&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mitjançant un acord del Consell de Govern de 29 d'octubre de 2021, publicat en el BOIB núm 149, de 30 d'octubre de 2021, es van declarar inversió d'interès autonòmic les obres d'ampliació del Centre d'Educació Infantil i Primària Miquel Costa i Llobera, de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. D'acord amb el que disposa l'article 8.4 del Decret llei 1/2018, de 19 de gener, de mesures urgents per a la millora i/o ampliació de la xarxa d'equipaments públics d'usos educatius, sanitaris o socials de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, una vegada redactat el projecte executiu correspon al Consell de Govern l'autorització del projecte, amb el tràmit previ d'informació pública de quinze dies naturals i l'informe favorable de l'ajuntament on s'ubica l'equipament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Sotmetre el projecte d'execució de les obres d'ampliació amb un menjador al CEIP Miquel Costa i Llobera de Pollença a informació pública per un termini de quinze dies naturals, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el BOIB, a fi que qualsevol persona interessada pugui consultar el projecte a les oficines de la Conselleria d'Educació i Formació &amp;nbsp;Professional (carrer del Ter, 16, polígon de Son Fuster, Palma) tots els dies feiners entre les 9 i les 14 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Disposar que les al·legacions es podran presentar a la seu de la Conselleria d'Educació i Formació Professional o en qualsevol dels llocs que determina l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i aniran dirigides a la Direcció General de Planificació, Ordenació i Centres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
