&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONVOCATÒRIA MITJANÇANT CONCURS DE MÈRITS PER A LA PROVISIÓ D'UNA PLAÇA DE TÈCNIC D'ADMINISTRACIÓ GENERAL A L'AJUNTAMENT DE SANTANYÍ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1- Número del lloc de feina: F90230001&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Forma de provisió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La provisió dels llocs de feina objecte d'aquesta convocatòria es duu a terme pel sistema de concurs de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Requisits i condicions per participar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Les condicions generals, els requisits i els mèrits de tots els candidats s'han de referir a la data en què acaba el termini per presentar sol·licituds i s'han de mantenir durant tot el procediment del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. Pot participar en aquesta convocatòria el personal funcionari de carrera de l'Administració de l'Estat, d'altres comunitats autònomes i de les corporacions locals, sigui quina sigui la seva situació administrativa, llevat de la de suspensió ferma. No hi poden participar els funcionaris que no han complert el temps mínim establert legalment des que se'ls va adjudicar amb caràcter definitiu el lloc de feina del qual són titulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. El personal funcionari de carrera en situació d'excedència voluntària per interès particular pot participar en aquesta convocatòria si fa més de dos anys que està en aquesta situació i consigna expressament en la sol·licitud que vol reingressar al servei actiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal funcionari que està en alguna situació que implica el dret a la reserva del lloc de feina d'acord amb l'article 23.2 del Reial decret 365/1995, de 10 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de situacions administratives dels funcionaris civils de l'Administració General de l'Estat, poden participar en aquesta convocatòria, i han de romandre en la situació que correspongui, amb reserva del lloc obtingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4. D'acord amb l'apartat 3 de l'article 81 de la Llei 3/2007, de 22 de febrer, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, el personal funcionari titular d'un lloc de feina només pot participar en aquesta convocatòria si s'han complert com a mínim dos anys des que en va prendre possessió, o el temps mínim de permanència indicat en la convocatòria mitjançant la qual se l'hi va adjudicar amb caràcter definitiu, en el cas que aquest període de temps mínim sigui més llarg, ja sigui per haver obtingut destinació definitiva en un procés selectiu d'ingrés, pel torn lliure o pel torn de promoció interna (sens perjudici del que disposa l'apartat següent), o bé mitjançant l'adjudicació d'un lloc de feina per un sistema de provisió ordinari anterior, amb les excepcions que preveu l'article 81.4 de la Llei 3/2007: supòsits de remoció o supressió del lloc de feina, de mobilitat forçosa fonamentada en les necessitats del servei o funcionals, o de participació en convocatòries de provisió ordinària de llocs de feina de la mateixa conselleria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supòsit que la persona interessada acrediti que el dia de la presa de possessió del lloc es va ajornar per interès del servei, el termini ha de comptar des del dia en què prengueren possessió del lloc la resta de persones adjudicatàries del mateix procés de provisió o del mateix procés selectiu del seu cos, escala i torn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.5. D'acord amb el que estableix l'article 81.3 de la Llei 3/2007, al personal que accedeix a un altre cos o a una altra escala per promoció interna o per integració i roman en el lloc de feina que ocupava com a titular, se li ha de computar també el temps de serveis prestats en aquest lloc en el cos o l'escala de procedència. Aquesta mateixa regulació s'ha d'aplicar al personal que va accedir a un altre cos o a una altra escala per promoció interna i va optar per la conversió directa de la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, al personal que ha estat objecte d'un canvi d'adscripció del seu lloc de feina en la forma que preveu l'article 91 de la Llei 3/2007, se li ha de computar el temps d'ocupació del lloc abans del canvi d'adscripció des que en va obtenir la titularitat per un sistema reglamentari de provisió ordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.6. Estar en possessió del títol de llicenciat en Dret, Ciències Polítiques i de l'Administració, Econòmiques o Empresarials, o títol del grau universitari equivalent, en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Aquestes titulacions són les previstes en l'article 169.2.a) del Reial Decret legislatiu 781/1986, de 18 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.7. Per poder optar al lloc de feina ofertat, les persones interessades han de complir el requisit de pertinença al cos, a l'escala i subescala a què s'adscriu el lloc en qüestió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.8. De conformitat amb l'article 3 del Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència del coneixement de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública i per ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, per participar en aquesta convocatòria s'ha d'acreditar un nivell de coneixement de llengua catalana C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nivell de coneixements de llengua catalana s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant el certificat oficial corresponent d'entre els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Certificat expedit per l'òrgan competent del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Certificat expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Certificat homologat per l'òrgan competent del Govern de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 28 de juliol de 2014, per la qual es regulen l'homologació dels estudis de llengua catalana de l'educació secundària obligatòria i del batxillerat amb els certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Conselleria d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats i l'exempció de l'avaluació de la llengua i la literatura catalanes en l'ensenyament reglat no universitari, i els procediments per obtenir-les (BOIB núm. 115, de 26 d'agost de 2014).