Menorca per a l'exercici 2023 preveu, entre els objectius generals del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports, «Donar suport a les entitats esportives en la seva tasca com a promotores de l'activitat física i l'esport».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el mateix pla es preveu la convocatòria d'ajuts per a entitats esportives, la qual té com a objectiu específic «donar suport a les entitats esportives de Menorca per a la promoció de l'esport, la gestió i el funcionament associatiu, l'organització i difusió d'activitats, la participació en competicions fora de l'illa i la formació de tècnics esportius».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el pressupost del Consell Insular per l'any 2023 es preveu que el Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports tregui aquesta convocatòria destinada a les entitats esportives sense afany de lucre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les entitats esportives sense afany de lucre menorquines obtenen, amb aquesta convocatòria, uns recursos mínims que els permetin oferir una formació esportiva adequada per als escolars, així com mantenir un bon nivell de pràctica esportiva en general i, com a conseqüència, promoure un estil de vida saludable a partir de la pràctica esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb aquests ajuts es permet a les entitats esportives de Menorca afrontar despeses per desplaçar els seus esportistes a competicions fora de l'àmbit insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'activitat física i l'esport és considerada una activitat essencial (com va ser declarada en el Congrés de Diputats l'any 2021) i un gran nombre de ciutadans i ciutadans accedeixen a l'activitat física i l'esport mitjançant la pràctica que desenvolupen en entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquesta temporada 2022-2023, tot i que la incidència de la pandèmia sembla haver reculat, la societat en general i les entitats esportives han afegit a l'esforç ordinari de cada any l'esforç de fer feina a l'empara dels efectes de la situació provocada per la pandèmia provocada per la covid-19, i també han patit els efectes d'una alta inflació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta situació i els importants greuges econòmics que han patit els clubs esportius a conseqüència de la pandèmia i la inflació del darrer any condicionaran la seva continuïtat, amb un públic de 30.000 usuaris directes de Menorca: 25.000 d'ells joves 4 a 29 anys, així com altres persones adultes que també practiquen activitat física o esportiva en els més de 300 clubs esportius registrats que hi ha a l'illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'activitat d'aquests clubs esportius té un pes molt important en l'economia d'empreses relacionades amb el sector esportiu (calçat, roba, complements esportius, restauració vinculada a públic que visita instal·lacions esportives).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, la seva activitat és fonamental en la microeconomia de molts joves i persones adultes vinculades al sector esportiu, a part que els diners que gestionen els clubs fomenten l'economia local (ingressos per arbitratge, ingressos per coordinadors esportius, ingressos per entrenadors, gratificacions a voluntaris...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'any passat ja es va aprovar la convocatòria oberta d'ajuts per a entitats esportives i, vistes les justificacions de les entitats que han sol·licitat ajuts en els darrers anys, hem pogut ratificar la gran tasca que fan i poden seguir fent els clubs esportius i les federacions amb la quantia dels ajuts que els són concedits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'esport en edat escolar que és gestionat pels clubs esportius de les federacions esportives han d'incloure necessàriament activitats pel foment del treball en valors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, s'ha constatat la necessitat que els ajuts incloguin específicament, com a despesa subvencionable, la relativa a les ambulàncies que resultin obligatòries en l'organització d'esdeveniments esportius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot açò, ateses les competències pròpies que sobre aquesta matèria té el Consell Insular de Menorca d'acord amb els articles 70.9 i 73 de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears i la Llei 6/1994, de 13 de desembre, d'atribució de competències als consells insulars en matèria de patrimoni històric, de promoció sociocultural, d'animació sociocultural, de dipòsit legal de llibres i d'esports;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la normativa bàsica aplicable al Consell Insular de Menorca en matèria de subvencions i en el marc del que estableixen les Bases d'execució del pressupost d'aquesta administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atesa la proposta del conseller executiu del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports, en exercici de les competències atribuïdes pel Decret 275/2022, de 6 de setembre (BOIB núm. 118 de 8 de setembre);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Executiu, per unanimitat dels sis membres presents (senyor Maria Ballester, senyora Torrent Bagur, senyor Pastrana Huguet, senyor Juaneda Mercadal, senyora Morlà Subirats i senyora Gómez Estévez) i en votació ordinària, adopta els acords següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar les bases que regeixen la concessió d'ajuts per al foment de l'esport i de l'activitat física a l'illa de Menorca a entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre, les quals es transcriuen en annex. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar simultàniament la convocatòria corresponent a l'any 2023, que es regirà per les bases a les quals s'ha fet referència en el punt anterior, d'acord amb les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Import global màxim dels ajuts i crèdit pressupostari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts concedits s'atendran amb càrrec a la partida 4890022 de l'exercici pressupostari de l'any 2023, sens prejudici que la despesa es pugui aplicar a qualsevol altra partida adequada i vinculada, tal com es desglossa en el quadre següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que per a una línia d'ajut no s'esgoti la consignació pressupostària, la quantitat sobrant s'assignarà a la línia 1A. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import màxim a què es destina la convocatòria únicament es podrà ampliar, sens necessitat de nova publicació, en el supòsit d'aportacions expresses de terceres persones per contribuir al finançament de l'objecte de la convocatòria i que s'hagin concretat posteriorment a la seva aprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. OBJECTE I FINALITAT DELS AJUTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La importància de l'esport va ser recollida en el conjunt de principis rectors de la política social i econòmica de la Constitució espanyola, i en aquest sentit l'article 43.3 estableix que els poders públics han de fomentar l'educació física i l'esport, i facilitar l'adequada utilització del lleure. Per la seva banda, la Llei 14/2006, de 17 d'octubre, de l'esport de les Illes Balears, en l'exposició de motius destaca que «L'esport, entès com l'expressió de l'activitat física, reglada o no, és un bé per a la societat i cal tenir-ne cura, potenciar-lo i possibilitar que tota la ciutadania de les Illes tengui opcions de practicar-lo, de forma individual o formant part de les diferents i necessàries organitzacions esportives que el gestionen i que són igualment valorades i necessàries en la societat».