    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que l'Ajuntament Ple, en sessió ordinària de data 25-04-2023, adoptà entre d'altres, el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar definitivament el REGLAMENT DE FUNCIONAMENT DE LES COLÒNIES FELINES I MOIXOS COMUNITARIS DE MARRATXÍ: ATRIBUCIONS DE LES PERSONES CUIDADORES, CONTROL DE NATALITAT I RESPONSABILITAT CIUTADANA, que després de les esmenes que s'han acceptat queda redactat en els termes del document que s'adjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acord d'aprovació i el text del Reglament serà publicat al BOIB i a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Marratxí i es notificarà als interessats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“REGLAMENT DE FUNCIONAMENT DE LES COLÒNIES FELINES I MOIXOS COMUNITARIS DE MARRATXÍ: ATRIBUCIONS DE LES PERSONES CUIDADORES, CONTROL DE NATALITAT I RESPONSABILITAT CIUTADANA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els moixos són una de les espècies més comunes com a animal de companyia i, a més, formen part de la fauna urbana de moltes ciutats. Són animals independents i territorials, que s'assenten a llocs on poden sobreviure, sigui perquè els alimenten o perquè tenen accés a menjar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La irresponsabilitat d'alguns propietaris de moixos, no fent un control de natalitat adient del seu animal de companyia, el seu abandonament o de la seva descendència al carrer, i l'elevada capacitat de procrear dels felins ha provocat l'existència d'agrupacions de moixos sense control al terme municipal de Marratxí. Aquests moixos abandonats, i la seva descendència, s'han convertit en moixos sense sostre o comunitaris, caracteritzats per no estar socialitzats amb els éssers humans i, en general, no sent adoptables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest excés de moixos sense sostre al nostre municipi i la seva concentració a solars i espais públics fa que de vegades la tradicional convivència entre l'home i el moix es transformi en un problema que romp l'equilibri d'una antiga relació beneficiosa per a ambdues parts i afecta, no només el benestar animal, sinó també la concòrdia veïnal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els principals punts de conflicte derivats de l'accés de moixos als espais públics són: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Salut pública: problemes i molèsties als veïnats que viuen en zones pròximes a colònies, com la concentració de deposicions i orins, acumulacions de restes de menjar aportades de forma descontrolada per part d'alguns ciutadans, un possible increment de les al·lèrgies per part de la comunitat, entre altres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Accidents de trànsit: l'atropellament de moixos pot provocar la seva mortalitat, empitjorament de les seves condicions de salut i risc d'accidents a persones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Possibilitat de contagi de malalties entre moixos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Possibilitat d'afectació de la biodiversitat local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reproducció indiscriminada: augment exponencial de la població felina. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les colònies felines controlades actuen com a sistema de gestió que ajuda a disminuir la població de moixos comunitaris, millorant així la majoria dels problemes que aquests ocasionen. Els moixos sanats, a part d'evitar el creixement de població, també eviten els conflictes entre moixos en èpoques de reproducció, eliminant així molèsties per renous i olors que afecten els veïns, i de proliferació de malalties contagioses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cal remarcar, que els intents d'erradicar colònies senceres acostumen a fracassar, atès que el buit ecològic generat és ràpidament colonitzat per altres moixos, creant una nova colònia. Aquests moixos nouvinguts tornen a començar un nou cicle reproductiu al nínxol ecològic que havia quedat vacant després de l'erradicació de la colònia inicial, amb la qual cosa es reedita el problema inicial de superpoblació de felins no controlats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot el que s'ha exposat, i seguint els criteris tècnics i recomanacions sanitàries, ambientals i de benestar animal de gestió de colònies felines de la Direcció General d'Espais Naturals i Biodiversitat de la CAIB, quant a la redacció del present reglament, es pretén elaborar una sistemàtica d'actuació que permeti millorar el benestar d'aquests animals sense sostre o comunitaris i l'harmonia veïnal, tenint com a pilars fonamentals els següents punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La col·laboració entre les persones cuidadores/voluntàries de les colònies felines i l'Ajuntament de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'esforç continuat dels agents implicats per a intentar que la població de moixos de la colònia es mantingui sana i amb una taxa de natalitat zero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'àrea utilitzada per a establir una colònia felina serà, per regla general, de titularitat municipal i s'ha de mantenir en òptimes condicions d'higiene i seguretat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Les colònies felines ubicades en zones privades es gestionaran amb el protocol adient ajustat a cada situació, prioritzant el control de natalitat mitjançant el programa