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.9. Signar la sol·licitud per prendre part de la convocatòria en la qual va incorporada la declaració responsable relativa al compliment dels requisits de participació (Annex I) i signar la declaració responsable relativa als mèrits al·legats (full d'autobaremació) que figura en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Sol·licituds i documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'han d'ajustar al model normalitzat de sol·licitud (annex I), es presentaran en el Registre General de la Corporació i es dirigiran a la Batlia de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També podran presentar-se mitjançant les formes previstes en l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aquestes bases es publicaran en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, prèviament a la publicació de l'anunci al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de 10 dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de l'anunci de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. A més de les dades que han de constar a la sol·licitud, les persones aspirants han de consignar-les, i acompanyar la documentació que s'indica a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Còpia del DNI, copia del títol exigit per prendre part en la convocatòria i document acreditatiu de la condició com a personal funcionari de carrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Manifestació de què es reuneixen totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides a la convocatòria referides sempre a la data de finalització del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) El document d'ingrés de la taxa de participació de la convocatòria es de 14 euros. L'import de la taxa únicament serà retornat a aquelles persones que no siguin admeses per falta d'algun dels requisits exigits per prendre part en les proves selectives, sempre que formulin la seva reclamació en el termini d'un mes, comptats a partir de la publicació de la resolució per la qual s'aprova la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abonament de la taxa haurà de ser satisfet al compte bancari següent: CAJAMAR - ES97 3058 4516 4227 3200 0011, indicant el DNI i el nom de la convocatòria la qual s'opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Coneixements de la llengua catalana: es presentarà una còpia del certificat acreditatiu de posseir, com a mínim, el nivell exigit en aquesta convocatòria (títol C1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &amp;nbsp;Model d'al·legació de mèrits (autobaremació) que té igualment la consideració de declaració responsable en els termes de l'article 69 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Administració pot requerir de la persona sol·licitant l'aportació formal de la documentació substituïda per la declaració responsable en qualsevol fase del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No requereixen presentació aquells documents que es trobin en poder de l'Ajuntament convocant o se'n pugui comprovar la informació per tècniques telemàtiques segons es regula en l'article 28 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En aquest darrer cas, la persona interessada ha d'indicar en quin moment i davant quin òrgan administratiu va presentar els documents esmentats, i les administracions públiques els han de sol·licitar electrònicament a través de les seves xarxes corporatives o d'una consulta a les plataformes d'intermediació de dades o altres sistemes electrònics habilitats a l'efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El fet de constar a la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement que les persones interessades compleixen els requisits per a participar en aquesta convocatòria. Les persones que superin el procés selectiu hauran de presentar la documentació acreditativa dels requisits generals d'aquesta convocatòria abans del seu nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, la persona aspirant dóna el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part en la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Les persones aspirants quedaran vinculades a les dades que es facin constar en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili, telèfon i e-mail que hi figurin es consideraran vàlids a l'efecte de notificacions, i serà responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones candidates tant els errors descriptius, com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Admissió de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel fet de sol·licitar prendre part en el procés selectiu, les persones aspirants es sotmeten expressament a les seves bases reguladores que constitueixen la norma d'aquest procés selectiu, sense perjudici de les responsabilitats en què poguessin incórrer si s'apreciàs inexactitud fraudulenta en la declaració que formulin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, l'autoritat convocant dictarà una resolució, en el termini màxim d'un mes, declarant aprovada la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses i concedint un termini d'esmena a les persones excloses de deu dies hàbils, indicant que, si no es du a terme l'esmena, s'entendrà que han desistit de la sol·licitud i seran definitivament excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La llista de persones admeses i excloses contendrà també la causa o causes que han motivat