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, el seu article 3 diu que «L'activitat física i l'esport són funcions socials que contribueixen al desenvolupament i a la formació integral de les persones i a la millora de la seva qualitat de vida».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I l'article 11 estableix que una de les competències dels consells insulars és «definir, planificar i executar els programes adreçats a una major pràctica esportiva en els diferents àmbits i sectors socials, i participar-hi»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a més de tenir el deure de ser agents que ajudin a les entitats esportives del seu àmbit territorial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell Insular de Menorca vol fomentar la pràctica esportiva amb aquestes bases i amb la convocatòria d'ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La finalitat d'aquestes bases dirigides a entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre és la difusió, el manteniment, la formació i la promoció de l'activitat esportiva a través de les activitats que desenvolupen les entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre de Menorca donades d'alta en el Registre d'Entitats Esportives del Govern de les Illes Balears, contribuint així al desenvolupament i a la formació integral de les persones i a la millora de la seva qualitat de vida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquestes bases és oferir i regular la concessió d'ajudes econòmiques dirigides a entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre inscrites en el Registre de la Direcció General d'Esports de les Illes Balears i amb domicili a Menorca, mitjançant diferents línies de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En les convocatòries corresponents a les ajudes objecte d'aquestes bases es farà constar la justificació de la seva previsió al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions del Consell Insular de Menorca en vigor, i s'assenyalarà, si escau, de quina manera contribueixen al compliment dels seus objectius. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA. FINANÇAMENT I IMPORT MÀXIM&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import màxim i les partides a les quals s'aplicaran les ajudes que s'atorguin en el marc d'aquestes bases són els que s'estableixin en la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que per a una línia no s'esgoti la consignació pressupostària, la quantitat sobrant s'assignarà a una altra línia d'acord amb el previst a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Desplaçaments i allotjaments per participar en competicions fora de Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 3. Ajuts per disposar d'ambulàncies que resultin obligatòries en l'organització d'esdeveniments esportius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 4. Formació de tècnics esportius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 5. Foment dels valors educatius en la pràctica esportiva (adhesió a programes com Integrasport del CIM, organització d'activitats, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes aquestes línies han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Que l'activitat o el programa promogui l'activitat física, la salut i la formació esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Que es millori la qualitat i quantitat esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Que es millori la difusió esportiva perquè arribi a totes les ciutadanes i els ciutadans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Que l'activitat promogui el joc net i el respecte al medi ambient i als valors que es detallen en el Decret 38/2015, de 22 de maig, pel qual es regula l'activitat esportiva en edat escolar a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Que les entitats i els seus esportistes estiguin federats a les Illes Balears i que pertanyin a un club o entitat esportiva que tengui el domicili a l'illa de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, per poder optar a aquests ajuts s'han de complir els requisits establerts en les presents bases per a cadascuna de les línies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 1. Manteniment i suport de les entitats esportives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a les activitats realitzades des de l'1 d'agost fins al 31 de juliol de la temporada que s'especifiqui a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a totes les entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre, a excepció de les federacions esportives de les Illes Balears, aquesta ajuda fa referència a la gestió, la direcció tècnica, la coordinació de l'escola esportiva de base i les activitats esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si són federacions esportives, aquesta ajuda fa referència a la gestió, a les activitats de tecnificació i a l'organització de campionats de les Balears o superiors. Totes les activitats s'han de desenvolupar a Menorca i dirigides per clubs esportius de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 2. Desplaçaments i allotjaments per participar en competicions fora de Menorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a les activitats realitzades des de l'1 d'agost fins al 31 de juliol de la temporada que s'especifiqui a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden adherir-se a aquesta línia d'ajuts totes les entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre, a excepció de les federacions esportives. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són objecte de subvenció els imports dels desplaçaments i allotjaments a les competicions que es duguin a terme en les categories d'infantil, cadet, juvenil, junior, absolut, sènior i veterans, a partir dels 13 anys d'edat complerts dins el mateix any de la convocatòria, dels membres dels equips i esportistes individuals no professionals adscrits a les entitats sol·licitants incloent tècnics i entrenadors, i amb llicència federativa a les Illes Balears, realitzats per participar en les competicions oficials, finals i en les competicions reglades organitzades per la federació autonòmica, estatal o internacional fora de Menorca; així com l'import de desplaçament de l'equipament esportiu que necessiti unes condicions de transport especials. Tot dintre de la temporada que s'especifiqui a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se subvencionarà de forma general fins a un màxim del 45% del cost total del desplaçament i allotjament objecte d'aquesta línia de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són subvencionables: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El trasllat en avió o vaixell, i el trasllat per carretera (bus i cotxe) o tren des de l'aeroport o port fins a la localitat on es dugui a terme la prova esportiva i viceversa, a aquelles competicions oficials organitzades per federacions esportives i que no es puguin acollir ni a la convocatòria de desplaçaments del Govern de les Illes Balears, d'ajuts als esportistes i als clubs esportius de les Illes Balears per facilitar-los els desplaçaments a la península, les illes Canàries, Ceuta i Melilla, ni tampoc a la convocatòria d'ajuts per a desplaçaments entre les illes de la comunitat autònoma per assistir a proves esportives &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El trasllat per carretera (bus i cotxe) o tren des de l'aeroport o port fins a la localitat on es dugui a terme la prova esportiva i viceversa, a aquelles competicions oficials organitzades per federacions esportives. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Per al cas de les competicions que puguin ser objecte d'ajut del Govern de les Illes Balears se subvencionarà fins a un màxim del 45% sobre «la quantitat no subvencionada pel Govern Balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Les despeses derivades de l'allotjament durant la competició: hotel, hostal, alberg o similar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas dels clubs esportius que tenen subscrit un conveni amb el Consell Insular de Menorca en concepte de promoció de l'esport d'elit per algun dels seus equips o esportistes individuals, les despeses de desplaçaments i allotjaments d'aquests equips o esportistes d'elit queden excloses d'aquesta línia 2 de forma que els clubs no podran rebre subvenció pels desplaçaments i allotjaments dels equips o esportistes d'elit que ja reben ajuts mitjançant un conveni d'elit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 3. Ajuts per disposar d'ambulàncies que resultin obligatòries en l'organització d'esdeveniments esportius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a les activitats realitzades des de l'1 d'agost fins al 31 de juliol de la temporada que s'especifiqui a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden adherir-se a aquesta línia d'ajuts totes les entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre, a excepció de les federacions esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses derivades de la disposició d'ambulància que sigui obligatòria durant la competició organitzada per l'entitat esportiva sense afany de lucre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se subvencionarà de forma general fins a un màxim del 45% del cost total de l'ambulància objecte d'aquesta línia de subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 4. Formació de tècnics esportius realitzada durant la temporada que s'especifica e la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a les activitats realitzades des de l'1 d'agost fins al 31 de juliol de la temporada que s'especifiqui a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només s'accepten les formacions descrites en la base setena, i s'ha d'acreditar haver superat la formació amb una nota d'apte o aprovat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden adherir-se totes les entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre, a excepció de les federacions esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 5. Foment dels valors educatius en la pràctica esportiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a les activitats realitzades des de l'1 d'agost fins al 31 de juliol de la temporada que s'especifiqui a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tal donar suport a les entitats que treballin en el foment dels valors educatius en la pràctica esportiva, són objecte de subvenció les activitats, el programes o els esdeveniments que organitzi l'entitat per fomentar els valors en l'esport. Aquests valors venen detallats al Decret 38/2015, de 22 de maig, pel qual es regula l'activitat esportiva en edat escolar a les Illes Balears, d'aplicació a totes les activitats físiques i esportives organitzades que practica, en horari no lectiu, la població en edat escolar, de caràcter preferentment poliesportiu, per tal de garantir que la població escolar conegui la pràctica de diferents modalitats esportives d'acord amb l'aptitud física i l'edat. S'ha de justificar la relació d'aquestes activitats, programes o esdeveniments en el foment d'aquests valors mitjançant una memòria d'adequació a aquest Decret i a la Llei 14/2006, de 17 d'octubre, de l'Esport de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De la mateixa manera, és objecte de subvenció l'adhesió de programes pel foment dels valors que siguin iniciativa de l'Administració pública com són Eduquem amb l'esport, Integrasport, Ciutat Educadora, Ciutat Amiga de la Infància, Ciutat Saludable, etc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden adherir-se a aquesta línia d'ajuts totes les entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre, a excepció de les federacions esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA. RÈGIM DE COMPATIBILITAT AMB ALTRES AJUTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts que s'atorguin de conformitat amb aquestes bases són compatibles amb la concessió d'altres ajuts, sens perjudici de l'obligació de les entitats beneficiàries de comunicar-ho al Consell Insular de Menorca, a través del seu Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports, de la forma establerta en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import de les subvencions que es concedeixin no pot superar, en cap cas, de manera aïllada o amb concurrència amb altres ajuts, el cost de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA. REQUISITS DELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No poden ser beneficiàries dels ajuts les persones en les quals concorri alguna de les prohibicions establertes en l'art. 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es poden acollir a aquesta convocatòria les entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre constituïdes i inscrites legalment al Registre d'Entitats Esportives del Govern de les Illes Balears, com a mínim des de l'inici de la temporada objecte d'ajut, i que desenvolupin la seva activitat esportiva a l'illa de Menorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA. TERMINIS, PRESENTACIÓ DE LES SOL·LICITUDS I DOCUMENTACIÓ NECESSÀRIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds es determina en la convocatòria per a la concessió d'ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar formalitzades electrònicament mitjançant el tràmit disponible a la Seu electrònica www.cime.