&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els estatuts de la Fundació Institut Socioeducatiu s'Estel (BOIB núm. 22 de data 17 de febrer de 2018) en l'article 30 disposen “E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l personal al servei de la Fundació és de naturalesa laboral i es regeix per les disposicions de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic que li siguin d'aplicació i per la resta de normes laborals i convencionals aplicables al personal d'aquesta naturalesa. Així mateix, es regeix per la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears que, en el marc de la disposició addicional primera de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, ho disposin expressament”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Al personal al servei de la Fundació Institut Socioeducatiu s'Estel li és d'aplicació el Conveni Col·lectiu del personal laboral de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en virtut de l'Acord signat entre empresa i representants dels treballadors de 21 de juny de 2019. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Capítol III del Conveni regula la provisió de llocs de treball i en concret l'article 24 regula el concurs de provisió de llocs de treball (trasllats). L'esmentat article especifica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“La provisió de llocs de treball del personal laboral es podrà realitzar pel sistema de concurs de mèrits o mitjançant el sistema de lliure designació amb convocatòria pública, d'acord amb el que es preveu, a tal efecte, les relacions de llocs de treball...//&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;...// La lliure designació amb convocatòria pública únicament es podrà aplicar per la provisió de llocs de feina que, per la naturalesa de les seves funcions, tinguin reconegut aquest sistema de provisió a la relació de llocs de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. L'objecte d'aquesta Resolució és aprovar la convocatòria per proveir amb personal laboral el lloc de feina de lliure designació de la Fundació Institut Socioeducatiu s'Estel, vacant i dotat pressupostàriament, que figura en l'annex 4, i aprovar les bases, el barem de mèrits i la designació dels membres de la comissió tècnica de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En tot allò que no especifica aquesta convocatòria, s'ha d'estar al que regeix l'article 24 del Conveni Col·lectiu del personal laboral de la CAIB, d'aplicació al personal de la Fundació Institut Socioeducatiu s'Estel i la resta de normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, de conformitat amb la competència que li atorga l'article 28 dels Estatuts de la Fundació i una vegada obtingudes les autoritzacions pertinents, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria de provisió del lloc de feina corresponent al personal laboral de la Fundació Institut Socioeducatiu s'Estel, pel sistema de lliure designació, tal com ve determinat expressament a la relació de llocs de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases i el barem de mèrits que han de regir aquesta convocatòria, els quals s'adjunten com a annexos 1 i 2 respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Nomenar les persones que són membres de la comissió tècnica de valoració d'aquesta convocatòria, les quals figuren en l'annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Fer pública la relació del lloc de feina corresponent al personal laboral de la Fundació Institut Socioeducatiu s'Estel, objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, que figura en l'annex 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Assabentar que la tramitació de les sol·licituds i l'aportació dels documents requerits s'ha de fer mitjançant l'aplicació telemàtica a disposició de les persones interessades a la pàgina web http://fundaciosestel.caib.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Aprovar el model de sol·licitud, el model de memòria que s'ha de presentar, el model d'autobaremació de mèrits al·legats i el model d'acta que s'ha d'estendre per al lloc de feina convocat, que figuren en els annexos 5, 6, 7 i 8 respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Aprovar l'annex 9 relatiu a la informació sobre protecció de dades personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Ordenar que aquesta Resolució es publiqui en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre jurisdiccional social és el competent per resoldre les controvèrsies derivades d'aquestes bases, d'acord amb la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social, sense que se pugui interposar cap recurs en via administrativa ni s'hagi d'interposar preceptivament una reclamació prèvia a la via judicial social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. A tal efecte, i pel que fa als requisits, la sol·licitud d'inscripció implica una declaració responsable de la persona interessada que compleix tots i cada un dels requisits exigits. La Fundació revisarà si al seu expedient personal consta la justificació documental del requisit, poguent-ne exigir la seva aportació si fos pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Les persones interessades han de&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;presentar la sol·licitud mitjançant l'aplicació telemàtica a disposició a la pàgina web http://fundaciosestel.caib.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és de 7 dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La presentació de la sol·licitud per participar en aquest procediment de provisió suposa el coneixement i l'acceptació inequívoca de l'aspirant del tractament de les dades de caràcter personal a càrrec de l'òrgan competent i únicament per les finalitats establertes en l'annex 9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Les condicions generals, els requisits i els mèrits de tots els candidats s'han de referir a la data en què acaba el termini per presentar sol·licituds i s'han de mantenir durant tot el procediment del concurs. En tot allò que no especifiquin aquestes bases s'aplicarà el que disposa l'article 24 del conveni col·lectiu del personal laboral de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Les persones aspirants han d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud de participació un full d'autobaremació amb tots els mèrits que considerin escaients per apreciar-ne la idoneïtat per desenvolupar la feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Les persones candidates també hauran d'adjuntar una memòria sobre les funcions del lloc de feina, en què incloguin un pla de treball i una descripció de les aportacions que farien en cas d'ocupar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El sistema de selecció és el de presentació de Memòria tècnica, concurs de mèrits (experiència i formació) i entrevista personal. Aquesta fase està valorada, en el seu conjunt, amb un màxim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;60 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Es divideix en quatre categories: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Memòria tècnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;30 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que constitueix el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;50%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del procés selectiu), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Experiència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que constitueix el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del procés selectiu), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formació complementària &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que constitueix el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del procés selectiu) i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entrevista personal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que constitueix un altre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del procés selectiu).