l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els errors de fet podran esmenar-se en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No serà esmenable l'abonament de les taxes després de la data de tancament del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada publicades les bases en els butlletins oficials indicats, els successius anuncis referits al procediment selectiu objecte de la present convocatòria es publicaran a la web municipal, tret dels que legalment s'hagin de publicar en els corresponents butlletins oficials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Tribunal de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Tribunal qualificador es constituirà en la forma que determina l'article 60 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre- TRLEBEP, i, supletòriament, l'article 51 de la Llei 3/2007, de la funció pública de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els membres del Tribunal s'hauran d'abstenir d'intervenir, la qual cosa hauran de notificar a l'autoritat convocant, quan es doni alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De la mateixa manera, les persones aspirants podran recusar els membres del Tribunal quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes a l'apartat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El president/a convocarà els membres titulars per tal de constituir el Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La constitució i l'actuació del Tribunal s'ajustarà al que preveu la Llei 40/2015, del règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els acords s'adoptaran per majoria d'assistents i el vot del president dirimirà els empats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Tribunal podrà comptar amb personal assessor especialista per a aquelles proves en què sigui necessari, i també de personal col·laborador amb tasques de vigilància i de control del desenvolupament del concurs. Aquest personal assessor i col·laborador es limitarà a donar l'assistència i la col·laboració que els sigui sol·licitada i tendrà veu, però no vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Correspon al Tribunal resoldre totes les qüestions derivades de l'aplicació d'aquestes bases i també allò que pertoqui en els casos no prevists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Quan, en absència del president o presidenta titular del Tribunal, tampoc no sigui possible la presència del designat com a suplent, n'assumirà la presidència el vocal que resulti en atenció als criteris de major jerarquia, antiguitat o edat, aplicats per aquest ordre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. A la resolució que declari aprovada la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses es farà pública la designació del tribunal qualificador, el qual estarà integrat pels següents membres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- President titular/ President suplent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Un vocal titular/ un vocal suplent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;- Secretari titular/ Secretari suplent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Barem de mèrits (màxim 75 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits que s'han de valorar en la present convocatòria s'han d'ajustar als criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

MÈRITS PROFESSIONALS (màxim 62 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.a. ANTIGUITAT (Fins a un màxim de 11 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valora el temps de serveis prestats i reconeguts en l'Administració pública, d'acord amb el que preveu la Llei 70/1978, de 26 de desembre, de reconeixement de serveis previs en l'Administració pública, amb la puntuació següent: 0,05 punts per mes complet. Només es valoren els mesos sencers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.b. GRAU PERSONAL (Fins a un màxim de 7 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La possessió d'un grau personal consolidat i reconegut en relació amb el lloc de treball sol·licitat es valora de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Per posseir un grau personal, consolidat i reconegut, igual o superior al del lloc al qual es concursa: 7 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Per posseir un grau personal, consolidat i reconegut, inferior en un nivell al del lloc al qual es concursa: 6,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Per posseir un grau personal, consolidat i reconegut, inferior en dos nivells al del lloc al qual es concursa: 5,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;f) Per posseir un grau personal, consolidat i reconegut, inferior en tres o més nivells al del lloc al qual es concursa: 4,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.c. CONEIXAMENTS DE LLENGUA CATALANA (Fins a un màxim de 9 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valorarà el certificat C2 &amp;nbsp;a més del certificat de llenguatge administratiu, ja que el C1 és requisit de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest apartat es valora el temps en què s'han ocupat llocs de feina com a personal funcionari, mitjançant qualsevol tipus de nomenament, en les diferents administracions publiques i sempre en llocs de feina on s'hagin desenvolupat feines relacionades amb contractació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per acreditar aquests serveis &amp;nbsp;la persona aspirant haurà de presentar la documentació acreditativa corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valoren els mesos sencers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts a l'Ajuntament de Santanyí, com a personal funcionari, en el mateix cos, escala o especialitat al lloc de treball al qual s'opta: 0,25 punts per mes de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts a Ajuntament de Santanyí, com a personal funcionari, en un altre cos, escala o especialitat al lloc de treball al qual s'opta: 0,15 punts per mes de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts en una altra administració, com a personal funcionari, en el mateix cos, escala o especialitat al lloc de treball al qual s'opta, sempre que es tracti d'Administració general i sigui del mateix grup, subgrup o agrupació professional a què s'opta: 0,15 punts per mes de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts en una altra administració, com a personal funcionari, en un altre cos, escala o especialitat al lloc de treball al qual s'opta: 0,1 punts per mes de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. ALTRES MÈRITS (màxim 13 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