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;La sol·licitud s'ha d'emplenar correctament i marcar amb una X les caselles corresponents a cada una de les línies (1, 2, 3, 4 i 5) per a les quals es demana l'ajut, això com les corresponents a la documentació administrativa, i cal adjuntar a la sol·licitud a totes elles la documentació justificativa que es demana tant a la sol·licitud com a cada una de les línies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) Documentació general necessària:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Còpia de l'escriptura de constitució o modificació, dels estatuts o del reglament intern de funcionament, inscrits en el registre corresponent. Si fos necessari de conformitat amb els seus estatuts, han d'aportar certificat de l'acord adoptat per l'òrgan de govern de l'entitat per sol·licitar l'ajuda i per designar representant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Si és una agrupació de persones físiques o jurídiques, una comunitat de béns o una altra agrupació econòmica sense personalitat jurídica, han de signar la sol·licitud totes les persones que la integren i adjuntar-hi la còpia dels DNI (en el cas de persones físiques) i/o la documentació acreditativa de la personalitat jurídica de cada un dels integrants. Així mateix, han de designar un únic representant i un únic domicili per a notificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Acreditació de la representació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la sol·licitud la presenta el president de l'entitat, s'haurà d'acreditar el càrrec mitjançant el corresponent certificat del secretari de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la sol·licitud no la presenta el president o presidenta, s'haurà d'aportar el certificat de l'acord de l'entitat designant la persona autoritzada per presentar la sol·licitud d'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Còpia del document d'identificació fiscal de l'entitat sol·licitant (NIF). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Declaració responsable signada pel sol·licitant o pel seu representant legal de no estar sotmès a cap de les circumstàncies que determinen la impossibilitat d'obtenir la condició de beneficiari o entitat col·laboradora de les subvencions públiques recollides en l'art. 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (BOE núm. 276 de 18 de novembre de 2003),3), i de no tenir obligacions fiscals pendents amb el CIM, el model de la qual s'adjunta com a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;annex 1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d'aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Declaració responsable signada pel sol·licitant o pel seu representant legal relativa a les subvencions o ajudes obtingudes i/o sol·licitades d'altres institucions públiques o privades per realitzar la mateixa activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Certificat en què consti que està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els sol·licitants poden autoritzar el Consell Insular de Menorca a comprovar el compliment de les obligacions tributàries i de la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat. Aquesta autorització es pot fer emplenant l'apartat corresponent del model de sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'establert en el segon paràgraf de l'article 11 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, aquesta acreditació pot substituir-se per la presentació d'una declaració responsable de la persona o entitat sol·licitant quan es tracti d'ajuts de quantia igual o inferior a 3.000 euros. Aquesta declaració es pot fer emplenant l'apartat corresponent del model de sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Document de designació de compte bancari de l'entitat o del seu representant segons model facilitat pel Consell Insular de Menorca (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;annex 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;), llevat que ja constin a la Tresoreria General del CIM, cosa que s'ha de fer constar expressament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'eximeix de presentar la documentació a què fan referència les lletres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a, b, d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en el cas que aquesta ja consti en els arxius del Consell Insular, cosa que s'ha de fer constar expressament en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B) Documentació/informació específica requerida:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació/informació relacionada en la sol·licitud (tant les dades que s'han d'emplenar com la documentació que s'ha d'adjuntar) de cada línia d'ajut, degudament emplenada i signada, és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 1 - Manteniment i suport de les entitats esportives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dades específiques que s'han d'emplenar a la sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Càrrecs directius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Nombre de fitxes o relació d'esportistes de l'entitat (cal adjuntar-ne la relació amb nom i núm. de llicència si en té). La llista presentada ha de correspondre al nombre d'esportistes que fan activitat esportiva regular al club esportiu durant la temporada, amb independència de que tenguin o no fitxa federativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Nombre de tècnics esportius de l'entitat tot especificant la titulació de cadascun. Aquest apartat només l'han d'emplenar els clubs esportius, no les federacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Nom del coordinador de l'entitat especificant-ne la titulació. Aquest apartat només l'han d'emplenar els clubs esportius, no les federacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Llista de les activitats fetes al club amb caire social o esportiu, tot especificant el seu àmbit insular, balear, nacional o superior, el nom de l'activitat, el lloc de realització, la participació i una petita memòria. Aquest apartat només l'han d'emplenar els clubs esportius, no les federacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, s'haurà de presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Altres documents que, si n'és el cas, permetin valorar els criteris objectius establerts en la base 7 per a la valoració dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 2 - Desplaçament i allotjament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;per la participació d'equips en lligues fora de l'illa de Menorca,&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;d'àmbit autonòmic o estatal a partir de la categoria infantil (esportistes amb 13 anys complerts en l'any de la convocatòria), i esportistes individuals adscrits a les entitats, que participin en els campionats oficials de les Illes Balears i d'Espanya a partir de la categoria infantil (esportistes amb 13 anys complerts en l'any de la convocatòria)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dades específiques que s'han d'emplenar a la sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Nom de l'equip o equips i dels esportistes individuals i data de naixement dels esportistes que s'han desplaçat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Nom de la competició o de les competicions (categoria) a la qual s'han