CER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El control poblacional dels moixos comunitaris a tot el municipi mitjançant el programa CER per a poder estabilitzar la població i aconseguir una davallada paulatina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb tot l'esmentat, es procedeix a la redacció del present Reglament de funcionament de les colònies felines i control de natalitat per a tots els moixos comunitaris del municipi de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I. Objecte i àmbit d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquest Reglament és establir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El règim de funcionament del programa de control ètic dels moixos sense sostre que viuen a l'entorn humà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La forma i condicions per a l'exercici de les atribucions de les persones cuidadores/voluntàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Reglament és d'aplicació a les colònies felines i moixos comunitaris del terme municipal de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Definicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Colònia felina: grup de moixos comunitaris vinculats entre ells i, especialment, amb el territori en el qual viuen i troben mitjans per la seva subsistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gestió de colònies felines: procediment normalitzat en conformitat al desenvolupament reglamentari establert per l'administració competent, a partir del qual un grup de moixos comunitaris no adoptables són alimentats, censats i sotmesos a un programa sanitari i de control poblacional CER, controlant l'arribada de nous individus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuidador/a de colònia felina: s'entén com a cuidador/a de la colònia felina aquella persona que una vegada feta la sol·licitud d'alta d'una o diverses colònies (dins el marc establert per aquest Reglament) accepti la responsabilitat, dins les seves atribucions, de la seva gestió com a encarregada principal de la colònia. Les persones cuidadores de colònies felines tenen cura pel benestar animal i s'encarreguen de proporcionar menjar i atenció veterinària als moixos amb el suport de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Voluntari/ària d'una colònia felina: s'entén com a voluntari/ària d'una colònia felina aquella persona que, una vegada feta la sol·licitud d'alta d'una o diverses colònies (dins el marc establert per aquest Reglament) accepti la responsabilitat, dins les seves atribucions, de contribuir al funcionament de la colònia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Moix comunitari o sense sostre: animal que pertany a l'espècie del felí domèstic (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Felis catus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) i que viu en llibertat, però vinculat a un territori i que no està socialitzat i, per tant, no és fàcilment adoptable per l'ésser humà encara que la seva existència es desenvolupa al seu voltant per tal de subsistir. Com a mesura efectiva del control de natalitat dels moixos de Marratxí, qualsevol moix sense identificar se'l considerarà un moix comunitari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Moix comunitari controlat: és un moix comunitari al qual se li ha aplicat el programa CER (Captura-Esterilització-Retorn). Se'ls identifica mitjançant un marcatge a l'orella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Moix abandonat: moix que vaga sense destí, sense control o sense la companyia o supervisió de cap persona, identificat o no, i sense haver estat denunciada la seva pèrdua o sostracció en els terminis establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es consideren moixos abandonats els que no han sigut recollits pel seu titular o responsable de les residències, centres veterinaris o establiments similars en els quals els haguessin traslladat prèviament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Moix extraviat: moix que, identificat o no, vaga sense destí i sense control, sempre que la persona propietària hagi comunicat la seva pèrdua. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Moix vagabund: moix abandonat o extraviat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Moix rondador: moix que surt sense supervisió a l'exterior de la propietat del seu titular i que circula lliurement per zones públiques o privades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II. Sol·licitud i autorització de les persones cuidadores de les colònies felines i dels moixos comunitaris a la via pública i solars municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- La persona que vulgui ser cuidadora d'una colònia felina a la via pública o en solars de titularitat municipal haurà de sol·licitar la seva autorització presentant l'Annex I degudament emplenat al Registre Municipal. La sol·licitud contindrà la informació precisa per a identificar el peticionari o peticionària de l'alta de la colònia, a més de la resta d'informació que resulti pertinent segons la normativa general de procediment comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a poder donar d'alta la colònia felina serà necessari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Identificar el cuidador principal. En cap cas, les persones cuidadores podran ostentar aquesta condició a més de tres (3) colònies. No obstant això, podran inscriure's com a voluntaris per a una o diverses colònies en concret o per a totes