FORMACIÓ ACADÉMICA I CURSOS DE FORMACIÓ (fins a un màxim de 12 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.a.1. Cursos de formació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es baremaran tots els cursos rebuts o impartits, certificats amb aprofitament o assistència, en el marc de l'Acord de Formació per a l'Ocupació o dels plans de formació contínua del personal de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es baremaran tots els cursos impartits o promoguts, certificats amb aprofitament o assistència, per qualsevol administració pública territorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dins el concepte d'administració pública territorial s'emmarquen els cursos impartits per ens del sector públic adscrits i dependents d'aquests administracions territorials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es baremaran tots els cursos impartits o promoguts, certificats amb aprofitament o assistència, per qualsevol escola d'administració pública, o bé homologats per aquestes escoles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es baremaran tots els cursos impartits, certificats amb aprofitament o assistència, per les organitzacions sindicals en el marc dels antics acords de formació contínua en les administracions públiques (AFCAP) com en l'actual Acord de Formació per a l'Ocupació de les Administracions Públiques (AFEDAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració de tota la formació es regeix pels criteris generals que s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran tots els cursos de formació rebuts o impartits, certificats amb aprofitament o assistència, segons la puntuació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) 0,0975 punts per crèdit, equivalent a deu hores de durada, o proporcionalment per a les fraccions d'un crèdit, quan el certificat acrediti l'aprofitament. Puntuació màxima per curs, jornada o seminari: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) 0,065 punts per crèdit, d'acord amb els criteris de la lletra anterior, quan el certificat acrediti l'assistència, o no faci menció expressa al caràcter d'assistència o d'aprofitament. Puntuació màxima per curs, jornada o seminari: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) 0,13 punts per crèdit, d'acord amb els criteris de la lletra a, quan el certificat n'acrediti la impartició. La participació en un curs pot ser total o parcial. En aquest darrer cas només es valora la part corresponent a les hores impartides. Puntuació màxima per curs, jornada o seminari: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Els cursos de l'àrea de tecnologies de la informació i la comunicació corresponents a cada una de les aplicacions d'ofimàtica (Open Office, Microsoft Office, correu electrònic i Internet) s'han de valorar d'acord amb la puntuació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Curs de nivell elemental/inicial: 0,0975 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Curs de nivell mitjà: 0,195 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Curs de nivell superior: 0,39 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos d'informàtica que no indiquin el nivell a què corresponen s'han de valorar segons el nombre d'hores que acreditin: cursos de durada entre 10 i 19 hores: 0,0975 punts; cursos de durada entre 20 i 29 hores: 0,195 punts, i cursos de 30 hores o més: 0,39 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Només es valora el certificat de nivell superior o el certificat que acredita un nombre superior d'hores d'entre els referits a una mateixa aplicació d'ofimàtica a nivell d'usuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) El curs bàsic de prevenció de riscs laborals té una durada de 30 hores. L'acreditació d'un nombre superior d'hores en matèria de prevenció de riscs laborals es valora amb la puntuació corresponent a 30 hores en total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) No es valoraran en aquest apartat els certificats que no indiquin les hores de durada o els crèdits de l'acció formativa, els que corresponguin a una carrera universitària, els de doctorat, la superació d'assignatures d'un estudi acadèmic, ni els derivats de processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Si el certificat acreditatiu del curs indica crèdits, es valorarà a raó de 25 hores per cada crèdit ECTS. Si no s'indica el tipus de crèdit, s'entendrà que són crèdits de l'ordenació universitària anterior (CFC o LRU) i, per tant, es valoraran a raó de 10 hores percrèdit. Quan hi hagi discrepància entre les hores i els crèdits en els certificats d'una acció formativa, prevaldran les hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;i) Només es valorarà el certificat de nivell superior o el certificat que acrediti un nombre superior d'hores d'entre els referits a una mateixa aplicació d'ofimàtica com a usuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.a.2. Formació académica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quant a la formació acadèmica, s'han de valorar les titulacions acadèmiques oficials i reconegudes pel Ministeri d'Educació, d'acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La titulació acadèmica ha de ser distinta de la que s'acredita com a requisit d'accés, i