desplaçat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, s'haurà de presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Acta llegible de cada partit o competició a la qual s'han desplaçat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Relació de les despeses de desplaçament i allotjament i cost total i factures o justificants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. D'acord amb l'art. 28.3 i l'art. 53 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (LPACAP), les persones interessades no tenen l'obligació de presentar documents originals, llevat que, amb caràcter excepcional, la normativa reguladora aplicable exigeixi el contrari. En qualsevol cas, les persones interessades són responsables de la veracitat dels documents que presentin (art. 28.7 de l'LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'art. 28.5 de l'LPACAP, excepcionalment, quan la rellevància d'un document de l'expedient aportat per l'interessat així ho exigeixi, o existeixin dubtes derivats de la qualitat de la còpia, el CIM pot sol·licitar de manera motivada l'autenticació de les còpies aportades per la persona interessada, per la qual cosa pot requerir l'exhibició del document o de la informació original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel fet de presentar-se a aquesta convocatòria la persona interessada presta al CIM els consentiments següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Per consultar i comprovar la veracitat de la documentació i de les dades presentades per l'interessat que tenguin en el seu poder altres administracions públiques, principalment mitjançant les plataformes d'interoperabilitat, les xarxes corporatives o altres sistemes electrònics habilitats a aquest efecte i als quals el CIM tengui accés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Per consultar l'existència i veracitat de la documentació i de les dades que eventualment l'interessat hagi considerat oportú no presentar acollint-se al dret de no fer-ho pel fet que hagin estat elaborades per les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els esmentats consentiments només es consideraran atorgats quan no consti en l'expedient l'oposició expressa a l'esmentada consulta o quan la llei especial que sigui aplicable al cas en requereixi el consentiment exprés, en aquest darrer cas serà obligatori que l'Administració el requereixi i que l'interessat el presti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Les sol·licituds i tota la documentació transcrita en l'apartat 2 d'aquesta base s'han de presentar, dins del termini establert en la convocatòria, d'acord amb les indicacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per mitjans electrònics, pels subjectes legalment prevists d'acord amb el que estableix l'art. 14.1 i 2 de l'LPACAP, al registre electrònic del Consell Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es) o a qualsevol altre registre electrònic dels establerts en l'article 16.4 de l'esmentada Llei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si algun dels subjectes obligats als quals fa referència l'art. 14, apartats 2 i 3 de l'LPACAP, presenta la sol·licitud presencialment, se li requerirà que l'esmeni mitjançant la seva presentació electrònica. A aquests efectes, i d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 68.4 de la mateixa llei, es considerarà com a data de presentació de la sol·licitud aquella en què hagi tingut lloc l'esmena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Si la sol·licitud o la documentació fos incorrecta o incompleta, el Consell Insular de Menorca en requerirà la rectificació o el complement necessaris. Si en el termini de deu dies hàbils, comptats des de l'endemà d'haver rebut el requeriment d'esmena de la sol·licitud, la persona interessada no fa la rectificació reclamada o no presenta la documentació requerida, s'entendrà que ha desistit de la seva petició de conformitat amb l'article 68 de l'LPACAP.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETENA. CRITERIS OBJECTIUS QUE ES TINDRAN EN COMPTE PER A LA CONCESSIÓ DELS AJUTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts es concediran d'acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 1. Manteniment i suport de les entitats esportives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Pel manteniment i suport de les entitats esportives a excepció de les delegacions federatives (màxim 10 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Nombre de fitxes o esportistes inscrits al club: fins a un màxim de 3 punts.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Cada fitxa esportiva o esportista inscrit al club sumarà 0,015 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Activitats esportives organitzades (es tracta d'activitats amb una orientació totalment lúdica) fins a un màxim de 3 punts. Per cada activitat organitzada es donarà la següent puntuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Activitats d'àmbit local (festival final de curs, nadal, etc.): 0,3 punts per activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Activitats d'àmbit insular (trobades amb altres clubs, participació en actes institucionals, etc.): 0,5 punts per activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Activitats d'àmbit autonòmic o superior (intercanvis amb clubs de fora de Menorca, etc.): 0,5 punts per activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Titulació dels tècnics titulats actius dins l'entitat: fins a un màxim de 2,5 punts. Segons la titulació del tècnic es donarà la puntuació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Titulació acadèmica relacionada amb l'esport (INEFC, MEF, TAAFE): 0,75&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Titulació federativa (nivell III): 0,3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Titulació federativa (nivell II): 0,2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Titulació federativa (nivell I): 0,1 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Titulació federativa en nivell III: 0,5 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Titulat en Tècnic Animació Activitats Esportives: 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Pel manteniment i el suport de les federacions esportives. (màxim 8 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Nombre de Fitxes a Menorca: fins un màxim de 3 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segons la base 5, entitats esportives inscrites en el Registre de les I.B. i que desenvolupin la seva activitat esportiva a l'illa de Menorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada fitxa esportiva inscrita a la federació sumarà 0,01 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Activitats de tecnificació fins un màxim de 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Activitats organitzades en aquest cas per la delegació de Menorca, si hi ha delegat a Menorca. Si no hi ha delegació ho organitzarà la federació Balear. Són activitats que s'organitzen a escala insular i que tenen com objectiu oferir als esportistes un nivell més especialitzat d'entrenament, que es suma a la feina que fa cada club esportiu. Només es consideraran aquelles activitats que tenguin una duració mínima d'un cap de setmana o que tenguin un programa trimestral o anual. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada activitat de tecnificació realitzada per la federació sumarà 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Organització de competicions d'àmbit autonòmic, nacional o internacional fins a un màxim de 2 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Activitats organitzades en aquest cas per la delegació de Menorca, si hi ha delegat a Menorca. Si no hi ha delegació ho organitzarà la federació Balear. Són campionats que s'organitzen a Menorca i que tenen com a objectiu fer arribar esportistes d'altres illes o regions d'Espanya o de fora d'Espanya a Menorca i que puguin així donar la possibilitat de veure esportistes d'alt nivell a l'illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada campionat organitzat per la federació sumarà 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 2. Desplaçament i allotjament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per les despeses de desplaçament i allotjament necessàries per a la participació d'equips en lligues fora de l'illa de Menorca, per participar en les competicions oficials finals o en competicions reglades organitzades per la federació autonòmica, estatal o internacional fora de Menorca, així com de l'equipament esportiu que necessiti unes condicions de transport especials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Han de ser despeses pròpies i exclusives del desplaçament des de Menorca al lloc de celebració del campionat i de retorn a l'illa, i també despeses per al cas que l'equipament esportiu necessiti unes condicions de transport especials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si l'import global demanat entre tots els sol·licitants que compleixin els requisits, no supera el crèdit de la convocatòria, les sol·licituds es resoldran individualment i es podrà concedir fins al 45 % de l'ajut sol·licitat, que no podrà superar l'import màxim que poden rebre els beneficiaris per a aquesta línia, d'acord amb la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si l'import global sol·licitat per aquesta línia és superior al crèdit disponible, aquest es repartirà entre els sol·licitants que compleixin els requisits, de forma proporcional en funció a l'import sol·licitat i amb el límit màxim del 45 % de l'ajut sol·licitat i l'import màxim que poden rebre els beneficiaris per a aquesta línia, d'acord amb la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia 3. Ajuts per disposar d'ambulàncies que resultin obligatòries en l'organització d'esdeveniments esportius celebrats a Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per totes les activitats i programes que fomentin els valors educatius en la pràctica esportiva, fins a un màxim de 10 punts, d'acord amb el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Per estar adherit a un programa de valors de l'administració pública: fins a un màxim de 4 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entén nivell d'assoliment mig com l'execució entre un 50 i un 80% del nombre d'activitats proposades en el programa al qual estan adherits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada activitat que organitzi l'entitat pel foment dels valors: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les activitats han de ser globals, es a dir, de tota l'entitat esportiva. No es consideraran activitats d'equips o esportistes puntuals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'activitat objecte d'aquest criteri ha de relacionar agents diversos de l'entitat esportiva: directius, tècnics, familiar i esportistes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, ha de relacionar els diferents equips o esportistes de l'entitat de forma que en l'activitat participin i s'interrelacionin esportistes de poca edat amb esportistes d'altres categories, en que ha d'intervenir més d'un 40% de la quantitat total d'esportistes del club.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'activitat ha de tenir una durada mínima d'un dia, tenir un pla de difusió previ i ha d'interrelacionar diferents agents de l'entitat: esportistes, entrenadors i famílies com a mínim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Pel foment de la igualtat de gènere en l'esport: fins un màxim de 3 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada dona membre de la junta directiva: 0,5 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada dona membre de l'equip tècnic: 0,5 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

DETERMINACIÓ DE L'IMPORT DE LA SUBVENCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El procés per distribuir els ajuts un cop admeses les sol·licituds serà en cada cas el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línies 1, 4 i 5: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Adjudicació de punts a cada una de les sol·licituds de conformitat amb la base setena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Suma del total dels punts atorgats a totes les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Divisió de la quantitat total de la partida que fixi la convocatòria entre la suma total dels punts atorgats, a fi d'obtenir el valor econòmic de cada punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) La quantitat que correspon a cada sol·licitud és la multiplicació del valor de cada punt pel total dels punts obtinguts pel sol·licitant, sempre que aquesta quantitat no sigui superior a la sol·licitada o a l'import màxim que estableixi la convocatòria. El romanent que hi pugui quedar a conseqüència d'aquesta correcció es repartirà amb el mateix sistema proporcional als punts obtinguts entre la resta de sol·licitants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línies 3 i 4:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquestes línies no s'estableixen criteris de comparació de les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si l'import global demanat entre tots els sol·licitants que compleixin els requisits, no supera el crèdit de la convocatòria, les sol·licituds es resoldran individualment i es podrà concedir fins al 45 % de l'ajut sol·licitat, sense sobrepassar l'import individual màxim que poden rebre els beneficiaris per a aquestes línies, d'acord amb la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si l'import global sol·licitat per cadascuna d'aquestes línies és superior al crèdit disponible, aquest es repartirà entre els sol·licitants que compleixin els requisits, de forma proporcional en funció a l'import sol·licitat i amb el límit màxim del 45 % de l'ajut sol·licitat, sense sobrepassar l'import màxim que poden rebre els beneficiaris per a aquesta línia, d'acord amb la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En el cas que per a una línia no s'esgoti la consignació pressupostària, la quantitat sobrant s'assignarà d'acord amb el que s'indiqui a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. PROCEDIMENTS I ÒRGANS COMPETENTS PER A LA CONCESSIÓ DELS AJUTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els