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Quant a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Memòria tècnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; es valorarà especialment la visió global del programa: els objectius a assolir, les competències necessàries per a l'organització de l'equip, la identificació dels grups d'interès i les innovacions i aportacions en el programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la presentació de la memòria es seguirà l'annex 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. En haver acabat el termini per presentar sol·licituds, la gerent de la Fundació Institut Socioeducatiu s'Estel ha de dictar una Resolució mitjançant la qual aprovi i faci pública la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, amb expressió de la causa d'exclusió. Aquesta resolució es publicarà a la pàgina web http://fundaciosestel.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Es disposarà d'un termini de 2 dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació per esmenar les deficiències detectades i aportar la documentació preceptiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. En haver acabat el termini indicat, la gerent de la Fundació Institut Socioeducatiu s'Estel ha de dictar una Resolució mitjançant la qual aprovi i faci pública la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses i es convocarà a les persones candidates per fer una entrevista personal. L'entrevista ha de versar sobre el contingut de la memòria i els mèrits presentats, i s'han de valorar, entre d'altres, les competències directives per ocupar el lloc de treball. De totes les entrevistes fetes s'ha d'estendre una acta en la qual es deixi constància dels principats aspectes tractats i de la valoració, d'acord amb el model d'acta de l'annex 8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. La comissió de valoració n'ha de proposar, de forma motivada l'adjudicació. Aquesta proposta s'ha de fonamentar en la capacitat de la persona proposada per assumir les funcions del lloc segons la memòria presentada, els seus mèrits i l'entrevista feta. Aquesta proposta provisional d'adjudicació s'ha de publicar a la pàgina web http://fundaciosestel.caib.es i es disposarà de 2 dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació per formular observacions o reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Després d'haver examinat les observacions i les reclamacions presentades dins el termini establert, la comissió tècnica de valoració ha d'elevar a definitiva la proposta d'adjudicació del lloc de feina. Una vegada vista la proposta definitiva la gerent n'ha de dictar la Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. S'ha de donar publicitat de la resolució d'adjudicació definitiva del lloc de feina a la pàgina web http://fundaciosestel.caib.es i s'ha de publicar en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. D'entre els membres que són vocals , cada comissió ha de designar, en la primera sessió, el que ha d'actuar com a secretari o secretària. La composició de cada comissió figura en l'annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Les persones que són membres de la comissió tècnica de valoració, incloses les que ho són per representació sindical, han de pertànyer, en tot cas, com a personal laboral fix o fix d'empresa, a un grup de titulació igual o superior al que s'exigeix per concórrer a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Les persones que són membres de la comissió tècnica de valoració s'han d'abstenir de formar-ne part si hi concorren els motius d'abstenció que preveu la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. Els interessats també poden promoure la seva recusació mitjançant un escrit en què s'indiquin la causa o les causes en les quals es fonamenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Les funcions bàsiques de la comissió tècnica de valoració són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Comprovar que les persones candidates compleixen els requisits per ser admesos a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5.2. Valorar els mèrits que al·leguen i acrediten les persones candidates en la forma que estableix aquesta convocatòria per al lloc objecte de provisió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5.3. Valorar la memòria tècnica i realitzar l'entrevista personal a les persones candidates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5.4. Elaborar una llista en la qual han de figurar totes les persones candidates per ordre de puntuació i les puntuacions obtingudes pel lloc de feina i per cada apartat de la selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5.5. Fer la proposta de nomenament de la persona candidata que hagi obtingut la puntuació més alta per al lloc de feina inclòs en la convocatòria i elevar-la a la gerent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El secretari o secretària ha d'estendre una acta de totes les sessions de la comissió tècnica de valoració, què en acabar la sessió o abans de començar la següent, han de signar tots els membres que hi hagin assistit. Si algun membre d'una comissió no vol signar l'acta, s'ha de deixar constància a l'acta, la qual s'ha de donar per vàlida sense la seva signatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada mes (30 dies) de servei prestat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. A la formació complementària es valoren formació acadèmica, així com cursos, seminaris i jornades formatives que estiguin relacionats directament amb el contingut i els requisits de la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran els certificats o els diplomes que no indiquin les hores o els crèdits de l'acció formativa; sobre matèries o assignatures corresponents a una carrera universitària, els de doctorat o els derivats de processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el certificat acreditatiu del curs indica crèdits, es valorarà a raó de 25 hores per cada crèdit ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no s'indica el tipus de crèdit, s'entendrà que són crèdits de l'anterior ordenació universitària (CFC o LRU) i, per tant, es valoraran a raó de 10 hores per crèdit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