del mateix nivell o d'un de superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les titulacions acadèmiques han d'estar relacionades amb les funcions del cos, l'escala o l'especialitat a què s'opta. A aquest efecte, es consideren relacionades amb les funcions de tots els cossos, escales o especialitats o categoria les titulacions de les branques de coneixement de ciències econòmiques, administració i direcció d'empreses, relacions laborals i recursos humans, ciències polítiques, sociologia, dret i especialitats jurídiques, informàtica i de sistemes, administració i gestió de la innovació, ciències del treball i relacions laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les titulacions d'ESO i batxillerat s'entenen relacionades amb les funcions de tots els cossos, les escales i les especialitats que exigeixen un requisit de titulació de nivell igual o inferior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valorarà la titulació de nivell més alt que s'acrediti, la puntuació de la qual no s'ha d'acumular a la d'altres titulacions que es posseeixin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la valoració concreta, amb un màxim de 3 punts, s'ha d'atorgar la puntuació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Títol d'estudis oficials de doctor, reconegut com a nivell MECES 4 (Marc Espanyol de Qualificacions per a l'Educació Superior): 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Títol d'estudis oficials de màster, llicenciatura, grau, enginyeria o arquitectura reconeguts com a nivell MECES 3: 2,8 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Títol d'estudis oficials de diplomatura, grau, enginyeria tècnica o arquitectura tècnica reconeguts com a nivell MECES 2: 2,6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.b COMISSIÓ DE SERVEIS FORÇOSA I EN ATRIBUCIÓ TEMPORAL DE FUNCIONS.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;(fins a un màxim de 0,5 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest apartat es valora la prestació de serveis mitjançant una comissió de serveis forçosa o una comissió de serveis en atribució temporal de funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al personal funcionari a qui s'adjudiqui una d'aquestes comissions se li valora el temps que romangui en aquesta situació amb 0,025 punts per mes complet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà la permanència en el lloc de treball des del qual es participa, sempre que s'hagi obtingut per qualsevol procediment de provisió que atorgui la titularitat d'aquest amb caràcter definitiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al personal funcionari a qui s'adjudiqui una d'aquestes comissions se li valora el temps que romangui en aquesta situació amb 0,020 punts per mes complet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest mèrit s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant l'aportació de la resolució corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desempat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat en la puntuació total obtinguda, s'ha de dirimir amb la puntuació atorgada conjuntament amb els mèrits de consideració necessària i, en cas de persistir la igualtat, s'ha d'atorgar el lloc de treball al candidat o candidata amb més antiguitat en l'Ajuntament de Santanyí. Si encara persisteix l'empat, s'ha d'adjudicar el lloc de treball al funcionari o a la funcionària que acrediti més antiguitat en altres administracions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Resolució de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. El termini per resoldre el concurs és de tres mesos, comptador des del dia que acabi el termini per presentar sol·licituds. La batlia de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí pot ampliar aquest termini per un mes més mitjançant una resolució motivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. Deu dies hàbils abans, com a mínim, de complir-se el termini màxim per resoldre el concurs,el tribunal qualificador ha de publicar en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí la proposta provisional d'adjudicació del lloc de feina objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3. Atesa la proposta provisional esmentada, les persones interessades hi poden formular observacions o reclamacions en el termini de tres dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la data d'exposició pública de la proposta provisional en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.4. Després d'haver examinat les observacions i les reclamacions presentades dins el termini establert, el Tribunal Qualificador ha d'elevar a definitiva la proposta d'adjudicació dels llocs de feina, la qual pot incloure, en tot cas, els canvis que siguin conseqüència de les observacions i les reclamacions esmentades abans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.5. Així mateix, la proposta definitiva pot incloure, respecte de la provisional, l'esmena d'ofici dels errors materials, aritmètics o de fet detectats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.6. Després d'haver vist la proposta definitiva, la batlessa dictarà resolució la qual posarà fi al procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Presa de possessió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per prendre possessió de la nova destinació obtinguda és de deu dies hàbils des de la resolució de nomenament feta per la batlia de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Període mínim de permanència en el lloc de feina adjudicat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal funcionari que obtingui com a titular un lloc de feina en aquesta convocatòria hi ha de romandre un mínim de dos anys. Durant aquest període no pot participar en convocatòries ordinàries de provisió de llocs de &amp;nbsp;feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Impugnació i modificació de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