en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Identificar la ubicació de la colònia objecte de registre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Indicar el nombre d'exemplars que formaran part d'aquesta colònia, que com a mínim seran tres (3), essent desitjable que el nombre màxim d'exemplars estigués al voltant de quinze (15), sempre que sigui possible. En qualsevol cas, i depenent de la ubicació de la colònia, de les dimensions i d'altres factors, cadascuna quedarà subjecta a estudi tècnic d'idoneïtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fer una memòria inicial de la colònia (Annex III), en la qual s'inclourà: nombre de moixos amb la seva corresponent descripció, sexe, edat aproximada, estat de salut general i estadística de nombre d'exemplars sense esterilitzar. Es podrà complementar amb el nom dels exemplars fotografiats i les possibles incidències mèdiques (vacunes, intervencions clíniques i malalties).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que vulguin ser voluntàries a les colònies felines registrades podran presentar la sol·licitud de l'Annex I, indicant la informació precisa per a identificar el peticionari o peticionària, a més de la resta d'informació que resulti pertinent segons la normativa general de procediment comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones cuidadores de les colònies hauran d'estar empadronades al municipi de Marratxí i ser majors de 18 anys. Les persones voluntàries, per altra banda, hauran de ser majors de 18 anys, no serà necessari que estiguin empadronats i podran ostentar aquesta condició per a una o diverses colònies en concret o per a totes en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- L'àrea de Medi Ambient, prèvia valoració tècnica de les circumstàncies que concorren a cada supòsit i que es trobaran detallades a la sol·licitud de l'Annex I per a l'alta/baixa de la colònia, s'encarregarà d'aprovar o rebutjar la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'aprovació de la sol·licitud, es dotarà a cada colònia felina d'un nom d'identificació i es determinarà el lloc en el que, exclusivament, quedarà registrada la seva ubicació d'acord amb l'Expositiu Cinquè d'aquest Reglament. Aquesta autorització serà renovable cada tres (3) anys. Juntament amb l'autorització, s'entregarà una senyalització específica i oficial per a identificar la citada colònia i les normes d'aplicació. L'autorització es durà a terme mitjançant l'aprovació d'un Decret de Batlia i es crearà un Registre Municipal de Colònies Felines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no complir-se els requisits per a l'aprovació de la colònia, es realitzarà un informe de deficiències indicant els motius de la denegació de la sol·licitud, disposant els sol·licitants d'un període de 15 dies naturals per a fer les esmenes pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Criteris per a la ubicació de les colònies felines:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. No es recomana la ubicació de colònies al voltant de centres sanitaris, hospitals, centres escolars, residències de gent gran, residències d'infants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La presència de colònies felines és incompatible amb parcs amb jocs infantils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Al voltant o dins els cementeris municipals les colònies de moixos han de mantenir-se ubicades en llocs discrets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No es podran ubicar colònies a l'aeròdrom de Son Bonet, ni en vies de comunicació ràpida, delimitant-se cas per cas, una àrea de protecció de fins a 300 metres a aquestes zones per evitar que els animals de les colònies puguin arribar a aquests indrets. En tot cas, seran inadmissibles en rotondes o llocs amb risc d'atropellament per als animals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Només es podran ubicar en espais urbans públics o en solars de titularitat municipal, mantenint una franja de protecció de 100 metres com a mínim del medi rural. S'ha d'evitar la proliferació de colònies a zones de sòl rústic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. No seran registrades colònies felines dins d'espais naturals d'especial interès i/o protecció, sigui com sigui el grau de protecció, així com en espais on existeixi una fauna d'especial rellevància. Sí que es podrà registrar si existeix una distància mínima de 500 m. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. No es retiraran els moixos que es trobin a una zona on, per les anteriors circumstàncies, no es pugui registrar una colònia. Si encara no han estat sotmesos a control veterinari i castració, seran capturats a aquests efectes. S'intentarà la seva reubicació gradual a un altre lloc, consensuada amb les persones cuidadores de la colònia, al més aviat possible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol cas, cadascuna quedarà subjecta a estudi tècnic d'idoneïtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Cada any, dins el termini d'un (1) mes natural des del registre de la colònia felina, la persona cuidadora de la colònia haurà de presentar una memòria anual de control de la mateixa (annex III) amb la següent informació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llista dels exemplars que formen la colònia amb la seva corresponent descripció, sexe, edat aproximada, estat de salut general i incidències. Es podrà complementar amb el nom dels exemplars i fotografies. Breu referència a les noves