ajuts es concediran, d'acord amb els principis d'objectivitat, transparència, igualtat, no discriminació i publicitat; per mitjà del procediment de concurrència competitiva pel que fa a les línies 1, 4 i 5; i mitjançant el procediment de prorrateig pel que fa a les línies 2 i 3, quan les sol·licituds no es puguin resoldre individualment per superar l'import global màxim de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'inici de l'expedient s'efectuarà per mitjà de l'aprovació de la convocatòria corresponent. El text de la convocatòria i la resta de documentació que es requereixi es comunicarà a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i es publicarà l'extracte de la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en compliment de l'art. 20.8 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La instrucció de l'expedient correspondrà al tècnic que s'indiqui en la convocatòria corresponent, que ha de realitzar d'ofici totes les actuacions necessàries per a la determinació, el coneixement i la comprovació de les dades, en virtut de les quals s'ha de dictar resolució sobre la concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Totes les sol·licituds presentades dins el termini establert en la convocatòria es sotmetran a l'examen de l'instructor de l'expedient o de la comissió avaluadora, en el cas que sigui obligatòria o s'acordi la seva constitució en la corresponent convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Una vegada examinades totes les sol·licituds presentades dins el termini en la convocatòria per part de la instrucció o la comissió avaluadora corresponent, i després que aquell o aquesta hagi emès el seu informe, el conseller executiu cap del Departament competent en dictarà resolució sobre la concessió o la denegació dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Quan la quantia de l'ajut proposat per l'òrgan instructor o la comissió avaluadora sigui substancialment inferior al sol·licitat, es podrà instar el beneficiari a reformular la seva sol·licitud per tal d'ajustar els compromisos i les condicions de la subvenció atorgable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La resolució de l'expedient d'atorgament de les subvencions ha de ser expressa i motivada, i ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, la quantia específica de cada una de les subvencions concedides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Si la subvenció implica una despesa pluriennal, la resolució de concessió ha de determinar el nombre d'exercicis a què s'aplicarà la despesa i la quantitat màxima que s'ha d'aplicar a cada exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. El termini màxim per dictar i notificar la resolució expressa de concessió de subvenció serà de sis mesos comptats des del dia que acabi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. No obstant l'anterior, aquest termini es podrà reduir si s'estableix expressament en la convocatòria dels ajuts. El silenci administratiu tindrà caràcter desestimatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. La resolució de l'expedient de concessió o denegació dels ajuts es remetrà a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i es publicarà en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, en compliment de l'art. 20.8 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, ja esmentada, sens perjudici de la possibilitat de notificar-la també individualment a les persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. La concessió de l'ajut es pot instrumentar mitjançant la formalització d'un conveni de col·laboració amb l'entitat beneficiària on es determinaran els drets i les obligacions de les parts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA. COMISSIÓ AVALUADORA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La comissió avaluadora és l'òrgan col·legiat a qui correspon examinar les sol·licituds presentades i emetre'n l'informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució que ha de formular l'òrgan instructor competent. La seva creació i el nomenament dels seus membres venen establerts en cada convocatòria, d'acord amb aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'objecte de la Comissió Avaluadora és examinar els expedients d'ajuts, que hauran d'anar acompanyats d'informe tècnic, i emetre una proposta definitiva d'acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La comissió avaluadora estarà formada pels membres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- President/a: conseller/a responsable de la matèria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Secretari/ària: auxiliar/administratiu funcionari del Servei d'Esports&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Vocals: tres tècnics del Servei d'Esports, i un vocal del Gabinet de Medicina Esportiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, el/la president/a tindrà vot de qualitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La comissió avaluadora s'ha de constituir obligatòriament quan l'import global dels fons públics prevists en la convocatòria sigui superior als 50.000 euros, o bé quan l'import individual màxim de la subvenció sigui superior a 7.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Quan no sigui preceptiva la seva constitució, l'existència de la comissió avaluadora només serà necessària si es preveu expressament en la resolució de la convocatòria corresponent, en la qual s'haurà de fixar en tot cas quin és l'òrgan que ha d'examinar les sol·licituds i ha d'emetre l'informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ONZENA. ABONAMENT DELS AJUTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts que s'atorguin en el marc d'aquestes bases es faran amb càrrec a les partides i pels imports màxims que s'estableixin a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts s'abonaran en el termini màxim de 60 dies comptats des de la publicació de la resolució de concessió de l'ajut, sempre que la disponibilitat de tresoreria ho permeti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DOTZENA. JUSTIFICACIÓ DE LES DESPESES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les entitats beneficiàries resten obligades a justificar les despeses efectuades amb càrrec a la subvenció o l'ajut econòmic concedit. Si existissin causes excepcionals que ho impedeixin, els beneficiaris les han d'al·legar per escrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La documentació que s'ha de presentar per a la correcta i completa justificació de la subvenció és la mateixa la qual es presenta amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La justificació de les despeses es farà mitjançant la presentació de les factures que acreditin i especifiquin que les accions dutes a terme es corresponen amb les activitats que la comissió avaluadora ha aprovat en cada cas. Si la documentació presentada fos incompleta o incorrecta, el servei responsable demanarà al beneficiari que en faci la rectificació oportuna en el termini improrrogable de quinze dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Si la despesa justificada excedeix