&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.- PRP2023/185. DONAR COMPTE AL PLE DE LA MODIFICACIÓ ORDENANÇA FISCAL FORMENTERA ECO 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que a la sessió de la Comissió Informativa competent, que va tenir lloc el passat dia 28 de març de 2023, hom va quedar assabentat de l'assumpte present, de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“2.1.- PRP2023/185. DONAR COMPTE DE L'APROVACIÓ DEFINITIVA DE L'ORDENANÇA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TAXA PER L'OBTENCIÓ I CONTROL DE L'AUTORITZACIÓ PER L'ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓ I ESTACIONAMENT DE VEHICLES DE MOTOR A LES VIES PÚBLIQUES DE L'ILLA DE FORMENTERA DURANT ELS PERÍODES DE L'ANY DE MAJOR AFLUÈNCIA TURÍSTICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El secretari dona compte de l'aprovació definitiva de l'ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per l'obtenció i control d'autoritzacions per l'entrada circulació i estacionament de vehicles de motor a les vies públiques de l'illa de Formentera durant els períodes de l'any de major afluència turística:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“DONAR COMPTE DE L'APROVACIÓ DEFINITIVA DE L'ORDENANÇA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TAXA PER L'OBTENCIÓ I CONTROL DE L'AUTORITZACIÓ PER L'ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓ I ESTACIONAMENT DE VEHICLES DE MOTOR A LES VIES PÚBLIQUES DE L'ILLA DE FORMENTERA DURANT ELS PERÍODES DE L'ANY DE MAJOR AFLUÈNCIA TURÍSTICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El secretari dona compte, conforme a l'article 161 del Reglament Orgànic del Consell Insular, de l'aprovació definitiva de l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per l'obtenció i control de l'autorització per l'entrada, circulació i estacionament de vehicles de motor a les vies públiques de l'illa de Formentera durant els períodes de l'any de major afluència turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La tramitació d'aquest expedient s'inicià mitjançant acord pel Ple de la corporació en sessió de 27 de gener de 2023, en què s'aprovà amb caràcter provisional la modificació de l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per l'obtenció i control de l'autorització per l'entrada, circulació i estacionament de vehicles de motor a les vies públiques de l'illa de Formentera durant els períodes de l'any de major afluència turística, i es publicà al BOIB núm. 18, de 9 de febrer de 2023, al tauler d'anuncis de l'Oficina d'Atenció a la Ciutadania i al tauler virtual d'anuncis de la pàgina web del Consell&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; www.conselldeformentera.cat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada rebut els informes preceptius de la Conselleria d'Hisenda i Administracions Públiques (RGENT-2023-5640) i d'impacte de gènere per part de l'Institut Balear de la Dona (RGENT-2023-5156), i finalitzat el termini d'exposició pública i considerant que, tal com es desprèn de l'informe de l'àrea de Registre d'entrada de documents, no consta que s'hagin registrat al·legacions, a&amp;nbsp; data&amp;nbsp; del 13 de març de 2023,&amp;nbsp; a l'acord d'aprovació provisional de la modificació de l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per l'obtenció i control de l'autorització per l'entrada, circulació i estacionament de vehicles de motor a les vies públiques de l'illa de Formentera durant els períodes de l'any de major afluència turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En conseqüència, cal estar al següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Donar compte de l'aprovació definitiva de l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per l'obtenció i control de l'autorització per l'entrada, circulació i estacionament de vehicles de motor a les vies públiques de l'illa de Formentera durant els períodes de l'any de major afluència turística .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Considerar aprovada definitivament l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per l'obtenció i control de l'autorització per l'entrada, circulació i estacionament de vehicles de motor a les vies públiques de l'illa de Formentera durant els períodes de l'any de major afluència turística segons acord de Ple d'aprovació provisional de la modificació de l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per l'obtenció i control de l'autorització per l'entrada, circulació i estacionament de vehicles de motor a les vies públiques de l'illa de Formentera durant els períodes de l'any de major afluència turística de data 27 de gener de 2023, i&amp;nbsp; procedir a la publicació íntegra al BOIB, al tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web del Consell Insular de Formentera, als efectes de la seva entrada en vigor, tot de conformitat amb el Text refós de la Llei d'hisendes locals i a la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes&amp;nbsp; Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En ús de les facultats concedides pels articles 133.2 i 142 de la Constitució i per l'article 106 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local i conformement al que disposen els articles 15 a 19 del Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març i la Llei 7/2019, de 8 de febrer, per a la sostenibilitat mediambiental i econòmica de l'illa de Formentera, aquest Consell estableix la taxa per l'obtenció i control de l'autorització per l'entrada, circulació i estacionament de vehicles de motor a les vies públiques de l'illa de Formentera durant els períodes de l'any de major afluència turística, que es regirà per la present Ordenança fiscal, les normes de la qual atenen el que estableix l'article 57 de l'esmentat Text refós i normativa concordant.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Fet imposable &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Constitueixen el fet imposable d'aquesta taxa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) L'activitat administrativa amb motiu de l'expedició&amp;nbsp; per part del Consell Insular de Formentera de tota classe de documents que habilitin per l'entrada, la circulació i l'estacionament de vehicles de motor a les vies de l'illa de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) El control de l'acreditació per l'entrada, la circulació i l'estacionament en vies públiques de l'Illa de Formentera dels vehicles de motor durant el període de limitació que estableixi el Ple del Consell Insular de Formentera, de conformitat amb la LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;No subjecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No estan subjectes a la taxa present els següents vehicles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles al servei de persones amb mobilitat reduïda, acreditats degudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles oficials i de servei públic, inclosos en tot cas els de les forces i cossos de seguretat, extinció d'incendis, ambulàncies i vehicles del sistema sanitari, cotxes fúnebres, protecció civil, transport públic i escolar, taxis, residus i neteja pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles de transport de béns i mercaderies, així com de distribució comercial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tractors, excavadores i vehicles similars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació a presentar per no estar subjectes a la taxa va annexada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Subjecte passiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són subjectes passius de la taxa les persones titulars (propietari/a, primer/a conductor/a o segon/a conductor/a; o, si n'era el cas, posseïdor/a legal) de vehicles de motor que sol·licitin l'autorització o acreditació que permeti l'entrada, la circulació i l'estacionament en via pública durant el període de limitació establert en les mesures aprovades pel Consell Insular de Formentera per l'aplicació de la LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Import de la taxa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les tarifes de la taxa per unitat de temps seran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles dels quals siguin titulars persones físiques no residents a l'illa que siguin propietàries d'un habitatge a Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles dels quals siguin titulars persones residents a l'illa d'Eivissa que acreditin la necessitat habitual de desplaçar-se a Formentera per raons laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles dels quals siguin titulars persones no residents a Formentera que estiguin temporalment fora de l'Illa i acreditin la necessitat de desplaçar-s'hi per circumstàncies familiars greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles de lloguer que estiguin autoritzats a circular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles destinats a l'ús particular per persones residents a l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles destinats a l'ús particular per persones residents a les Illes de Mallorca o Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles elèctrics o de zero emissions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles de serveis d'interès públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles històrics associats a clubs de vehicles clàssics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehicles destinats a l'ús particular de persones no residents a Formentera que disposin d'un contracte de treball a Formentera. La bonificació s'aplicarà durant els 10 dies previs a l'inici del contracte laboral i durant la vigència del mateix contracte laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació per acollir-se a les bonificacions va annexada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposició final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