incorporacions i baixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estadística d'animals esterilitzats i sense esterilitzar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dates de les desparasitacions de la colònia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nombre de moixos casolans abandonats que viuen a la colònia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta memòria anual de control té tres objectius principals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No sobrepassar el nombre d'exemplars per colònia aconsellat en el Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Elaborar un llistat amb les noves incorporacions encara no registrades, indicant la data d'esterilització. Si quedessin esterilitzacions pendents, indicar el motiu per la qual cosa no s'ha dut a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Elaborar un llistat amb el nombre d'abandonaments d'exemplars domèstics que s'han afegit a la colònia durant un període sol·licitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per a les següents renovacions de les autoritzacions de les persones cuidadores de les colònies felines serà imprescindible:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que tots els moixos de la colònia compleixin els requisits esmentats en el Títol III d'aquest Reglament quant a criteris de sanitat i benestar animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que no s'hagin produït cap infracció greu per part de la persona cuidadora de la colònia felina respecte a aquest Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En cas que la persona cuidadora d'una colònia es doni de baixa d'aquesta, o es retiri per part de l'Ajuntament la seva autorització, s'obrirà un període de tres (3) mesos perquè es pugui presentar una altra persona en el seu lloc. Durant aquest temps, les persones voluntàries podran exercir les seves funcions encomanades per al bon funcionament diari de la colònia. En cas que aquest període coincideixi amb el període de presentació de la memòria anual de control, el nou titular tindrà un (1) mes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;per presentar-la després de la presentació de la seva sol·licitud d'alta com a persona cuidadora de la colònia felina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III. Criteris de sanitat i benestar animal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La totalitat dels exemplars que formin part de la colònia felina seran esterilitzats, seguint el procediment de Captura-Esterilització-Retorn, preferentment després dels 6 mesos d'edat, i marcats amb senyal de cunya a l'orella (per a facilitar així la identificació dels exemplars sense esterilitzar). En la mesura que sigui possible, s'aprofitarà l'operació d'esterilització per a aplicar un tractament de desparasitació, i altres mesures segons criteri veterinari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els exemplars de la colònia seran desparasitats cada any i hauran de presentar un estat saludable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els exemplars que formin part de la colònia que siguin malalts simptomàtics seran sotmesos a la realització de la prova FeLV/FIV. En cas de donar positiu, no podran formar part de la colònia i, si és factible, hauran d'entrar a un programa d'adopció o acollida, o es realitzarà el sacrifici d'aquells que siguin irrecuperables fisiològicament, d'acord amb l'informe veterinari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els exemplars que estiguin ferits de mort o manifestin patologies incurables i que els comportin un sofriment hauran de ser sacrificats sempre que el pronòstic clínic sigui irreversible, per a evitar el seu sofriment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quant al virus de la ràbia, en el cas de detectar-se, s'aplicarà el Pla Nacional de Contingència Contra la Ràbia Animal i tota la normativa d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IV.- De la col·laboració i supervisió municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ONZÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La cura de la colònia felina i el benestar dels seus membres s'ha de considerar tasques de la persona cuidadora de la colònia, sota la supervisió i col·laboració de l'Ajuntament, i amb l'ajuda dels voluntaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DOTZÈ.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament tindrà en tot moment potestat per dur a terme la supervisió de l'estat de les colònies felines, així com de mantenir o modificar de manera raonada els criteris de gestió d'aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament realitzarà una inspecció inicial en el moment previ a qualsevol registre de nova colònia, i totes les inspeccions de seguiment i control que consideri necessàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TRETZÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'Ajuntament vetllarà per l'harmonia entre les colònies felines registrades i els veïns del terme municipal de Marratxí. Per a afavorir aquesta harmonia, es faran campanyes de conscienciació per a explicar tots els beneficis que implica tenir colònies felines controlades dins els nuclis urbans del terme municipal de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de detectar-se que una colònia felina registrada provoca molèsties greus als veïns (mitjançant queixes oficials), l'Ajuntament es compromet a mediar entre les parts i trobar una solució consensuada. En cas de persistència de les molèsties, s'intentarà un canvi d'ubicació de la colònia felina registrada o dels exemplars conflictius. Aquesta mesura només serà estudiada en última opció i prou motivada. L'Ajuntament, juntament amb l'opinió de les persones cuidadores de les colònies, podrà proposar un nou destí per a aquests exemplars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CATORZÈ.