de l'import concedit, la possible desviació pressupostària anirà a càrrec de la persona beneficiària de l'ajut. Si, pel contrari, la despesa justificada és inferior a l'import concedit i subvencionat, es reduirà proporcionalment la subvenció concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El Consell Insular de Menorca haurà d'inspeccionar les activitats subvencionades per comprovar que la subvenció concedida s'ha utilitzat per a la finalitat a la que anava destinada, sens perjudici de les competències que puguin correspondre, per normativa legal o reglamentària, a altres organismes o institucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TRETZENA. OBLIGACIONS DELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són obligacions dels beneficiaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar al Consell Insular de Menorca l'acceptació de la subvenció en els termes en què aquesta es concedeixi. En qualsevol cas la subvenció s'entendrà acceptada tàcitament un cop transcorreguts quinze dies hàbils d'ençà que el beneficiari hagi rebut la notificació de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haver portat a terme les activitats que fonamenten la concessió dels ajuts i justificar-ne la realització en els terminis i en les condicions establerts en aquestes bases i en la resolució de concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditar, quan el Consell Insular de Menorca els ho sol·liciti, que es troben al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la seguretat social. L'acreditació d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries no serà necessària en el cas que s'hagi autoritzat expressament el Consell Insular a consultar aquestes dades a través de l'Agència Tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Proporcionar la informació sobre l'activitat subvencionada que li requereixi el Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació que efectuïn el Consell Insular de Menorca i la resta d'organismes competents per a la fiscalització dels comptes públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar al Consell Insular de Menorca la sol·licitud i l'obtenció de subvencions i ajudes amb la mateixa finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fer constar de manera expressa el suport del Consell Insular de Menorca en la realització de les activitats subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar immediatament al Consell Insular de Menorca qualsevol eventualitat que alteri o que dificulti greument el desenvolupament del projecte subvencionat, en particular si se'n poden derivar retards en l'execució o si poden afectar el cost total, i sol·licitar l'autorització prèvia i expressa del Consell Insular per fer qualsevol modificació substancial del projecte objecte d'ajuda. Les sol·licituds de modificació han de ser motivades, s'han de formular immediatament a l'aparició de les circumstàncies que la justifiquin i han d'especificar les repercussions pressupostàries que impliquin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CATORZENA. REVOCACIÓ I REINTEGRAMENT DELS AJUTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa a la revocació i el reintegrament de les subvencions, s'ha d'aplicar el que disposa la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions i la resta de normativa que hi sigui aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són causes d'incompliment i es procedirà el reintegrament de les quantitats percebudes i l'exigència d'interès de demora, les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Obtenció de la prestació falsejant les condicions requerides o ocultant les que ho haguessin impedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Incompliment de les obligacions imposades amb motiu de la concessió de la prestació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Manca d'adequació a la finalitat per a la qual s'ha concedir la prestació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Resistència, obstrucció o negativa a les actuacions de comprovació i control financer d'aquesta institució local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per als casos que preveu l'art. 44 del TRLS, en què no correspongui la revocació total&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de l'ajut concedit, es podrà aplicar un percentatge de minoració en funció de l'incompliment. Aquest percentatge s'ha de fixar amb l'informe previ de l'instructor i la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;notificació al beneficiari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les quantitats que s'hagin de reintegrar tindran la consideració d'ingressos de dret públic i els és aplicable la via de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINZENA. INFRACCIONS I SANCIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El règim d'infraccions i sancions administratives aplicables és el que estableix el títol IV de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan competent per imposar les sancions que es derivin d'infraccions de l'establert en aquestes bases i en la normativa aplicable en matèria de subvencions, és el conseller executiu competent per raó de la matèria, pel que fa a infraccions lleus i greus, i el Consell Executiu pel que fa a infraccions molt greus, d'acord amb l'establert a l'article 69 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETZENA. ALTRES DISPOSICIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recursos administratius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els acords del Consell Executiu pels quals s'aproven les bases i la convocatòria no exhaureixen la via administrativa i són susceptibles de rebre recurs d'alçada davant el Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les resolucions dels consellers executius pels quals es concedeixen o deneguen els ajuts, no exhaureixen la via administrativa i són susceptibles de rebre recurs d'alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Normativa general aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot el que no preveuen expressament aquestes bases regeixen les disposicions que siguin d'aplicació al Consell Insular de Menorca en matèria de subvencions, especialment les contingudes en la norma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Reglament de la Llei general de subvencions (Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 196 de 31 de desembre de 2005)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANNEX 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Model de declaració responsable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANNEX 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Designació compte bancari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquest acord – que no exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el Ple en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat, si no es notifica la resolució corresponent, quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició. Contra la desestimació del recurs d'alçada per silenci administratiu podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