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Respecte a les colònies felines registrades i moixos comunitaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament crearà un registre municipal de colònies registrades, on s'inclouran les persones cuidadores i voluntàries d'aquesta, la seva localització, el nombre d'exemplars que forma la colònia (actualitzat anualment), el tant per cent (%) de membres esterilitzats i el nombre dels nous exemplars que durant l'any s'han instal·lat a la colònia per causes diverses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La ubicació de les colònies estarà assenyalada de forma oficial per l'Ajuntament de Marratxí, mitjançant cartell específic i explicatiu del funcionament de les colònies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'àrea de Medi Ambient, amb ajuda del voluntariat, habilitarà i condicionarà, en la mesura del possible, el lloc per alimentar els moixos de la colònia, dotant de menjadors, abeuradors, areners i llocs per donar refugi als moixos en cas d'inclemències del temps. Resta prohibit realitzar qualsevol alteració, sense autorització, del dit condicionament. Així mateix, la brigada de Medi Ambient quedarà facultada per a dur a terme la retirada de les anomalies que es detectin a les zones habilitades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament expedirà dos (2) tipus de carnets: un per a les persones cuidadores de cada colònia i un per a les persones voluntàries de les colònies, en les quals s'especificarà si és general o per a una o diverses colònies en concret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En funció de l'evolució del nombre d'exemplars d'una colònia, l'Ajuntament podrà requerir que els nous exemplars que es detectin a una colònia hagin de ser reubicats després de la seva captura i esterilització, de forma consensuada amb els cuidadors/es de les colònies felines afectades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament oferirà cursos/xerrades de formació per a les persones voluntàries de les colònies registrades, a fi d'homogeneïtzar la gestió de totes les colònies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament aportarà un pressupost anual, d'acord amb la disponibilitat pressupostària, per a la col·laboració amb les persones cuidadores de les colònies felines, enfocat principalment a l'esterilització i al manteniment del benestar dels membres de les colònies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament vetllarà per la seguretat de tots els moixos comunitaris i de les persones cuidadores i voluntàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINZÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'àrea de Medi Ambient, com a mesura amb caràcter de sanció, podrà en qualsevol moment acordar la revocació de l'acreditació del voluntari/ària, o l'autorització del cuidador/a de la colònia, en el cas d'incompliment reiterat d'alguna de les obligacions d'aquest Reglament que així ho justifiqui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El referit acord es dictarà prèvia audiència als interessats on se'ls comunicaran els incompliments detectats. En cas que finalment es retiri l'autorització de la persona cuidadora de la colònia, s'obrirà un termini de tres (3) mesos per a rebre la sol·licitud d'una nova persona cuidadora per a fer-se càrrec de la colònia. L'Ajuntament es farà càrrec de la seva gestió i podrà prendre les mesures necessàries respecte dels membres de la colònia amb ajuda del voluntariat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;V. Règim d'exercici de la condició de persona cuidadora i voluntària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETZÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les persones cuidadores/voluntàries hauran de portar l'acreditació lliurada per l'àrea de Medi Ambient en un lloc visible en el moment de realitzar les seves funcions en relació amb els moixos de les colònies, a fi de garantir que cap persona aliena no autoritzada pugui actuar-hi. I en tot cas, hauran d'exhibir-la a requeriment dels funcionaris/representants autoritzats de l'Ajuntament de Marratxí que tinguin encomanada les funcions d'inspecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DISSETÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Tasques encomanades a les persones cuidadores autoritzades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentar dins el mateix mes de l'alta de la colònia dels següents anys la memòria anual de control seguint les directrius establertes en aquest Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mantenir una higiene estricta de les zones habilitades de la colònia, així com les condicions de neteja de menjadores i abeuradors. Cada colònia que ho necessiti disposarà d'una àrea d'areners a zones de fàcil accés (perquè puguin netejar-se amb la periodicitat necessària) i allunyats de zones de pas de persones (per evitar males olors).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'alimentació bàsica dels moixos serà el pinso sec, intentant ajustar al màxim les quantitats en relació amb el nombre d'exemplars. No obstant això, es podrà donar aliment humit segons les necessitats i dificultats dels animals. Les sobres del menjar humit seran retirades i els recipients netejats per evitar males olors i presència d'insectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Renovar el carnet de la persona cuidadora autoritzada cada tres (3) anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Capturar i esterilitzar els membres de les colònies felines, i mantenir-los en bon estat de salut i desparasitats, sempre que sigui possible i amb la participació de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar a l'Ajuntament els canvis de les seves dades de contacte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar els incidents greus ocorreguts a les colònies a l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No contravenir cap de les disposicions d'aquest Reglament ni de l'Ordenança Municipal, així com de la resta de normes que són d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DIVUITÈ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Tasques encomanades a les persones voluntàries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seguir les instruccions i directrius de les persones cuidadores de la colònia prescrites en aquest Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones voluntàries inscrites a una colònia o diverses en concret podran alimentar els exemplars d'altres colònies registrades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar a l'Ajuntament els canvis de les seves dades de contacte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Renovar el carnet de voluntari cada tres (3) anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No contravenir cap de les disposicions d'aquest Reglament ni de l'Ordenança Municipal, així com de la resta de normes que són d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DINOVÈ.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sense perjudici de les obligacions del present Reglament, les persones cuidadores i voluntàries encarregades de les colònies felines i l'Ajuntament, en la mesura de la seva disponibilitat pressupostària, hauran de complir les obligacions i responsabilitats derivades de la Llei 11/2019, de 8 de març, del Voluntariat de les Illes Balears, i de la resta de normativa que pugui resultar d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VI.- Prohibicions per a la ciutadania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VINTÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les actuacions prohibides dins les colònies per a la ciutadania són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Alimentar els exemplars de la colònia, en especial, amb restes de menjar casolà o menjar humit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Molestar o maltractar els exemplars de les colònies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amollar els cans dins la colònia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Retirar o dipositar qualsevol element dins la colònia, inclosos el menjar i l'aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posar verí o qualsevol altre producte perjudicial per a la salut dels animals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abandonar exemplars dins les colònies registrades o sostreure exemplars d'aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Impedir a les persones cuidadores o voluntàries de les colònies exercir les seves funcions, o increpar-los per aquest motiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VII.- Infraccions i sancions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VINT-I-UNÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Infraccions de les persones cuidadores/voluntàries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les accions o omissions que contravinguin aquest Reglament tindran el caràcter d'infraccions administratives, i es classifiquen en molt greus, greus i lleus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Es consideraran infraccions lleus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Alimentar als exemplars felins d'una colònia fora del lloc autoritzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. No exhibir l'acreditació de persona cuidadora o voluntària de la colònia felina a requeriment d'un agent de l'autoritat, o exhibir l'autorització per a l'alimentació d'una colònia felina diferent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Incloure elements no autoritzats als llocs habilitats per a l'alimentació de la colònia felina, o l'alteració, de la manera que sigui, del condicionament d'aquests llocs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Es considerarà infracció greu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. La comissió, en el termini de tres anys, de fins a tres infraccions lleus, quan així hagin estat declarades per resolució ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Tenir exemplars a la colònia felina registrada en males condicions sanitàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Tenir els llocs habilitats per a l'alimentació de la colònia felina en deficients condicions d'higiene i salubritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Ser sancionat per alguna de les infraccions de la Llei 1/1992, de 8 d'abril, de protecció dels animals que viuen a l'entorn humà en el període de tres anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Incomplir reiteradament les peticions per part de l'Ajuntament de reduir el nombre de moixos d'una colònia felina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Es considerarà infracció molt greu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. La comissió, en el termini de tres anys, de més d'una infracció greu, quan així hagin estat declarades per resolució ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Amollar moixos sense sostre capturats a altres municipis dins de les colònies felines registrades del municipi de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comissió d'una infracció molt greu comportarà la revocació immediata de l'autorització de la persona cuidadora o voluntària infractora, i la seva inhabilitació durant el període de dos (2) anys per a ser persona cuidadora i/o voluntària de qualsevol colònia felina registrada. Una vegada revocada la seva autorització, quedarà sotmesa a les normes de la resta de la ciutadania respecte de les colònies felines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VINT-I-DOSÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Infraccions de les persones alienes a les colònies felines registrades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Es consideraran infraccions lleus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Alimentar els exemplars d'una colònia sense la corresponent autorització per part de l'autoritat competent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Molestar els exemplars de les colònies o amollar els cans dins aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Retirar o dipositar qualsevol element dins la colònia, inclosos el menjar i l'aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Es consideraran infraccions greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. La comissió, en el termini d'un any, de fins a tres infraccions lleus, quan així hagin estat declarades per resolució ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Impedir a les persones cuidadores o voluntàries de les colònies exercir les seves funcions, o increpar-los per aquest motiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Maltractar els exemplars de les colònies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Es consideraran infraccions molt greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. La comissió, en el termini d'un any, de més de dues infraccions greus, quan així hagin estat declarades per resolució ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Abandonar exemplars dins les colònies registrades o sostreure exemplars d'aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Posar verí o qualsevol altre producte perjudicial per a la salut dels animals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VINT-I-TRESÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Sancions per a les persones alienes a les colònies felines registrades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les infraccions lleus se sancionaran amb una multa de fins a 100,00 a 300,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les infraccions greus se sancionaran amb una multa des de 300,01 euros fins a 1.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Les infraccions molt greus se sancionaran amb una multa des de 1.000,01 euros fins a 3.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VINT-I-QUATRÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Graduació de les sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, es tindrà en compte en la graduació de les sancions, la deguda adequació entre la sanció i el fet constitutiu de la infracció, considerant-ne especialment la seva repercussió, la seva transcendència pel que respecta a la salut i seguretat de les persones, o dels seus béns, i del medi ambient, les circumstàncies del responsable, el seu grau d'intencionalitat, participació i benefici obtingut, la reincidència, així com la irreversibilitat dels danys o deterioracions produïdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VIII.- Actualització de l'autorització de les persones cuidadores de les colònies existents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DISPOSICIÓ TRANSITÒRIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Des de l'entrada en vigor del present reglament es concedeix un període d'un any per a l'actualització de les autoritzacions de les persones cuidadores de les colònies existents al municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament comunicarà a les persones responsables inscrites actualment, la situació en què es troba la colònia i les mesures necessàries perquè es pugui inscriure tenint en compte el present Reglament. En cas que la ubicació de la colònia no sigui possible per estar dins d'una de les àrees prohibides per aquest reglament, l'Ajuntament procurarà en la mesura del possible trobar una nova ubicació per a la colònia. En tot cas, no es podran registrar colònies que no compleixin els requisits establerts en aquest reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IX.- Entrada en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DISPOSICIÓ FINAL.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El present Reglament entrarà en vigor l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB de l'acord d'aprovació definitiva i una vegada transcorregut el termini que assenyala l'article 113 de la llei reguladora de bases de règim local.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquest acord que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des del següent al de la publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
